loved the stars and planet observation and morning bird watch, and the thermal waters SPA service is 5 star
Food choice, since there are no other options than the buffet and didn't like it that much, no order by the menu, and NO VEGETARIAN menu
Location. It is quiet and the buildings are pretty in a timeliness sort of way. The building maintenance is fair
It was not very clean. The table cloths in the dining room were not replaced between meals. One of the beds in our room was not changed from the previous visitors
The ambient inside the pools is cool.
The pools aren't private to the people that stay in the hotel.
Thermal waters are great, high in sulfur very nice architecture in the thermal waters area. Spa is great, relaxing message. If looking for a time/place to relax and rejuvenate this is an excellent place for it.
Understand the location is somewhat isolated, as such there are not options for food, the tv in the room is essentially useless, and internet is so-so. That being said, the on-site restaurant is great with good service. Not there for tv/internet so it really wasn’t missed.
Everything was clean and organized
