This hotel was very clean compared to some other hotels we've stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. It's also in a good location.
Very nice facility, Clean, friendly staff, and a pretty good breakfast. Nothing really.
I take my 10 year old son on business trips with me occasionally and I always try to find a hotel with a pool. This place had one of the largest pools that I've seen and had extended hours 6-10. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the price was right The drunk man trying to get into all of the rooms on our floor
The hotel was a bit of a dump, but the price was fair.
Courteous staff, comfortable bed, huge room, air-conditioning worked well, nice balcony, good water pressure, nice sized tv, good options for breakfast, walls blocked out most sound from the hall/other rooms, GREAT price Pool was out of commission, top comforter on one of the beds was dirty
We stayed there as vendors at the York fair. Location was decent. Price was reasonable. Room was clean enough and staff was friendly. Wallpaper was falling off the wall in one corner and carpet coming up in another, but was fixed while we were out 3rd day or so. Not a luxury hotel, but it is good for the price.
The exterior and hallways were disgusting. The room was not much better. There were stains on the carpet and smears on the walls. The pillow (if you would call them that) had no support what so ever. Every night I woke up with paid in my neck. On our last night there while I was sitting on the bed. I saw a mouse. I was glad to leave this place. Next time we are in town I will gladly pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
It was cheep was not bad place
The room was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The location was also really good. My only complaint is that the bed and the bed covers were pretty uncomfortable. The bed did have a ton of pillows on it which we liked a lot!
Clean rooms/ Breakfast
Sheets and bathroom clean. Continental breakfast was nice. We were put next to barking dogs. Bed was very hard. If we were in room in morning cleaners just asked for dirty towels and gave us fresh ones, we missed getting it cleaned. They did not come back later.
Desk clerk was helpful and understanding. Room was filthy and run down. Moved; second room was worse. Horrible property. Never again.
Good Value for the money; Wouldstay there again; Clean and comfotable
We had an even numbered room which faces the highway. The sound of traffic was notable. There was also a slight odor throughout the hotel. The lobby was masked with scent so you didn't notice it there. The room was clean and tidy. It had a small fridge and microwave and the breakfast was hot and had lots of choices.
Good choices for breakfast - even my picky 4-year old was happy. Thank you for the toothbrush and toothpaste we forgot. Highway noise was pretty loud.
Room was recently renovated and clean No refrigeratortor or microwave in room .I didn't stay in a suite.
I think it was a little expensive . May be the period ? Otherwise it was good .
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. I was very disappointed that the pool and spa was not available to use. That was part of the reason for staying there. Why would you do maintenance on Presidents Day Weekend?
The value for the price. possibly a little more wear and tear than we would have expected from a 3 star hotel.
It was clean, quiet. and spacious. The staff was friendly. I wanted to stay there longer!
Everything was great but the pool was not accessible, the water was to cold and they stated the water heater was not working.
Rural but yet nice family restaurant next door. Not too far from shopping or theater & grocery store, though not within walking distance. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Appeared to have new carpeting installed recently. No.
The rooms were adequate and as presented. The staff though not particularly friendly did try to be helpful. But not enough staff I think. Probably would stay here again. Not enough staff for the maintenance. Pool opened at 7sm. We went 8am .No towels. Bucket full of used towels from night before. The one maintenance guy said he would get us towels. They were in the wash though.Next day whirlpool not work.
nothing the fire extinguishers were 2 years out dated, rooms were rancid smelling with stains on the carpet...horrible!
They did offer breakfast until 10 o'clock weekdays, 11 o'clock weekends. That was awesome. And it was not a bad breakfast at all It needs major updating. On the back of the bathroom wall probably 20% of the paint had peeled off. We were there for three nights, and a double queen bed, and one of the beds slats were broke and it dipped in the middle extremely bad.

Exceptionally clean room and Public spaces. Staff was pleasant and professional. Complimentary cookies looked good.
Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Very updated and clean. Millipede in my sink!
Very clean, new furnishings, mini kitchen (that was a surprise!). We requested a room to sleep 4, but 2 had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed - not ideal. This should have been noted in the room description.
A maintenance man walked in after a brief knock. We would have preferred he did not.
Great room, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Good breakfast and nice pool facility. Just as a business hotel is supposed to be. I did not understand the high rates as it was not too busy.
They were overbooked ( I guess just like the airlines do nowadays ) and were not able my honor my reservation (which was booked on the Marriott corp site). Instead, offered to stay at Homestead by Marriot just across the road. The gym and the swimming pool facilities at Homestead are not as good as Courtyard, and they were okay for me to use the Courtyard's.
Plenty of things to do for the family no big trash bags to clean up mess
The food was not of high quality and the beer tap delivered nothing but suds. The Manager was alerted, but it still was not fixed two days later. The wine was too sweet and not tasty. The lettuce (in the salad) was dry and tasteless
Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service) all went out of their way to accommodate. The front desk and housekeeping ALWAYS say 'good morning' ALWAYS with a smile. Makes a difference to me, the guest. The breakfast staff were outstanding. So busy, but took the time to greet each guest. Efficient and in a good mood -- that hakes all the difference first think in the morning. Thanks for my stay pleasant. One Con: thought price was high for York, PA. But it appears all the area hotels are over priced.
The rooms were enormous and the lobby and dining area just lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer to take advantage of the pool. Staff exceedingly nice and helpful. I did not like the volleyball event that I attended in York PA. That said, hotel was great.
1. Location 2. Staff 3. Cleanness. Room closet to highway was noisy and exhaust fans in bathroom didn't work.
We enjoyed the size of the room and the breakfast that was included and it was at a convenient location for our needs
Loved the suite. Plenty of room, nice big mirrors, full-size refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, & dishwasher. Could have stayed longer. Internet service in our room wasn't the best. We kept getting kicked offline. But it was free. We had an accessible room (not by request), so there was no bathtub. (There was a shower.) We didn't ask to change rooms, so other rooms may have tubs.
My room was beautiful! And very clean! So thankful to be across the country and still feel comfortable! Being from the west coast, the breakfast ended too earlier! I missed it everyday! I was so bummed!
I loved the room, breakfast and the dinner option. The people at the desk did not know about the rewards card that I tried to sign up for! There was no oven! The sofa was uncomfortable. The pool was small.
We had a nice stay. The rooms were very nice with good bedding. We had a 1 bedroom king suite so the kids used the sleeper sofa and had their own TV in the living room. It was clean and quiet. Place appeared new. The large highway is nearby but we didn't hear it in our room. Free breakfast although late was nice. They had breakfast sandwiches, pastery, bagels, cereal, and make your own waffles. I would stay again if I was in the area.
Luxurious king sized bed, friendly staff, 24 hour workout room, wading pool. Complimentary breakfast was lackluster.
Cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff No hot tub.
I found the hotel extremely clean and well maintained. I was astonished at how accomodating the hotel was. Every detail was covered for me and my family's comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The pool was a little bit colder than I thought it would have been for an indoor pool.
The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The Ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful.
Entire facility was clean , staff lovely . I stayed in a suite which turned out to be 1 large room . NO privacy . Only 1 TV. Are you aware there is another entire suite hotel 1 minute away with better room layouts?
The breakfast was great and the hotel itself was very new and clean! The staff was inattentive. It was 11:15 and there were 20 teenagers screaming at the top of their lungs in the pool (was supposed to close at 10pm)
Could have better decor & bedding. Room did have a bad smell. Bed was prettty comfortable.
Halls reaked of smoke. Broken shower curtain ripped. Curtain bar broken. Staff were curt. Breakfast eggs just about warm. Orange juice like flavored water.
The breakfast was very spread out. The items should be closer to each other.
We were at the hotel for a soccer tournament. Which means a number of kids. The hotel has a courtyard and an indoor pool. As stated by the manager because we were so loud they changed the time of the pool closing to 9 instead of 11. As I understand that the hotel has to keep a number of people satisfied, I don't think it sent a good message to our children. The rules were changed in the middle of the game. Inmy opinion the rooms (which were blocked) should have been blocked (keeping all of us together and not scattered throughout the hotel). I believe it could have been handked differently and 9:00 was unreasonable
Rate was 59.99 up until Wed. night; but because the train show was Thursday to Sunday they changed the rate to 99.99 a night. Not a good way to keep a consumer. I will never stay there again. I have stayed there 3 times a year before- never again- too many motels in your area.
It was clean and the staff was friendly Had to pay for internet the room itself was nice but the bathroom was shabby and needed to be updated
I liked the shampoo they provided. It was dirty, smelled like mildew and cigarettes (understanding I was in a smoking room), the box spring sheets had mold and dirt all over them. As a last minute to I will never go there again and I'll spend the extra $20 to go someplace a bit nicer.
Our toilet overflowed & there was a large amount of water on the floor. We called the desk & the guy told me to come get a plunger & rags to clean it up that he couldn't leave the front desk & housekeeping was sleeping?
Staff was pleasant enough, and the price was very low. The room was shabby to say the least, most items had dents and cracks/scrapes. Bathrooms was very dirty, i had to buy flip-flops to feel safe showering. I found pieces of balled up brillow pads scattered around the room, ill allow you to make up your own conclusion for that but. The first room i was given the door did not work. I booked a smoking room, which i have done many times prior at other hotels, this room was by far the worst smelling room i have ever experienced. All of my possessions still smell like an ashtray after a week away from the room. The floorboards in the hallway sway and creak with every step. No price is worth staying in this hotel.
The ved was comfortable, and the room was clean. There are holes in the walls, wallpaper is missing in places. We were asked by the housekeeper everyrime we saw her if we were checking out. The roof of the room below us caved in due to some sirt if water damand, There was trash all over their parking lot, and lastly, the police were at the facility 3 times in our 2 night stay.
Dirty, over priced, and in a bad part of the town. Why would I?
It was cheap. Hotel seemed dirty walking through the halls, graffiti in the elevator, hotel staff hung out in the lounge watching tv. Hotel rooms smelled terrible including the halls even for non smoking. Definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Nothing Service housekeeping is a mess front desk treat you like criminal
I liked that they recently remodeled this hotel due to a past fire and the rooms are spacious with newer beds. I also liked very much that they had a microwave and fridge in the room. Room was fairly clean. The biggest problem with this hotel is checking in. The very first day's there was a younger man that did a great job but now, in the front desk there is an older man that would check people in around night time and he would literally take 30 minutes minimum to check people in. If there was someone in front of you, then you would have to wait about an hour! He also didn't know how to find reservations and almost charged another customer's card under my rooms! He can barely read the computer screen that's why he takes for ever. That man is disaster and doesn't know what he is doing and if the owner doesn't get proper personnel he will loose a lot of business, like me that I stayed there several times and I'm always in need of a place because I work in York, but I'm not sure if I want to return and go through a 30 min hassle of check in after a very tiring work day. Even new potential customers have walked in to inquire about a room and they just leave.
Bedding was comfortable, room was clean, access walkway was dirty, room cleaners were friendly, male staff member was kinda rude and specific. ."No smoking, $350.fine, be out by 11.." was the extent of his conversation.. Explained above..
Location One of the desk clerks (in the morning) was extremely rude to a member of our party, putting her through the third degree over a nonworking key. His tone of voice was abusive and he virtually refused to replace the key until absolutely compelled to do so. He spoke to my friend as though she were a streetwalker.
I liked the fully equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable. And we liked the friendliness of the staff. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing. This hotel was perfect.
