Convenient access to the beautiful beach (thanks to mother nature) but all hotels on that side in the hotel zone also have this benefit. Friendly staff members at the 24-hour cafe who worked really hard. Clean common areas. Friendly entertaintment team.
Food at all of the restaurants were very mediocre and disappointing (we tried all of them), especially Dragons Oriental Dining. The food selection (and flavour) for the buffet breakfast and lunch at the Cafe Market were poor and below standard of a 5-star hotel. Limited restaurants during lunch time (only the buffet at Cafe Market, Sea Salt ala carte which had a very slow service and mediocre food, Barefoot Grill that had a self-serve selection of dry-looking hotdogs and hamburger patties, and a small pop up cart by the pool that offered fruits/drinks/snacks, and the 24h Cafe that only had small sandwiches/cakes/drinks). Those may sound a lot but think about the amount of guests that stay at the hotel and need to eat lunch! We always had to eat early/late to avoid the long lines. We waited for 2 hours for our in-room breakfast and the food was also very mediocre and bland (limited selection too). The Cafe Market is the only place that offers Mexican ala-carte dinner option (and to think that we are in Cancun, Mexico...). Sea Salt Restaurant is more of a Peruvian-inspired and it was also very mediocre when we were there for lunch. Most of the staff members were very indifferent and not attentive. Check-in and check-out front desks staff were unpleasant too (the ones that we had) Very small hotel space, we were expecting slightly bigger based on pictures. Mini bar doesn't have snacks and only have drinks. They sell the snacks (eg. Potato chips) at the souvenir store downstairs - we stayed at another all-inclusive hotel during our trip and the other hotel had snacks in the mini bar - shame on you, Secrets The Vine! Smelly (sewer-smell) in most of the hallways and inside Sea Salt restaurant. We expected more out of this property being a 5-star all-inclusive hotels.

Once in the Bluewater Grill the octopus was burnt and when we complained there was no apoligize or any complementary (any other portion). Wifi range sometimes was not strong enough, mainly at the beach.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and nice. They try their best what ever your request is and who ever providing you the service. They accepted a late check out at 1pm for free as they charge after that. The cool thing is that they allow you to stay until 5pm at the resort for free and can book you a room for half an hour free of charge depends on availability and FREE.
I didnt like their pillow varaieties and size. The food can be more improved. The smell of bedding, hallways, lobby should be looked into it. As the bed sheets smells like chlore, hallways and lobby smell like a pool. Sound proof of balcony is poor.
