Great location and friendly staff. Good value for money
Great hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. We've read that staff can be pushy with selling tours and that, but didn't find it to be the case for us. We ordered a van back to the airport with the hotel, which was very convenient (there were 6 of us, and van was new and roomy. Possibly paid a little more but for the convenience and being on time (we've had other car booking turn up late, not here) it was worth it). Room was very very roomy and luxurious. Bed was huge and super comfy. We had a room facing the street, looking out over the pool. We thought it would be noisier, but it wasn't at all. The doors sealed well, and to be honest, by nightfall, this section of Hoi An was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good each morning. There were some food out, buffet style, along with dishes and drinks you can order. Big range of choices and it was good to mix it up day to day. Location-wise, we really liked it, as it was an easy walk into the Old Town, but far enough that you could actually "get away" from it. As an aside, we loved all the different tiles in the hotel. Gave it a very nice, unique Hoi An feel.
Nothing really. Be aware that, like most accommodations in Hoi An, there are no elevators. We had an elderly couple with us and emailed the hotel ahead of time, asking for a room on the ground floor. They accommodated us easily, which we were very grateful for. The two rooms on the ground floor are directly next to the reception area. Our couple who stayed there had no complaints though, and it was preferred over having to climb stairs.
I booked this hotel last minutes and I wanted to be in this area location.. so it would be the location.
The breakfast was poor. There no sausage. I was finding hard to eat the bread definitely didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. Out of 4 time I had breakfast it was lime juice serve / got watermelon yesterday .
Room was clean. Location for the river and shops/ restaurants is perfect. Very basic rooms, would try to find somewhere else next time we visit Hoi an before booking here.
Breakfast was not great for a British traveller unless you like noodles for your breakfast. The hotel room was noisy as we were put in room 1 right behind reception and next to the road outside.
