The staff is amazing, super nice. Excellent location within walking street. Rooms are clean and spacious, WiFi is good, and staff are friendly and helpful. The room window is not soundproof. Didn’t take credit card payment through Booking.com. No tea/ coffee making facilities. Very hard no elevator. The shower could have been hotter. Hot water not hot. The beds are as a few other guest already mentioned hard and can be uncomfortable for people who like a soft mattress. The restaurant is only offering Indian food, so if you don't like Indian food you will need to look somewhere else for a meal. No lift for upper floor guests. The bed was too hard for me. The wifi...sucks. The bed for some reason had a hump in the middle, not too bad but for my rolling around constantly it posed a little obstacle, it was firm like I like em though, great for sitting and editing videos without sinking in. Pricing. Over market rate. The hotel appears to have been recently completely renovated and is extremely clean. Terrible awful condition i had to change rooms 3 times to wifi, hot water, no smoking room After all the problems the manager would not refund 1 night charge i do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
