The staff at Kakakuano was nice and helpful. Our room was bright and the bed cozy. There was hot water and good Wifi (unfortunately not very good inside the room). The surrounding of the hotel is green and nice, you can spend time in the gardens and sitting areas. There is also a playground for children which caused a bit of noise on our arrival day. The breakfast was simple and good but without extras. We didn't have dinner at Kakakuano but went to Mamma Mia restaurant which is also close to the bus park (5-10 min walk).
The design of the room was nice but we had to deal with a few inaccurate constructions (loose tab water, narrow space between the doors of bathroom and balcony). We had mosquitoes inside our room which entered through a gap between the window frames. Due to a missing mosquito net they bothered us in the night. On our last day we finally found the source of the problem and informed the staff.
Nothing in particular, they need to amend all the above
Everything in particular, toilets very small and no hot water facilities. Breakfast was not so appealing. Dinner was average. Since it was a lodging and a discotheque built inside the premises, while having food the whole building was shaking. And all the clubbers created noise while guests are resting. It was very annoying.
Decent location. With a nice garden and bar. Some staff were friendly.
The bathroom flooded and was a total mess. Drainage doesn't work, shower water was cold and didn't drain away spilling into the room. Mirror in bathroom was cracked and had fallen off the wall. Room was very small and dark and had a terrible view of the washing line. Wifi was very poor. The club downstairs was really audible in the room.
