Leaving it. Valet.
Everything. The room service was a rip off. You would think that they would use the money that they are robbing from you to spruce up the hotel. They tried to give me a room with a filthy bathroom. The next room I got had dirty towels. I am using a travel agent next time.
Location, friendliness of staff.
You have to walk through the lobby and entrance to restaurant to go to the pool.
The smoke detector was disconnected from the wall and hanging by wires. We had to be switched rooms. After showering in the new room the smoke detector went off because of the steam and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming upon our first arrival. After getting checked into our room we noticed the smoke detector was hanging by wires from the wall. After being switched to new room and taking a shower. The steam from the bathroom set off the smoke detector because there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The rooms seem outdated and I was surprised that it was a 3 1/2 stars. The most I would given this hotel would be 2 stars and I thought it was overpriced for the current rating
rooms. are old. payin 25 for arking. when right next door was 12$old. My 21 year old dropped our deivers license they never returned it
This hotel has very friendly, helpful staff.
The rooms, particularly the bathroom, looked a little dated. For a 3.5 star hotel they could do with some renovations.I had a pleasant stay here. In a good location, just a short walk to many restaurants and the famous Rodeo Drive. For those without a car there are a number of public transport options in the area. The hotel was nice and the lobby was well presented, but the room felt a little old.
Bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet all night long. Got an excellent sleep. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind.
Furniture in room and fixtures in bathroom looked worn.
Handy for tourist locations. There was an obnoxious noise in the room when water was used such as a toilet flushing or shower. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were very eager to make the situation right. Front desk & bell staff very friendly.
The pipes in the bathroom kept making terrible noises that woke me up.
The staff was friendly, great location, clean, comfortable ,and the food was delishious. Close to UCLA medical center, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.
No.Beautiful hotel, great location, helpful staff, we will recommend it to friends and family.
Location and convenience
We have stayed at your hotels numerous times and of all the places we have stayed, this one is not really worthy of its 3 1/2 stars / Bathroom is very small, counters are low, bed squeaks, and the place needs to be upgraded.Well located, staff is courteous and helpful, rooms look nice at first glance but with some upgrading they could be worthy of their 3 1/2 stars
