the panorama - the jakuzzi was not working on the 5 days we spent there, the dvd player was nor working. despite of several promises, they did not ever repair it. there is no room service how it is stated on the web. The restaurant is open only at meal time, in other times, you can go to the city to eat. My credit card was copied, next day after I left, someone tried to buy something in Athens with my card. I had to cancel my card, and all the other uncomfortable administration. I will never go back to that place, and I don't recommend to anyone who is expecting a European 5 starts service,

easy walk to beach hotel personnel didn't always speak or understand English to be helpful.

Nothing, absolutly nothing.. Horible food, services.. Horible food, services.. The all inclusive package it is not what you would expect from this type of facility (the romanian equivalent word for this type of package is "cantina")... We didn't have any water, neighter cold, neighter hot in the bathroom, no channels on the tv,... => We had to switch rooms.. I don't have words to describe exactly how horible it was at this hotel... Pls don't go there

Services - Correct number of towels, clean bathroom, clean bedsheets Rooms - New furnitures, change the 4person rooms to doubles, mini fridge to all rooms Staff - more friendly and willing to help

Hotel is located in the centre of town , location is good Cleanliness of the room in disaster , bathroom is in condition where man dont have a wish to get shower.This is at most one star hotel not nearly 3 star. Without parking , without proper window in the room we think that the best solution for booking.com is to delete this hotel from the offer because it will ruin yours reputation.

Close to the sea. Furnuture in the room is very old. Small TV is under celling. Not all staff speask english. Bathroom size is mini - shower almost on w.c. pan.

Good location in the center No Car Parking, the kitchen was terrible, the rooms are like prison cadges, small and dark some of them located in the basement.

Very little The photos and hotel description were very misleading - this is not a boutique hotel at all, it is a very basic hotel where towels are changed every three days, the bathroom was cleaned once in the ten days of our stay, it was terribly noisy, breakfast means bread and cheese, and that is just some of the endless comments we could go on about. The price did not at all correspond to the quality.

The host Lazaros and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. We felt the mattresses were a little uncomfortable.
