10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bar and restaurant. The lobby is nicer than others in the area. Staff here is a pleasure too.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Everything except, there was a cockroach that was darting over the floor in my room that I couldn’t catch. I have a phobia of roaches so it cause a big distress for me. The hotel did offer a 20% discount the next day. However I still didn’t get much sleep. The cockroach appeared at 1amish so it was no benefit to change rooms because my husband was asleep already.
Cons: Answer the dislike in the question above. The cockroach.
7.0 Good
Cons: Someone had a party in the room next door from 4am to 6am. A very loud party.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall service was excellent.
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel - very courteous staff. Incredibly clean room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and quick response to issues
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Dinner service with Tim ( I think) was superb and the chef even checked in on the meal quality. Front desk staff was attentive and noted that requests for hypoallergenic pillows had not been addressed before I noticed the omission, and promptly had them replaced.
Cons: However, the lunch service was so poor ( waited for 10 minutes and unsure if dining room was even open) I left the conference site and braved local traffic for lunch.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom was not clean. Hair in tub, on the floor, on the toilet and sink. Base boards and floors in bathroom need thorough cleaning.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was nice. Check in and out was easy.
Cons: Price was a little high for the accommodations.
7.7 Good
Pros: We were most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and modernness for the price. Very fair price for what you got.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was a nice, mostly clean hotel. It does feel like a luxury hotel. Staff seemed friendly. The neighborhood the hotel was in was really nice with close proximity to nice restaurants.
Cons: No free breakfast. In fact I thought the breakfast was ridiculous. $11 each just to eat breakfast is crazy for adults let alone small kids. We went out for breakfast instead and the whole family ate for $15.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely laid out room and great shower.
Cons: The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They kept running out of food, utensils and cups and no one was around to replenish. Food quality was mediocre. My other complaint is the room was 65 degrees when we got there. Easy to fix, but what a waste of energy (it was 98 degrees outside). They ran the dishwasher when they cleaned the room - for one bowl and glass. We hung our used towels on the towel rack intending to reuse them, but they replaced them with new towels. Non of this impacted our stay, but such a waste of energy.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Relatively new hotel with a friendly staff
Cons: One of my children slept on the pull out couch. When she woke up, she was covered with BED BUG bites. Not good and ruined an otherwise positive experience at this 8 month old hotel. Other than the bed bugs, I would have no complaints.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: 1- There is no facility to open out a large suitcase - a large suitcase stand would make a big difference especially to families and couples 2- Water pressure in bathroom very poor 3- No TV listings for the channels - extremely annoying!
6.7 Good
Pros: The room
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9:00 on Labor Day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff. Loved the rooms.
Cons: Breakfast needed more staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great variety. Good food.

Cons: Uninspiring downmarket breakfast and no bar.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel location was great - within walking distance to great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean.
Cons: We had an issue with tv channels not working properly - a staff member came to check and said he would get back with us about the problem and we never saw him again. Both of the computers in the business area were not working. The breakfast was fair - more like a continental breakfast. Would be nice to offer a managers reception or something to welcome guests (a beverage/snack) after a long day of work/travel.

Cons: No coffee on Monday.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable... Breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stat.
Cons: The toilet wasn't very clean. I wasn't told that I'd have to pay $40 for incidentals. Don't like that it takes 3-5 days to have my money returned when the hotel got their money from my card right away. This won't stop me from returning.

Pros: Location, clean, great staff, and breakfast
Cons: Nothing. I loved it
7.1 Good
Pros: location
Cons: shower had some cleanliness issues
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The omelets were tasty and warm. Coffee was outstanding. Great selection of fresh fruit. Staff went out of the way to offer suggestions for eating and entertainment.
Cons: There wasn’t a negative with our stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: We literally arrived at 2am and checked out at 8:30am so can't give a full review .... the place seemed like it'd be good for a long stay ... it was very American which was nice - large bed etc. Great location fro the puppetry museum and Bodies: the exhibition.... what was really great was that it was literally straight off one of the main highways into Atlanta so we weren't having to navigate ourselves around the city to find it or also leave in the morning to get back on the road. The customer service was good as when I had to call for code and to leave my car in car lot until midday whilst we Lyft'd to museums they were super helpful and obliging. The bedside lamps and tables looked new and I loved the different lighting settings that they had.
Cons: There was no blind/curtain on upper section of lounge window so apartments directly opposite could look right down into the lounge/kitchen, which is also next to the bathroom, so make sure you're clothed at all times lol. The towels looked nice but when you used them and they got damp we quickly realised they were very tired and definitely needed refreshing. The bed linen felt like it also needed the same or whether it was the quality of the fabric.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice.
Cons: The toilet paper was very thin and cheap. We were also corrected by hotel employee of the morning staff for moving a table, which seemed a bit over-the-top. We moved the table back to where it was originally.

Cons: The doors were so incredibly loud when shut.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for what we wanted to do.
Cons: The Green Trash truck picked up the stuff at 4:50 AM and woke us up. Seriously. That sucked. For that reason, I'd probably not stay there again but go across the street to the Hampton Inn.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location. I also loved the room, the layout was perfect and the views were great!
Cons: It was a little loud in the halls through the night/morning, ice machines, guests, dogs, etc. The experience would have been AMAZING with room service =)
10.0 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The facility was very clean
Cons: The staff didn't great me. I walked right past the valet guy upon arrival. There wasn't anyone at his stand. He didn't knowledge me. The front desk staff did their job and that's it. Weren't friendly at all. I worked in service for years so I know what good customer service is. That was not it. Breakfast was less than thrilling. There is a sign in the rooms about bacon. There wasn't any bacon or eggs at breakfast.

Cons: Needed better pillows, nightlight for bathroom
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and the valet staff was also nice.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was super nice and the breakfast was decent.
Cons: Extremely dirty, dingy, dusty and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the room had a stale musty odor to it. Not enough pillows or towels. Worst Marriott I have stayed in.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not a positive experience when the front desk staff is wearing T-shirts and Tank Tops. Not something I would have expected to see in a Marriott. Also, there wasn't much of a sound barrier between floors. Looked OK from the outside.
Cons: The pull out couch was much smaller than expected. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been and there was signs of a leak around the shower head that hadn't been fixed. The internet wasn't working at all during our entire stay. RM 323.

Cons: No hot tube
7.1 Good
Pros: Convenient location, good breakfast selection if you’re downstairs early enough, helpful staff (especially Keymarie).
Cons: The hotel has ongoing problems with the pool, which is located steps from the front desk. We have stayed here four times this year and the pool was closed for repair, maintenance, issues two of those times. Staff doesn’t seem to have accurate info about when it will reopen. The issues always relate back to guests not following the rules of the pool while staff sits behind the walled office behind the front desk. This could be solved by having staff check the pool area a couple of times an hour. Are there towels? Are guests following posted rules? Anybody have a glass bottle? Easy to overcome this problem with a little management.
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Didn’t have bad smell when you walk in like other hotels. Most of all I like that it’s a suite.
Cons: We walk into our room with crumbs on table and key card holder from previous person was still there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, the amenities are excellent! staff is nice and courteous.
Cons: Lack of pool towels sometimes.

Pros: Clean and affordable
6.0 Good
Pros: Pool
Cons: Big Spider Webs around the mirror.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Umm... very little, the dried blood on the pillow cases and the cigarettes burn holes through the comforter were so pleasant I just couldn't contain how happy I was.
Cons: I had a confirmed reservation with confirmation number from a travel website (booking . yeah!) I provided this and they "couldn't locate it in the system" #1 travel website in the world, have a confirmation number and "they can't locate it". While this is going on I watch as couple after couple come in to check in or inquire about a room. Two couples check in and the rate is anywhere from $5-15 dollars higher per night than what the booked. This is not a mistake, it was in hopes they wouldn't notice. Deliberate rate hike scam. Back to me, the front desk clerk calls Mr. Patel, the hotel manager/owner and tells him the situation and what the rate is I have reserved as ($59.95 a night, its a football weekend and now they are selling rooms for $100 a night) He tells her not to accept it and only offer me the rack rate and he will deal with the refund on Monday. I ask to speak with him knowing a verbal agreement gets me no where if he "forgets" me Monday. He tells the clerk to tell me "He's off duty till 8 on Monday" Yeah, cute right? Well wouldn't you know it today rolls around (Monday) and he flat out refuses to honor the rate or issue the refund. Lemme translate, he wasn't going to get enough money out of me so he's decided to risk being thrown off every travel site over $60 dollars. Holy Greed Batman! Travel site calls them to tell him as much and he still refuses.... STAY AWWWAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! My first review of anything ever. Just trying to save someone!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that it didn't have carpet in the room.
Cons: The breakfast area was not big enough to sit ppl.

Pros: I liked the receptionist getting my booking moved around at 1:45 a.m. to make sure I got a room. I liked the food and the bed. The entrance hall was quite pleasant and welcoming. Most of all, I liked having a place to sleep!
Cons: The toilet seat in my room was peeling and sketchy-looking. The toilet paper was low quality, and the shower was underwhelming. In general, the bathroom was very disappointing. That seems to be common in hotels.
7.0 Good
Cons: Currently renovating, it had a lingering odor on the third floor as soon as you stepped off the elevator
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Booked my stay Saturday morning thru Kayak. Received an email with a confirmation number. Thought all was fine. Arrived around 10:00 pm only to be told that they didn't have my reservation, and they had been booked since that morning so didn't have a room for me. So had to search for somewhere else to stay.
