Pai Village Boutique Resort

Pai Village is a beautifully landscaped resort overall with pristinely maintained rooms, pathways, pool, koi pond, and restaurant area. The extra little additions like the welcome gift on the first night and little flower on our third night were so sweet! The hotel has beautiful grounds. We stayed in a very cute bamboo hut. The gardens are beautifully planted up, and the rooms have very comfy beds and clean and modern bathrooms.

The hotel offers a variety of practical amenities including daily housekeeping, physical distancing in dining areas, first-aid kit, enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizer in guest accommodation, and key areas. The hotel also provides a mosquito net, use of cleaning chemicals effective against coronavirus, and thermometers for guests. Additionally, the hotel has a safety deposit box, room service, tour desk, and a 24hr front desk.

The staff was exceptional in their friendliness and service. Addy, the concierge, couldn't be more helpful and will go the extra mile to help out. The staff are attentive and accommodating, and Addy the concierge greets guests by name. The staff were responsive to our requests and moved us to a second room with a more comfortable bed.

The hotel is located right on Walking Street, making it a great place to stay if you are looking for resort service and care. The location is perfect to explore the town, and it's right near the walking street but not loud at all. The hotel is close to the main street with food and bars at night, but far enough to not be bothered by noise.

The hotel offers excellent breakfast with Thai desserts and tea every day from 11-4. The Blue Ox restaurant was gorgeous and the staff were exceptional. The breakfasts were the best we had staying in Northern Thailand. We enjoyed dinner at the Blue Ox and had a tasty steak, wedges, and included salad bar. The food was delicious, and the location could not have been better!

If you're driving to Pai, it's recommended to call the hotel beforehand to reserve a parking spot, as the staff will go out of their way to ensure you and your vehicle are cared for.

Opt for a Mountain View Pool Room for a lovely experience with amazing attention to detail by the staff.

Keep in mind that the hotel is located in the heart of Pai, so expect some noise from nearby bars and the walking street. Consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

The private bamboo cabins offer a charming and serene setting, providing a different experience compared to standard hotel rooms.

If you need to check out early, the hotel prepares special breakfast bentos, showing their dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Note that the access road closes and becomes a walking street each night at about 4 pm, so plan your parking accordingly.

August is the low season, which could be a quieter time to visit for those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is a cute little oasis seconds away from shops, restaurants, and a peaceful walking trail by the river, offering a convenient and serene stay.

The staff, especially the house manager, Addy, are incredibly helpful and focused on ensuring guests have a great time, providing exceptional service.

The hotel's location right next to the walking street provides a lovely ambiance, but be aware that noise from the surrounding area is part of the location's charm.
