Pros (+) The room was clean. It was pretty basic but it had all I needed at a reasonable price.
Cons (-) The night clerk was very rude. I would expect to be greeted when they are ready to assist me. If you want to flirt when business is slow at night that is between you and your employer but I don’t appreciate being treated poorly or rudely as a result. Just ask the gentleman to step aside and wait until you are finished with your job. Then you can go back to flirting when the customer’s business has...

Pros (+) Katie, the property manager was very responsive and took care of our concerns. The other staff, Ron, didn't care to address our needs.
Cons (-) Two issues 1) The keys to the room did not work. We were told no other rooms were available as an alternative. And we were asked to to wait for 24 hours until the issue would be fixed. We had to ask the front desk staff to let us in the room every-time. The issue was fixed after a day. 2) We requested and booked a non-smoking room. But was provided with a smoking room that was morphed into a non-s...

Pros (+) Convenient location convenient location and parking.
Cons (-) Breakfast could hardly be called that. A make it your self waffle, and no protein dish. Using Wi-Fi was much slower than keeping it turned off.

Pros (+) Chose this specific facility in Corvallis because of a) the price, and b) the indoor pool for my 4 year old.
Cons (-) The room appeared clean, but as I spent a little time there, I noticed things that needed attention such as the hook on the back of the bathroom door that was loose. When I took my socks off after walking around the room in them for a while, they were filthy on the bottoms. The pool is an indoor pool, but feels like it is not a heated indoor pool.
