Two women at the front desk were very helpful along with the concierge specialist. Everything could have been better. The room had hair in it, the bathroom smelled of Nair hair removal. The room was dusty, and old. The doors had a chain lock on it that someone tried to enter at about 3am. No help with luggage…ever.
