Nice comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Wish there were more shops and more choices for food late at night.
Food is too expensive
EVERYTHING AS GOOD I WISH THERE WERE MORE STORES
Large gaming area I reserved a room for my birthday the bouncer at the club was racist I am Caucasian and two of my friends who happen to be Hispanic were denied access to the club for shoes once inside I photographed 12 white people wearing sneakers. Totally unfair and will be filling a complaint with the better business burough
Everything. Classy, clean and a great value. Top shelf place, in the middle of a quant little town.
Walking distance to good restaurants and historical buildings. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was very small for the price. I spent less for a NYC hotel at the same quality
Loved the charm and character of this old hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was very small but clean and updated. We dined in the dining room for dinner and breakfast which was wonderful. Used the small gym for a quick work out which was more than adequate. I would definitely return to this hotel if I needed to be in the area.
We chose this hotel because of its location for Musikfest. Everything was good, the rooms were nice, the staff was accommodating and the location was perfect. nothing
Excellent amenities for traveling family.
Great services. Clean large room. Decent breakfast. The parking deck came in handy when the 2016 blizzard blew through. Neat town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. No bathtub.
Everything. I never feel out these surveys but you guys need to know that you got that place right. Didn't stay long enough
Great hotel. Good value. Excellent location with free parking. All good
Great hotel, great location and great staff. We stayed for musikfest and it was perfect. There are no vending machines so if you want to buy a snack or a drink you need to use their food/bar area which they greatly overcharge. $2.50 for a soda???
The staff were very accommodating. The hotel is located near a lot of fun places and restaurants. We walked everywhere and was provided a shuttle to and from Sands.
Inside and outside access to our room All facilities of hotel, including our room were run-down. In our room the light was missing a lamp shade. We only received room service the last evening we were there. There were not enough towels. The room next to us was very loud the first night/morning. The included breakfast was mediocre.
The free breakfast was a very good for the value of the hotel. The room seemed fine at first glance. Once we got ready for bed we realized that one of the beds was filled with sand. Even the pillowcases were covered in it. No one we were travelling with has been near sand all summer. The bedsheets were clearly NOT changed between customers. When I opened the curtains in the morning I found a disgusting smear of something. It was at a perfect height where a child could reach when they are on top of the a/c unit. Since we realized the sand issue after dinner when we were getting ready for bed, there were no housekeepers and it took at least 20 minutes for someone to come correct what was an egregious and disgusting issue caused by hotel staff negligence. I cannot recommend a hotel that could overlook something as basic as changing bedsheets, let alone windexing the windows. The cherry on top was the mysterious $131 charge posted to my account several days after my stay. As if my letting the unchanged bedsheets go without a fuss wasn't a favor, they decide to add mysterious charges to my account. Called the hotel twice and have only been able to reach the manager's voicemail. My only hope is that he's supervising housekeeping.
The room was great.
Every single employee with whom I interacted Not enough money spent on cleanliness.
Hotel staff very unfriendly
The room was spacious, the beds were quite comfortable and we loved the fireplace. My daughters loved the extra television and we took advantage of the kitchenette also! We will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. AND there were COOKIES!
The hotel is clean and welcoming, greeted once walking in. The room was warm and smelled nice too. Overall, we will stay here again. The side conversations between employees. While waiting at the front desk for our room information, the Customer Service girl was talking to others in the backroom. Pretty rude and worse yet it was a loud conversation about sex. I know they were joking around but those talks should be kept low or at least away from earshot of guests.
I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's throughout the country and this stay was just as good as the others. I will always favor this chain above hotels with the same star rating, even if it's 10% more. The chlorine smell from the pool permeated the corridors surrounding it up to 50 feet away. The heater fan would not turn off at all, even when the temperature was reached. It was very noisy and disturbed my sleep a bit.
Staff excellent. Innkeeper a bit 'cool.'
The staff were very pleasant! Enjoyed the morning breakfasts! Tuesday night there was a regional storm scattered pour outage. The staff were helpful and great! Thank-you no
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was very soft. Just a personal preference.
Sayre Mansion provided the sense of living elegantly. Our room was stylish and enjoyable just for our relaxation. Breakfast was served in a very nicely furnished room (entrée orders taken and other items self-served).
very quaint & excellent location if you're going to the casino
Clean, good bedding and amazing breakfast service.
We stayed in room 20 which was formerly a part of the mansion library. The ceiling was ornate Italian Renaissance in design. The room was very large with windows looked out over the city. The breakfast was great as was the service. The location is on a hill overlooking a very busy road.

Very quaint and old mansion. Clean and well maintained.
Beautiful place and great room. And when I arrived a little late (I was the last guest, arriving around 9:30), the manager greeted me with a big (not overdone) welcome. 'You must be .....? So happy to see you!' I only wish I had time for breakfast in the morning.
I was in town to care for my elderly mother who lives nearby; every night when I came in, the sweet boy at the front desk would ask, "How's your mom?" Housekeeping left me a sweet note every day. Entire hotel nice & clean! I would happily stay here again. Wished I'd brought my pillow from home! Bed was super comfortable, but pillows were past their prime.
Friendly Outgoing Staff Nice clean facilities Plenty of parking
Professional and friendly staff. Great rooms.
We loved our stay at this hotel. It was one of 11 we booked for a little trip across America. Our only regret is that we only stayed for a short time. Fantastic hotel with good facilities and friendly staff and we would go back their again Nothing at all
Really nice bed. Big, comfy room. Huge shower. And I was happily surprised when I realized they offer both free breakfast and free dinner. And they have 4 different coffees in the lobby, served 24/7.
Location. Breakfast was good. Spacious room. Nothing.
The Whirlpool. I did not like the fact that I left my cell phone charger in the two bedroom suite. It took a long time to verify that it was found and I am still awaiting the hotel to mail it back to me.
Everything you would expect from a good suite. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Nice stay
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Non-smoking room clearly used to be a smoking room and stunk. Hair on shower floor. Description states memory foam mattresses. Our room had sprung mattresses in which you could feel every coil. Bathroom exhaust fan caked with dust.
Been there a few times now I like the vicinity Price
clean, comfortable, close to place of business smoking rooms are more worn and smelly, understandably so. If you want a nicer room and you smoke. go outside
Room was very comfortable and close to the front. Hallway was never noisy. Shower had hot water. Plenty of towels. Overall I would come back again. Breakfast eggs tasted like cardboard . Breakfast syrup holder only had 1 tub in it and wasn't replaced although they had plenty of sugar free. Otherwise the breakfast was plentiful. This View is not the Comfort Inn which it had been in the past .
It was convenient to where I needed to go and close to major roadways. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is quite nice and served early. No elevator.
Breakfast Price too high!!
Rooms were dirty Have picture if interested. Not enough towels
We liked the beds, the water pressure, and the water was hot too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back when the View is finished with their renovations are done. Also very convenient location. Loud drunk frat boys, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
Clean well appointed rooms. Everything seemed very well maintained. Buffet breakfast had many options. Full kitchen is a plus when staying longer. Staff very friendly. In room free WiFi a plus. Nice fireplace but the timer made clicking noise when on. No complaints.
1 st and 3rd night room flooded from a/c freezing. I was awakened one morning by the company they hiried cutting grass at 7 a.m. One morning i was awakened by the garabage collection at 7:15 a.m. Two mornings we were awakened by the phone ringing in the room either next to us or above us t 7 a.m. My family and I went there to relax and not get up as in going to work. had to ask for towels for the pool everytime we went . Morning breakfast not bad but had to wait for food at times .My son left his life jacket at pool one night and never found NEVER AGAIN ! We cut our vacation short by one day and went home
This was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The continental breakfast was by far the best that we have had at any hotel. Being only mile from ABE airport was very convienent, but it would have been nice if there was a shuttle service. We would stay here again.
two out of the five days the a/c broke and flooded the room was woken up the first morning by the grass being cut right under my window. on two different mornings we we re woken up by the phone next door. one morning at 7:15 we were woken by the garbage collection. breakfast was ok when they had enought food out. had to go to front desk to get towels for the pool every day . btw the grass cutters cut the grass by the pool and aimed there blower at the pool needles to say pool had lots of grass i had to ask them to clean it one day.staff thro was very nice and did there best. would not stay there again.we left a day early. sons life vest was never found after we left it near the pool one night.
The room was excellent and it was nice to have a breakfast the following morning. The keys were a little difficult to use.
Check in at a later time (11 pm.) staff doesn't offer to show you the room nor do I think it's a policy. The heating system was difficult to operate, the bathroom didn't have any shelving to put garments on,only a small hook behind the door. Not happy.
Clean. Well lit
Convenient location, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is small and no whirlpool/hit tub.
It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC unit in our room did not work. It was very noisy; apparently there is no soundproofing. The TV was in a bad spot. Only one person could view it. That person was in the way of the second person.
Cleanliness and hospitality
Location was perfect for us. Room was clean. We thought it was a bit cramped with a desk, sofabed loveseat and a king bed. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning¿ turns out you don't monkey with the buttons and switches on the unit, you use the wall thermostat. Duh¿ our bad!
The room was very clean. Staff was pleseant. Indoor pool was small and the water was cold.
Many windows The whole room reeked of smoke including the sheets, pillows, & blankets. When I asked for clean ones I was told the housekeeping key was with the shuttle driver & he left to do a run back in 20, 90 min later still no sheets had to go down & get them myse

We only needed one night in the Lehigh Valley. Normally, we stay at the Red Roof Inn, but there must have been something happening in the area the weekend we were there as almost all hotels were booked - at least, all the non-smoking rooms were booked. Let me say that there was nothing really wrong with the facilities. It was okay. But the room was really small and didn't feel 'comfortable.' Again, everything in the room was 'okay,' though it's been a long time since I've seen an old CRT type television (instead of a flat screen) in a hotel and the channel choice was literally pathetic. It didn't even have the local Philadelphia channel on which the Phillies are broadcast - unforgivable. In the morning, rather than a complimentary continental breakfast, they had a $10 buffet. We passed. . . Worst problem? They don't warn you about the poorly aimed irrigation system. We had the side and back windows out of our jeep since no rain was expected and there were no valuables left inside. In the morning, it was clear that it had been sprayed overnight. When my wife went inside to get some towels to dry the seats, it was clear that the front desk clerk had heard this complaint before. We turned down her offer to have the staff clean it up, which was very nice, but would have preferred a simple warning sign in the parking lot.
Recently renovated, modern and clean No free coffee in the lobby (but it is free in the room.) The cleaning lady knocked on our door 11:45 AM even though we had a do not disturb sign up and we were checking out at noon. My BF thought the room was a little small, but I thought it was cozy.
Very clean & new surroundings. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Not really!!
The staff was very rude. When we went to check in the front desk was very rude. We are senior citizens we need to be treated with respect.
I was very impressed by this hotel. The service was fantastic, check in/check out very efficient, the room was very comfortable and the overall ambiance of the hotel was definately extremely high! For the price paid, I felt like I got a great deal. Definately one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - and I travel quite a bit. Highly recommended to everyone!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bethlehem. The breakfast was excellent.
Our room at the HIE was great and had everything in it we needed. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable, however, so if we were to go there again, I might arrange for a cot instead. The small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker came in handy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well, though the towels provided in that area could have been a bit bigger/thicker. It's in a good location, fairly convenient to downtown Bethlehem (perhaps 10-15 minutes away). The breakfast was also pretty good, and the coffee was great. We will definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area.
We recently stayed at this hotel and I was very impressed with the customer service. My kids were hungry at 10:00pm after swimming at the pool and though I didn't see a snack vending machine, I asked at the desk for any fruit. The young man was very friendly and kindly got my kids apples. This hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
The first time we stayed in this hotel our car had broken down just off I-78 going back to New Jersey. We left it at a gas station not far and walked to the hotel. It was cold and had been raining, we looked a mess. The deskclerk was simpathetic, genuinely nice and very helpful to our situation. It was the singular best stay in any hotel in my life. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. When my daughters Graduation(at the arena close by) came up last weekend, I scoured the hotel list looking for this one. I don't like to stay in hotels, for the most part I always have a bad experience, until I came here. This will be the only hotel we stay in when we visit PA. I highly recommend it to everyone!
The staff had bad attitude. If I pay full price I want to be treated politely. Breakfast was poor.
I had to book a hotel room unexpectedly for a trip to visit family. I felt very comfortable and happy with my decision.
Great Stay, hotel was great, service was great. Pool and hot tub were great and had great hours. The breakfast was pretty good, too. If I needed a place to stay again in that area, this would def. be my choice!
This hotel is barely a year old. It is clean and very convenient to I-78 and Leigh University and Moravian College. Excellent breakfast with healthy choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
We planned an overnight trip to Dorney Park and needed a basic hotel within driving distance of Dorney Park. This hotel allowed us to check in at 12 noon and the attendant at the front desk was very friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which had 2 queen size beds and a small living room area with a loveseat and a chair and a coffee table. This hotel was a 15 minute drive on I-78 to Dorney Park and they had discount Dorney tickets at the front desk (they only sell one day tickets and do not sell the 2-day or starlight tickets). Positives: mattresses were very firm unlike many hotels we've stayed at where the bed is as soft as a marshmallow--thank goodness these mattresses were very decent and nobody woke up with an aching back! Negatives: One of the beds was about 4 inches away from the air conditioner and window which made it a tight squeeze to walk around that side of the bed. I suppose they pushed that bed as far as they could to make room for the mini living room to qualify it as a junior suite. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. I called the hotel directly to find out what was included in the breakfast and I was told they served cheese omelets, bacon, and sausage, along with the usual pastries, bagels, etc.. The day we were there the only hot breakfast being served was biscuits and gravy (eww), oatmeal, and dry plain scrambled eggs. When I asked the attendant, ''where's the bacon??'' he replied they only serve it on certain days.....I would not book this hotel for the breakfast but there was enough food there to fill you up before heading out to Dorney
Easy to find from the highway. Extensive choices offered for breakfast. Good coffee. Variety of pillows. Very comfortable.
not much the mrs. had to use the wifi for work. system kept asking for id. we were only given a pin. calls to the front desk were useless. had to call the holiday inn IT help desk on an outside line. the house phone we used was old and cruddy. wind up calling 911 instead of the IT help desk. so that was great. the mrs. had to look up on her phone how to login. all of this was happening at 1 am. night and stay ruined. #notsmarterforstayingatholidayinnexpress
The bed was absolutely amazing! So comfortable. Nothing! Great stay, great location!
clean, good breakfast Very loud, terrible sound insulation. Heard every movement of active family staying about us, heard every word of people walking by door. Was very cold (low 60s) without heater, turning heater on low made the room very hot. Had to wake up to turn it in and off, no comforter just sheets.
Great locationn....not very comfortable nor clean Great locationn....not very comfortable nor clean
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and nice. The hotel bar did not open on Sunday.
Staff were friendly and professional in this older hotel in need of updating. Poor lighting, small room, coffee lukewarm and continental breakfast limited
They have a shuttle service from the airport. All staff was friendly and very helpful. We got in late and the front desk made excellent recommendations for dinner. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Nice choices. Would stay there again.
The staffs were friendly. The bathroom was clean. No towels in the pool- had to walk to room soaking wet, where there were ONLY two towels! We found used water bottles under the bed, and my bed spread was ripped. The room's layout was very odd. We were two friends and a baby staying, and the beds were completely separated by the bathroom...just odd. They were out of coffee when we came to breakfast, and almost charged us because they forgot to give us our breakfast coupons. We heard loud arguing outside our window all night from 12-2. My baby couldn't sleep. UNACCEPTABLE!
Close location to the airport and very convenient. Check in staff pleasant. Had to keep a window open because the odor was bad. The room smelled like animals and urine. The staff at the desk when checking in said that this was one of their good rooms.
My daughter got injured on some glass terrible
The staff tried very hard to be accommodating with what they had to work with. Dirty carpet, throughout, phone didn't work, fan in bathroom didn't work covered in filth and mold, no alarm clock, no coffee pot. The excuse I got was that they are remodeling. My rate was reduced and the manager at the time said I should be happy with that. Well, I'm not happy, I was there because of a family emergency otherwise I would have left immediately!!!
VERY nice exercise room! Pool area was lovely, but the water was too cold. Would be perfect if water was heated. The front desk girl on 7 June was VERY professional and nice. I had a very nice room. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Nice location. The fact that there was very little hot water for bathing. The temperature of the hot water was only enough to make the water luke-warm. Do you have any idea how annoying that is to have driven HOURS and look forward to soaking in a hot bath with some relaxing music, only to find water that is too cold to sit in for more than 5 minutes? I complained and nothing was done. I was there for more than one night. Also your slippery tub is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I did not fall, but I almost did! Did not like that your TV cable provider does not have an onscreen TV guide so I not only know what the channels are, but what is playing!!! I did not know that there was an in-house restaurant where I could have ordered food because I just didn't notice the menu that was placed on the desk. I didn't sit at the desk, so I didn't realize what that was. Breakfast was too limited and laden with carbs and not enough protein. There was a noisy nightclub there. That didn't bother me, but not seeing any security around did.
Lovely woman at check-in I had a very refreshing shower......Where was the warm water?
Staff was 5 stars wh When they're constructions completed they'll have much better reviews overall
There was a used towel on the sink and the room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. There weren't even decent pillows.
We just needed a place to lay down for a few hours. For the price it was ok. Room smelled like cigarette smoke very badly, but other than that it was ok.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only comment is about the grab and go breakfast I prefer real eggs and waffles but thats my personal opinion.
We plan on staying at this hotel again!! It convenient to all places in Lehigh Valley. We went to the Sands Casino and it only took us 12 minutes to get there.
This place was very close to anything you needed. The rooms were excpetionally clean and nice sized. The only thing I experienced trouble with was trying to find out from the front desk if we could get an early check in to be sure we would have enough time to get dressed for a wedding. Other than that, a great stay!!!
They made us feel very welcome and it was great that we were going to visit relatives the next day and we could bring out food up to the room and refrigerate it.
Recliner in room was nice. Coffee and maker in little kitchen. Good size fridge. No shampoo or continental breakfast. Room was clean and smoke free. Could have used a blanket, was a little cold at night. Convenient location. I was visiting colleges in the area. Duncan Donuts across the street and a Panera one exit up towards Easton.
My stay was awful. I got in late and didn't get a good look at the room, but when I woke up in the morning I was praying I didn't get some disease from the bed. The pillow was so terrible I had to go out and buy my own, same for bath towels. I had to have the hotel re-clean the kitchen as there was some yellow goop all over the kitchen area that wouldn't come off. The kitchen towels always smelled of grease - never clean. The once weekly clean never cleaned the bathroom counter nor the kitchen sink or stove area. I had to have them reclean almost every week. The front desk explained they had problems with housekeeping but I was there almost 2 months. That's plenty of time to fix it. The straw that broke this camel's back was the ants that came in my last week. But then they kept coming. When I reported it to the front desk, they had nothing there and I had to wait until the next day for someone to spray. The ants kept coming, and I had to go to the grocery store and buy my own spray so I could sleep in peace that night.
This was a lower-cost no-frills hotel, they did not even have wakeup calls (but there was an alarm clock). Was fine for what I needed and price was decent too.
It was a good place to stay. close to hospital, however they charged me for the room even though i booked it thru the travel website. So i had to call to get them to credit myu account. overall not bad.
The staff were super accomadating, and breakfast was huge The rooms needed extra clean help
Location Treadmill has been broken for a few weeks, based on other reviews, and it was broken the night I stayed there. The shower curtain rod was broken so I couldn't closed the curtain. Staff offered to change my room because it was too late in the day, but I already unpacked and didn't feel like moving to a different room just for that. Coffee was cold in the evening and breakfast was basic and just okay. I expected a little more attention to details from a Wyndham hotel, to be honest.
The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. They have a nice pool and hot tub area. Yhe breakfast offered was nice and typical of a hotel continental buffet. The shower was a little odd, shower head spewed what seemed like 5 gallons a minute.
Overall I was pleased with my stay at Wingate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed with my 7 yr old daughter to attend nearby Dorney Park. Beds were clean and I absolutely loved the massaging shower after a full day of walking! The breakfast was also ok. a lot of good options available for everyone.
Pool, breakfast, location Road / traffic noise
The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Only complaint was the breakfast. Not enough seating. Ran out of food and long line to make waffles. The person working the buffet seemed overwhelmed.
The convenience! The bland look and feel!
