Bed was ok
They don't speak english (only via phone translation); although breakfast they do not have breakfast at the hotel; 4th floor with no elevator; never replied to messages before we arrive and so we couldn't arrange the pickup at the airport; room was a bit dirty
Staff were very friendly. Airport pick up and drop off was easy, but that may be because I speak Chinese.
The toilet is not really a toilet, but one of those Asian things in the room
Close to airport
It took us more than half an hour to check in, they spoke no English, didn't know the procedure to check in foreigners, helped people who came in after us because they didn't know what to do with us. After a long flight and more then half an hour to book in, the receptionist woke us up after 12:00am because they needed more information to check us in. After we Expressed our frustration they tried to convince us to give them a good rating by giving us a better room. They also advertise a free airport shuttle which we used, it was on time but they forced 12 people in a shuttle that only had 8 passengers seats. Some were sitting on top of each other, not comfortable at all. I would honestly not recommend this place to people who can't speak Chinese.
It is very close to districts that accommodate street food vendors (especially in the evening)!
The breakfast was spartan as it only included one small bread and a strange tasting milk.
Free airport shuttle on time. Reception gave me a charger when I needed one
The bed felt like there’s a dock instead of a mattress - I even checked under the linen just to make sure there’s even a mattress! No one speaks A WORD in English so it took me 10 minutes to make sure it’s even the hostel I was looking for - it doesn’t say it in English anywhere and there’s no way to use google maps or anything like that. Even now, when I already made my way to my homeland, I’m not sure If it was the right hotel and just hope I wouldn’t be charged by another hotel instead. The kettle didn’t work, my chargers couldn’t work there as well for some reason but I asked for a charger from the reception and got one. The shower looked very unwelcoming - ended up not even showering cause I was disgusted. Breakfast - a milk carton and a little bread. Again - no one speaks a word in English which makes it extremely hard to get along - and I was only there for 20 hours from morning until 11pm. And I had food that I brought with me but I don’t want to imagine what I’d have to go through if I was hungry.
