excellent and efficient staff.
Elevators are few and confusing. The rooms are small and somewhat Spartan for five star hotel.
The staff were fantastic. They are helpful, kind, and speak excellent English.
The view from our room. It looked onto a dirty overpass complete with abandoned shopping trolleys. I suggest Marriott take over the maintenance of this ground and make it worth looking at.
Staff was amazing. The bar abd the restaurant were very nice. There is a very nice bar/restaurant scene surrounding the hotel.
For a city visit it is a little far from the center (but easily reachable by public transport).
Efficient and friendly staff Large Twin room- spacious and comfortable.
Parking costs at nearby multi-storey car park could be discounted even more for hotel residents. Hotel has no car park of its own.
Very profesionnal staff, perfect room
Check in was a bit messy, probably because the hotel was full and i didn't find how to do the online checkin
The fantastic staff who were always on hand to help! From check in to check out, every single staff member was excellent!
Room fittings and amenities did not quite meet expectations. Surprised that for a business hotel, there was no USB port provided and there was no bathrobe unless specifically requested for. The wardrobe could be a little bigger too?
Fantastic experience all around. Wonderful staff, comfortable large rooms, and easy access to Canary Wharf and public transport.
Not a thing; All was excellent.
People could not have been better, from bar staff to front desk, etc.
For a tourist location is a bit far out but quality of the hotel made up for it
It was convenient in so far as catching an early morning flight. Rooms were large and modern by London standards.
It was a Friday night, I was situated on a lower floor and there was quite a lot of noise through the night.
This hotel is not like a 5-star, but ok with the special price. It's not reasonable if anyone pay --- usd for this kind of 3-star hotel in north american.
the stuffs are very friendly, and it's good to have a public parking lot about 200 meters away from hotel.
the 2 beds are so small..
overall....very good hotel
large modern rooms. quieter area of London as compared to the other older areas of London that is touristy.
a slight walk from Canary Wharf underground. Should have a direct foot bridge...instead of having to use the current foot bridge.
