Pros (+) It was clean. They tried to keep the hookers and drug dealers on the first and second floor and everyone else on the third.
Cons (-) Very seedy. I was staying with my adult daughter and I didn't feel safe for her or myself at all. Even though the prostitutes and dealers seemed to have been assigned rooms on the lower floors they would roam the breezeways of the third. The elevator's safety inspection certificate expired in 2008 and I could tell was self-maintained due to the button on the third floor said 2 and was turned sidew...
