We stayed here for one night while visiting Mesa University. The location is great - close to town and many restaurants. Very easy to get to. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was more than your usual continental breakfast - so many choices in the buffet. It was a great deal for an amazing price!
The staff was very nice, had to conduct some unexpected business (signing and faxing documnets) and the biz center saved the day... all free. My wife and I took a nice walk in the evening and the next morning to a shopping center down the street, lots of flowers and birds, very relaxing.
The hotel staff was helpful and the room was clean; the elevators were out of service which was a slight inconvenience.
Bathroom needed better cleaning. walls by bathtub have water damage. I was very disappointed in WI-FI coverage. Could not log in from room. Went to front desk for help & got on fine but could not connect from room. Room was top floor end of building. Need more coverage to all rooms.
This is a good hotel for an overnight stay if I were staying for an extended period I may not choose this location
I've stayed here a couple times while visiting on work and would recommend it. The location is only 10 min from downtown and the facilities are nice.
My husband and I loved this hotel. It is easy to find, QUIET, room was great, staff is very polite, friendly and professional, and the price was excellent. We were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of parking right near our room. The breakfast is included and it was really good (eggs, pancakes, bacon, fruit, cereal ... you name it). There are lots of restaurants/gas stations nearby, and getting back on the freeway was a breeze.
Overall stay was good. The main thing that stands out negatively is that the dinner buffet was very lacking. They could definately add more items to their buffet.
I had surgery and had to stay the night before I could be released to go home. The hotel staff was great in helping come up with supply's to hang my iv bag and the complementary breakfast was really nice. On the Travel o' city site they said the hotel had room service. This was the main reason I booked this hotel, but this hotel, 'DOES NOT,' have room service. Next time when I book a room for a specific reason I will double check what the site says by calling the hotel. Just to make sure. This was no fault of the hotel and my stay was great. I would book again. Safe Travels.
Loved the bed more than my own at home. The staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was beyond my expectation. Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.
If you're visiting Colorado National Monument, or starting/ending a trip down the Colorado river, this is a great place to stay. Easy access from the highway, pretty good breakfasts, quiet and clean. Mini fridge and microwave were a nice touch.
We stayed with our 2 young kids. Good value for the money
Quite & clean hotel, friendly staff, pool isn't real big but very clean, beds were very confortable, the free breakfast was a hot & made to order.Very good & a varity to choose from. The room was large & plenty of room to move around. It had 2 queen beds but they offer a roll a way bed for a fifth person if you need it.The ice machine worked,it had a washer & drier. The only thing I would suggest is when you check in ask for extra shampoo, they only give you one small bottle per room.Other then that I would stay there again.
Was booked into the hotel by an organization I was working for in Grand Junction and several of us were bitten by and found bed bugs in our rooms. We were able to give the bugs to the Grand Junction Health Department and have them confirm they were bed bugs. The hotel did not want to transfer us to a new room or a different hotel and was very rude in their dealings.
