Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed frustration with the lack of staff presence, reliance on self-service kiosks, and poor customer service. Many guests also noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, moldy shower curtains, and unclean public areas. Amenities were often lacking or not functioning, including problems with towels, soap, coffee machines, and parking. Overall, while the location was appreciated, service and cleanliness fell short of expectations.AI-Generated from customer reviews
