Pros: loved the stars and planet observation and morning bird watch, and the thermal waters SPA service is 5 star
Cons: Food choice, since there are no other options than the buffet and didn't like it that much, no order by the menu, and NO VEGETARIAN menu
Pros: loved the thermas
Cons: kids and parents were too loud in the thermas, not as relaxing as it could have been!
Cons: The food
Pros: The termas were incredible, the pool and the kids play area were amazing as well.
Cons: Not really ideal that they charge extra for wifi (per device as well), so we didn't bother with it. Breakfast was only ok.
Pros: The location is stunning. The observatory and ecotour are absolutely fantastic (but only available on weekends), and together with the thermal waters are the highlights of the place.
Cons: Restaurant only offers buffet at restricted times; it is very expensive and the food not very good. There is a small restaurant by the road 15min driving towards Monterrey in a very small village, where an elder lady prepares fantastic 'gorditas' (place is called 'Antojitos Doña Yola').
Pros: Everything was clean and organized
Cons: Staff friendly
Pros: Thermal waters are great, high in sulfur very nice architecture in the thermal waters area. Spa is great, relaxing message. If looking for a time/place to relax and rejuvenate this is an excellent place for it.
Cons: Understand the location is somewhat isolated, as such there are not options for food, the tv in the room is essentially useless, and internet is so-so. That being said, the on-site restaurant is great with good service. Not there for tv/internet so it really wasn’t missed.
Pros: Location. It is quiet and the buildings are pretty in a timeliness sort of way. The building maintenance is fair
Cons: It was not very clean. The table cloths in the dining room were not replaced between meals. One of the beds in our room was not changed from the previous visitors
Pros: The ambient inside the pools is cool.
Cons: The pools aren't private to the people that stay in the hotel.
