location, on top of a shopping mall and sea ferry port to china. smell of food in the lobby
staff are friendly and a good location the booking confirmation said large room with either harbour or park views and my room had neither and it was small
Location Problem with the wifi service
I did not get my apple and orange in the room
Hotel location good There is no free airport shuttle bus and bathroom not very clean.
The location is good, and the hotel staff are very friendly. The bathroom is a little small, and the shower is a quite low for tall people
cheaper and near the shopping areas
Decent location Very small rooms
The location of the hotel. The bed was too hard.
It is very convenient and near the shopping areas.
Great location. We checked in and there was hammering and drilling in the room adjacent to ours. I called the front desk and they told me there was no construction happening. I held up the receiver and they heard it. I was later told it would stop by 6p, but that did not help us because we were exhausted and wanted to rest earlier in the afternoon.
we have a pleasant stay there although we find the room a bit small from the normal hotel rooms. How ever this was compensated by the pleasant assistance courtesy of your hotel staff from the check-in counter to the concierge to the housekeeping staff and the proximity to the nearest MTR. The price.
Great location - close to train stations and the ferry service to HK Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Room air conditioner was somewhat difficult to control - either too hot or too cold. The room had an odd odour, which may be due to the air conditioning.
Súper bien ubicado, limpio, feliz en mi estancia
Location was great
Good location, comfortable room, conveneient to MTR and shopping.
nothing The room and bed is too small !!!
close the ferries and walking along the waterfront
So.so The checking staff n too epensive
Good staff manners, easy location. Easy transport from Air port The room was too small and there is not much room for walking and luggages.
It was a very nice place, very clean, and a great location. Staff was really friendly. Only down thing was room size if you were going to spend a lot of time in it, but with the location and restaurants and things to do I didn't.
location room size was so small
Helpful and friendly staff No
The Location of this hotel which is close to so many vaital things in the city Nothing specific
The rooms were beautiful and the connection between our room and the kids room was crucial in allowing the family to have privacy and at the same time, a shared experience. We were near the heart of the city and it was very convenient. The staff were generally pleasant but lacked the warmth that I think is crucial in making things truly memorable.
its in HK best stores area nothing
The hotel room provided excellent views of the harbour and Hong Kong Island; also very close to shopping and transport facilities
Position,position,position,..... a little bit old
convenient for shoppings. I do not like the toilet door facing the bed
Benefits of the club lounge were excellent, food, service and convenience excellent. Excellent central location. Luxurious & high standard hotel. There was a lot of building noise at the pool area as there seemed to be some refurbishing going on on the floor above the pool level and the open windows meant it was hard to relax there.
Location is good. We had Club room at it was big enough for three people. Hotel has terrace with excellent view to HK island. Hotel is getting bit old, there was no wifi in room, TV was small and old.
they have good service and great location the furniture is out model
Politeness, cleanliness, food Television was very old and tv programmes not very easy to access.
My room was very spacious. I did get upgraded but this was much cheaper and just as luxurious as the the grand Hyatt in wan chai. Great location very near the metro and next toVictoria park. Also next to Ding Tai Fung.
Hotel a little over-rated and riding a bit off the back of having two of Hong Kongs best restaurants in the same building. Locaion a bit out of the way for most things you might want to see / do. Staff did their best to get me an early check-in as I arrived at 8am. Others arriving just after we less lucky. Location not great but right on the tramline.
Location of hotel Quality of service. Even the staff serving the executive club floor were not friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff.
Nothing First off we booked for 10/21-23 and my email confirmarion and screen shot of booking all confirmed this. When we went to check in , they told us that booking was for 11/4-6. I showed them the confirmation then they told us we needed to take the issue up with kayak. After arguing for 3 hours(i dont give up) they finally gave us the room. The hotel is NOT a 5 star (1star) and the pictures are MISLEADING. Theoughout the stay the staff was awful. The hotel is also filled with mainlanders which makes it extremely noisy and crowded. Avoid avoid avoid. I couldnt take another day so in the end I booked the shangri-la.
Reception and check in not very friendly.
ask the staff to fix the bath room , but they never sent staff to fix it . very disppointed.
The location is a stone throw away from major shopping malls at Causeway Bay Hong Kong. It has complimentary bus service by Airport Shuttle H2 from Hong Kong station. Room size is good for Hong Kong standard. Gym is in basement 3, not big, but no views, no service staff, but open 24 hrs enter by hotel room key. There is a small pool on 32nd floor roof top with sweeping views. Good thing is via booking.com, you can cancel the booking up to 2 days before the travelling date. You do not pay online and settle the bill directly with the hotel only when you check out of the hotel. The toiletries provided is insufficient and a little stingy. For instance, if previous days toiletries are used partially, chamber maid may not replenish the next day even though you pay for the another day's room night. Quality of shampoo and bath gel is economical and not befitting a 5 star hotel. There is no comb, cotton wool for ladies facial, or cottton buds provided. If you pay for an extra bed, sometimes they forgot to provide 3rd set of towels or complimentary towel. Booking.com does not show the service charge to be imposed which may amount to 10% of room rates quoted. Please budget for that when you settle your bill. It should quote the all in costs to be transparent for travellers.
Good hospitality It was a little difficult to catch a taxi.
The location is the best for shopping and eating The amenities in the bathroom didn't change or add such as bar soap.
Huge room for hong kong standards. Real (and huge) paintings in the room and corridors. Good location and excellent price. If you have a lot of baggage, the free shuttle to the airport express line ( hong kong station ) can be very convenient (otherwise subway can be faster) Overpriced dinner buffet....but who care about that in hong kong? a city with so many culinary options
Fairly quick check in process (which was also improved since the room was prepaid by booking through Kayak) Easy access via taxi, with a covered drop off/pick up area (great since it rains so much in Hong Kong) 2 complimentary bottles of filtered water Safe in the room didn't work at all, and looked like it had been tampered with Small lobby with a ton of bags left by other guests, with minimal security and the bags out in the open Toilet was chipped and cracked Shower door didn't close fully, and the hot water took forever to come out Overall, pretty shabby decor and facilities for the price paid. I'd recommend Lanson Place Hotel over the Regal for any business travellers.
Good value for a good location. Great staff and lovely appearance. Kayak's booking didn't go through and caused a delayed check-in.
Comfort and room facilities; fantastic view from a harbourside room; fitness suite and pool; chinese restaurant; choice of foods at breakfast Staff were generally very helpful, but when we returned to collect our baggage which we had left with them on our last day after checkout their attitude had clearly changed and they gave the impression of wanting to get rid of us as quickly as possible. This is a stupid and short-sighted attitude since guests are left with this as their last impression of the hotel. They need to be told that one remains a valued guest even after the money has changed hands for ones room! This will affect my likelihood of staying in a Shangri-La hotel again - at the high room rates one expects top class service, and I have never been treated like this at top Marriotts or Peninsula group hotels. Overall, however, the stay was good.
Nice room Housekeeping
The staff always greeted me by Mr. Adams, they always made sure they knew my name in advance, very impressive !
Large, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Swimming pool was very small and no out door pool. Location was ok but not great.
the view from the room it's expensive for no international brand
The Harbour view was uncomparably fantastic If you go there by taxi, most of the drivers were sucks
Great service and excellent location. Everything was thought about and supplied.
view, bathroom, location & staff none
Up grade to a suite without asking The breakfast wasn't brilliant
Hardly anything Room rather small and smelly. One bed was less than fair. No heating in room. Breakfast "room" untidy and unpleasant.
The room is clean and quiet, and the hotel is quite close to Wan Chai mtr Station. The room rate is high compared to surrounding hotels.
Cleanliness Overall hotel was nice however it was 40 degrees F outside and there was no heater in the hotel or rooms..
Location and comfortable bed Size of bath, height of shower, breakfast choice poor, being telephoned about house keeping when do not disturb sign on door.
Good location and price. Breakfast was definitely not the best in the world.
bed and shower menu and the fun things
location is near the centrum hotel is noisy, because near the main roads anda bars, clubs
convenience transport. quite near to MTR station, free shuttle to airport express station. below average servicing among 4 star hotel. Got a lots of bar nearby, may not be good for family with kids.
Location and the free shuttle from Hong KOng central station was good. Also they have upgraded my room from club room to suit without charging any money.
Hotel was quiet.
Nearest position for subway Best thing is represented a place yo change our clothes even we've no rm
This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event. We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.
the view from the room and the top restaurant is great. very small lobby which does not invite you. The chairs at the main restaurant/breakfast area are very bad.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Beautiful looking hotel. I missed my connecting flight and arrived after 1pm on the day of checkout. Staff allowed me to stay until after late checkout with no extra fees and were extremely helpful. Room was well appointed.
Proffessional staff Nothing I didnt like
Loved everything The location could be better
The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!
the staff are great, the loby of the hotel was very nice the rooms are not spacious, most of all ,the bed is not comfortable at all.
a very pleasurable stay from checking in to checking out.Outstanding service throughout the hotel nothing
Staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice hotel. Wifi signal in room was so weak. Nearly unusable.
I liked the location and the view over the harbour was fabulous. The hotel offered executive lounge facilites at an extra cost, but this was extremly good value for money. Free shuttle bus into the center was very good.
Very beautiful hotel in centeral location to market and near to metro' very clean, also staff was very professional Nothing
best location, nearby MTR station, room size is to small,
Price was under $100/ night for a very comfortable hotel with great food options and easy access to transit. Like most HK hotels, rooms are a bit small, but comfortable.
The lobby Staff courtesy and the noise during breakfast
The hotel has a regular shuttle that drops you off in the centre of Kowloon. Based on the reviews we booked this hotel however were disapointed with the location as it was too far from the city centre as we like to be able to walk everywhere.
always have a nice, comfortable stay. over charged for club level. My fault for not noticing earlier. Was told it would be taken care of but was not.
Jimmy From the Kitchen Esther from Reception/Checkin Mani From Household Staff Most attentive and Friendly Crew they really understand Customer Service and train their staff Well. A rare find Hong Kong is usually very cold when it comes to customer service that the last day they booked up and I couldn't stay longer lol :) Only issue I had here was with the taxi cabs they will not call local taxis so you have to wait sometimes for oddly long periods of time to get a cab. So Just Use Uber if you stay there because everything else is great!!!
We had a wonderful harbour view (Hongkong skyline). Hotel is in walking distance to downtown Kowloon and harbour promenade of the stars. Hotel is partially antiquated (carpet, TV, ...). Front desk staff is not very courteous.
suttle bus service improvement for suttle bus service e.g. bus always full and some guests left behind
The housekeeping called at 7pm to see if I wished to change, replace towels, having changed them at cleaning time earlier. The food service by the pool. The bar is good for food and a drink, staff excellent there and at reception. As usual, wi-fi is extortionate. If you log on with laptop for hotel-wide wifi, you must pay again to use your iPad. So a double dose of v. expensive wifi in the hotel, owned by HW( owners of the '3' telecoms empire). Crazy and annoyingly petty expense. Otherwise, a good standard,4 star. WAY ahead of it's sister, 5* harbour grand, HK side.
The hotel staff were well trained, all they have good manner.
The Hotel was organized; it must have a very good manager The Bed was very clean but the room esp. the floor was not very much clean. I think the Hotel needs renovation.
Location Alowed late check out - 4pm Good selection of day trips - recommend Check in too long, but in the end did get the correct room (non smoke) and bed (double) Did not reply to my email on transport from the airport Pool too cold
I have stayed many times at this Holiday Inn but think now that it is a little over priced given that it is over 30 years old hotel and the area where it is located is not that good anymore but it is still a nice hotel and I would stay there again.
Location Very old decoration
the staff was not at all helpful, said you booked thru booking.com, so i would get the lowest category room, even though they have diff lower class rooms,
shopping, having dinner, and relax at excutive club
Very conveniently located on Nathan road close to everything.
Staff were very accommodating to our request.
Convenient location on the end of Nathan Road TST
higher pricing in comparision with its hotel condtiion
Rooms very old in style and decor, needs a rebuild ,
Great hotel , fantastic gym loved the suite and the bathroom
The staff in the club floor are very professionals, always offering to help and assist.Excellent customer service.
staff very good no internet access is the rooms, not good for this level of hotel
The Mira is different, standing out from the crowd due to it's designer look & outstanding staff. Put in on an MTR Station & it would be sublime. Note: Chief concierge from the Grand Melborne..enough said. Noise - Hotel rebuilding with jack-hammer noise during day - Don't plan to be in hotel during the day.
The rooms were, if anything, nicer and more comfortable than they looked on the web site albeit a little smallish but HK standard size. The staff were professional and very helpful both on check in and out. I was very impressed with the technology in the rooms including a wireless keyboard that controls the computer on the TV screen. Breakfasts in the restaurant and on the club floor were very nice indeed. No complaints other than cost which is also HK style Cable reception on the large LCD was grainy at best but everything else was great
Fabulous spa, great food and incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location and the rooms are top notch.
The hotel location is fantastic and the atmosphere is great
Location and big room
I thourght it was good value for the standerd of room I had chosen, the location was very central to everything I needed to see & do. No I was happy!
every thing, it is the best hotel i have been nothing
Amenities were great. Design was good. Location was great for tourism/shopping. Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!
Location, location, and location you have to pay for the internet
The staff was incredibly helpful especially Kitty Ting. All of our needs were met.
Loacation, and luxury - right in the middle of Hong KOng with a gret buffet
Sraff attitude and attention to detail. Can do attitude Price of food and beverages are exhorbiyant and a limiing factor to full enjoyment of the facility
Location was really nice, very close to shopping area and so on. We were forced to wait for long time to check-in but efforts on recovery to that failure was nice.
Spectacular location; hotel staff very professional and friendly. Overall good services.
Location and service. Restaurant timetable. It finish very soon.
convenient location to metro station. easy to go anywhere. the room is still small even it's executive.
This hotel is very well situated in Wanchai. It is just moments walk from the MTR and easy to get a taxi as well. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it clean and relatively comfortable. If nightlife is in your plans, you are at "ground zero" for the club scene in WC. Staff is efficient if not overly warm. I have stayed at this hotel and for me it always depends on the price. If I get the room at a good rate, I will stay, if not there are other hotels in the area that are more competitive. When I first stayed here 8 years ago, the hotel was showing signs of wear, now it is firmly planted in the "dated" range. The pubic areas are fine, but the rooms could use a make over. Again, it all depends on the room rate as far as value goes.
location location location. On the first day they put me into a room with broken AC: it was cooling all the time regardless of the setting so my room became freaking cold. When I reported this I was told that they could change my room the next day so I was forced to sleep in this fridge! I caught a cold and couldn't fully enjoy the rest of my stay. In the new room the bathtub plughole was blocked when I checked in. I reported this and they said they would repair this, but in fact they made only a bit less blocked...
Location was good The rooms were smelly. I had a non-smoking room, abd I still could not sleep because of the smell in the room. I asked them to change the room, they did. I found out that the new room was recently renovated. The first room was very old.
Very good location. Close to the fair and to mass transport.
It was quiet, staff were available and checkin/out was quick
Right at the heart of Wan Chai, the center of night life full of pub and bar and restaurant. Close to MTR - the subway train network. Reception counter is a bit small; the gym and the swimming pool are in the next building.
Convenience of the location Untimely cleaning of the room
Economic and efficient. Clean.
helpful, friendly and informative staff
Proximity to Wan Chai MTR. Spacious room (for HK). Excellent staff. Dodgy area. You're going to get hit on getting into your hotel.
Loved the free upgrade to a suite. Bed felt too soft. Would prefer it to be firmer.
The service, the restaurant, the pool, and the staff. Water pressure in the shower. Not so great.
Facilities are 5 star pool and spa The room smelled like a cigar. It should have been sanitized to get the smell out.
The additional charge for internet use in your room is disappointing, particularly with the high cost of accommodation in the hotel.
services & facilities not as good as previous years. hotel run down.
close to shopping area hotel too old
We loved our room with the view of the park and harbour. It was also close to good shopping and the railway station. The bed and bathroom were very clean and modern. We did not realize it did not have a pool but this didn't matter as the weather was cool.
The CD player in the room is very nice, I happened to buy a disk before I got there, I loved the music and the night view outside the window is goreiouse! Brekafast is not quite good and it is not worth the price they charge!
Staff were helpful and room was always made up whenever requested.
A lot of lifts available for guests so practically didnt have to wait long for a ride. It has been remodeled & the rooms are the same size but newer carpet, bathroom. Very conveniently located
Central locality, near Times Square and all business centres. Honesty of housekeeping staff, they returned me some monies left behind. Front Office is too jammed and efficiency doubtful.
very close to the downtown center shopping mall no swimming pools
This was a hotel we have not stayed at before but the staff made you feel important and welcome. Highly recommended and would stay there again. We were very impressed with the Grand Stanford's Club Lounge area and the staff there. They even remember you by name.
Congratulations on one of your staff, Mrs Mandy Tsang at the help desk, very polite and extremely helpfull!!
the hotel location, facilitis and the good service
Great staff anf great service N/A
Executive loung very poor
The hotel staff are not expert , hotel rooms are not clean
it was a family trip and v really enjoyed staying here, very close to shopping area and harbur....
A big “Thank You” to Guest Relations Officer Ms. Mary and the staff of the Island Shangri-La for arranging the exceptional experience that we enjoyed over the last couple of days. A member of our party was celebrating her birthday and all of us were absolutely delighted by the wonderful gesture of a surprise champagne celebration, followed by framed pictures of the toast. Pure class. This was my second stay at the Island Shangri-La and both times I have been rewarded with nothing but the most gracious hospitality by everyone who assisted from check in to check out. We appreciated every little detail which the staff ensured was perfect, and we look forward to returning. The harbour view rooms offer what could be considered one of the most stunning panoramas one can enjoy from a luxury property anywhere in the world. And of course the “Great Motherland of China” painting is the stuff of legend. Just that is worth coming for. 11 out of 10.
Service is perfect, every one takes a lot of attention to help you with everything. All staff take so much care for small details. Only a bath tube with shower, not a extra shower in the bathroom.
Location and service are great; staff is always helpful and responsive Facilities are a little dated and need some modernizing. Furniture in rooms is not in great shape. Missing many amenities that hotel in this range should have
Fantastic! The staff, particularly the Front Office Manager, was excellent. He helped pick up our luggage at the taxi, checked us in, got us an extra cot bed for our child when we had been told there were none left available when we'd called in advance, walked us to our room and settled us, tried to get an additional 50% discount on our breakfast for our child and called us personally to apologise when he couldn't. The service was professional and impeccable. The ambiance was sumptious and location fantastic for shopping - linked to major shopping centres.
Excellent service oriented staff. Beautifully appointed rooms. Amazing views, great location.
amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaziiinngggg hotel!!!they have their aromatic scent once u enter the hotel that i bought, warm welcoming staff, all speak english, spacious room, which is hard to find in hong kong.i would rate it 10 out of 10
Indeed I enjoyed staying this hotel very much. Friendly attentive staffs, spacious rooms and excellent foods. nothing
High-end hotel with unfaltering service. Great restaurant and health club. Harbour-view rooms have excellent views.
good downtown location, excellent service, convenient pool and sports facilities, good breakfast, very helpful personnel, fantastic views from almost all rooms
I liked the room, the facilities and staff. the mall and the park next to the hotel very high price
The complimentary smartphone AC noisy and a bit outdated
Bed was very hard. Had a handicapped room and couldn't open the windows or see out the frosted windows. The bathroom was hardly handicapped aceessible due to the toilet being in front of the sink and the shower having a high lip around it. Breakfast was uneventful, cold pancakes that you had to put in the toaster to warm up.
The view from the Executive Suite was well worth the money!
Confortable,Facilities to get subway. The internet must be in room
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good & coffee was great. Free Wifi & Smartphone. Smartphone allows free local calls & free international calls to some countries like US, Philippines, Australia, etc. it also allows sharing of internet connection with your devices. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay & Sasa. Gym includes two treadmills but they're both out of order. I had to run outdoors and it was drizzling. Breakfast buffet needs more variety. I had a view of a cemetery & moving to a room with a better view means upgrading & more money.
Very modern and clean Front desk was not helpful in addressing my needs after 3 calls. Talked to manager next day and was upgraded to a nicer room. Would have been nice to get some service from the beginning. It's a 15 min walk to subway station. I didnt know about the free shuttle to wan chai.
Location. Everything was good, no issues.
The location was very convenient
When checking-in, the hostess noticed from my passport that it was my birthday. She then proceeded to show me 3 envelopes and had me choose one as a birthday prize. The envelope I chose gave me a free room upgrade, and it was the nicest room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! There was a deluxe massage chair, shiatsu neck massager, and a separate foot massage apparatus in the bedroom, and the suite was very spacious. I love this hotel!!
The location was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The beds were very hard, verging on uncomfortable!
close to horse racing the only thing that I don't like is the location of the hotel, it's too convenient from the shopping center.
I asked for a non smoking room, but the hotel management gave me a smoking room, stating that there were no other options. I protested and I ended with a real suite... Just the fact that at first they did not want to liste to my requests, and that they should have informed me behorehand that the room type i asked for was not available
JW Marriott was absolutely amazing. Staff was extremely courteous, facilities were clean, the place felt luxurious, and accessibility from and to the hotel was convenient. The hotel is located in one of the best malls of the city which is directly connected to an MTR station! Wifi was free and reliable which was very important to me. The prices are steep but you expect that in Hong Kong. At almost $350 USD per night, breakfast could've been included in the package but was not.
i stayed on the executive smoking floor, but the room did not have proper ventilation
Convenient location, good hotel facilities, attentive friendly staff very small rooms, somewhat noisy due to poor wall insulation
Central location, easy access to transport, malls etc. Friendly helpful staff, large, clean comfortable room which had recently been renovated. Free wi fi would have been useful.
Very convenient to travel to any part of the Hong Kong attraction.
Better qaulity of visitors. A little too pricey.
The hotel locations is excelent since there is a MTR Station just below the Hotel. The room's are a little small for the price.
The design of the rooms was very comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extra friendly and efficient. Overall, it was an excellenct hotel. None.
View from rooms
overall an excellent hotel location. it's hard to get a taxi at the hotel
It is conveniently located however the lobby area is small and noisy. The room rate is reasonable.
The staff were very helpful and happy to help, which was very much appreciated, especially as we were travelling with out twin 3 year olds. Free water & the free extra bed in the room was great.
I am totally dissatisfied with City Garden Hotel Hong Kong. It is not value the money and should disqualify this is the 3 star only. Staff in facilities are very very impolite and cannot speak English. I shall not recommend my friend to stay here.
North Point location. It is not in the main tourist areas (Causeway Bay or Tsim Sat Tsui) but, for me, it is ideally located and very convenient. Transportation via MTR, tram or bus is just a short walk away and a lot of local restaurants nearby. For the first couple of days there was some construction on our floor and even right next door but only during the day.
Location Staff attitude and service
very nice and comfortable rooms
It was discreet and all staff were very friendly. It realyy needs a facelift - the sofas were dirty and it needed a good clean.
The facilities are just amazing. Clean, organized. The bathroom really clean! Overall amazing The check in process could be better
The location was great to get around in Hong Kong. Some staff members were not to helpful
The location is ideal for city tourism, Breakfast and breakfast-facilities are first class, superb. Humidity smell in the room, which was partially solved by opening the windows.
I stayed for a week and was pleased overall. Decent room size for a Hong Kong hotel. There was a nice king sized bed and the hotels location was ideal. I will be going back.
Everything was perfect Nothing
The view from the room is exceptional, just for the novelty of being able to say you've stayed at the tallest hotel in the world is pretty neat. The club level is smaller than it shows in pictures i've seen, but is never too crowded. Igor is one handsome man. location, a little removed from everythig
