One of the coolest boutique hotels in Sydney, the property was built back in 1887 and boasts just 59 rooms and suites. The intimate spot is much cozier than some of the sleeker luxury hotels set along the harbor, with unique and well-appointed rooms offering views of the harbor or city center.
One of my favorite parts of staying at this hotel was dining at the on-site Tayim Restaurant. The Middle Eastern-influenced restaurant boasts a delicious menu (don’t leave without trying the fried feta-stuffed olives) and has a lovely outdoor patio nestled on a quiet side street.
