The staff were very attentive and personal. They helped us learn swahili. We sang together. Moses the manager answered all our questions. Aisha, the chef and all the staff helped get us delicious vegetarian food.

Next to nothing other than the absence of mosquitos. Breakfast was okay but dinner was only so so. Yet on the bright side I didn't get sick.
There are too many things including the extortionate price of the airport transfer, told by the driver to be free and then advised to be $60 each way when the room was $67. Are these people crazy? I managed, since I was stuck and had a flight to catch to agree $60 both ways. I consider myself lucky. Then there was the bathroom, the lights, the dark corridors, the very young people on the reception. Pleasant enough but not with authority. The hotel didn't create the mountain and that's the only attraction for any of the hotels. They can't charge crazy prices and get away with it for long.
