KAYAK

Cons:

The address in the rental contract was in Pinyin, when taking a taxi towards the car rental it is better to have the address in Chinese characters. We needed to use an APP to be able to rent the car or to register our Chinese drivers licence (some of the information was lost in translation), kayak did not mention this, the lady of the car rental helped us very patiently but it took almost two hours before we got the car. Would have been nice to have the APP beforehand. The people of the car rental were very helpful and the car was clean.
