Convenient location to Univ of Arkansas. The hotel was a little higher priced than others in the area but the value for the money wasn't there. The rooms were not maintained very well (nor was the entire hotel). It looks like they wanted it to be upscale but then failed to keep up with it and took a cheaper route. Beds were very soft, but pillows were comfortable. We will look to stay elsewhere next time we visit.
2 bottles of water for free in room every day. No microwaves in room, tough for biz travel. Front desk staff unwilling to heat up food, but kitchen staff did.
Outside is obviously an older building but the inside is all new and great amenities. Nice bar area and restaurant. Good location in downtown. Bonus perk of covered parking garage while spots last. Not much to complain about. The room doors slam shut meaning you hear everyone coming in late or leaving early.
Location was great. Overpriced, poorly lit rooms, no continental breakfast.
Well priced. Consistently clean. Friendly night staff. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.
The rooms were killer. The rooms have a very industrial modern look. I also own a construction company and the tile work was well executed. Beds were super comfortable. Overall a killer spot. Located minutes away from bars and restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I'm back... And j will be back
Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. We needed a pet friendly location & this fit the bill.
We enjoyed the quiet and cleanness of the place
Location Was Great No Elevator and Even though my room was non smoking the complete hotel and even the lobby stunk from smoke
The staff was friendly and helpfull the rooms were clean and smelled clean. Who would build a three floor hotel and not install elevators. The ice machine on the third floor didnt work. There was no ice machine on the second floor. You had to walk down three flights of stairs to fill your ice bucket. There is no one on housekeeping after day shift so dont ask for extra towells or pillows unless you want to brave the stairs again. The hall on the third floor got all the heat from the other two floors. There was no air conditioning in the hall so it was ninty degrees on the walk up the stairs. The air conditioner in the room was inadequate to overcome this floors heat buildup in the summer time
I got what seemed to be an unusually low rate for that weekend. I booked in May and the rate on-line was good. There was confusion about my reservation when checking in. When I booked the room, I called directly and was told that rate on their Website was not available. I went back and booked on-line and received that low rate. When I called the day before my arrival, I was told I didn't have a reservation and they could not look me up by my name. Really? The hotel is not that big and we were not all named the same. I had to call KAYAK and they had to contact the hotel to get them to honor the rate. Seemed like the property manager did not want to rent the room to me that weekend for that rate? Eventually it was corrected and I got the room and rate I had reserved.
was very nice place to stay, we had a problem with some ants and the staff took care of the problem. did not like the fact that we had some bad weather happen and the staff did not appear to be prepared for what we should be doing to protect our selves in this event.
Very comfortable, easy access, good breakfast paper in the business center printer was not clean, replaced used so boarding passes were not usable.
Room was ready on time Be careful here, check your bill, they charges my room to someone else, so then I had to make sure they didn't use my card for other people's rooms
comfortable rooms and nice pool whirlpool jets were not strong enough, it was just circulating the water, no power to it, and need more variety with continental breakfast and sausage was cold.
I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Fayetteville. It all started with SYLVESTER BOYD, what a pleasant young man!! I had traveled ALL night, had been up for two days and needed an early check in, arriving in town somewhere around 11:00 am. I stopped at Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and the NEW Hilton Garden Inn. All turned me away at the door saying that I would have to pay for a second night. I called Comfort Inn and spoke to Sylvester, I did not go into detail about why I needed an early check in, but when I got to the front desk, tired and worn out looking, he could tell. He was so very helpful and understanding. All with a smile on his face as big as Texas! My experience was enjoyable, although I had other hotel arrangements elsewhere, I cancelled and stayed another night at Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn will be the ONLY hotel I stay in while visiting Fayetteville. Thanks so very much for all your help Sylvester!!
Perfect location to visit local family! Maint staff was repairing something near the hot tub, which was disappointing, so I asked if they could finish up so we could take advantage of it. They did! I was very impressed with their responsiveness.
Location by the freeway and mall Our television had not been programed therefore we had one channel. Called the desk and was told twice someone would be there to fix the issue knowone showed up. Also they utilize water saver on the shower head. You took a VERY low water pressure showe
Clean room. Expensive breakfast!!!
The clean and beautiful rooms. I also loved the two front desk men when I checked in on the afternoon of 12/4. They were friendly and had a great sense of humor .
It was a very classy hotel. When you think of Marriott to me in the past it has meant average. But this was outstanding!
We have stayed here four times. Staff great, food great and lots of restaurants and even a movie theater in the immediate area. Hike and bike trail right behind the complex. Also, since it is not right on the highway I felt like it was safer.

Gave us a balcony room Hot tub closed
There was a lot of room, clean, quite. Free wi-fi, free parking. Great location, right by North Arkansas Mall. Needs a microwave in the room.
Clean, convenient, spacious, very friendly staff. No
Location We noticed ants when we first entered the room. We then had left over wedding cake, brought to the room and before the morning was over there were hundreds of ants. Called the front desk 3 times and finally put the left-over cake on the desk.
The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed having a full size fridge. The sink smelled a little sour. The front desk worker immediately offered to move us to a different room, but I declined since we had just unpacked. I covered the sink with a towel and it was fine. The public spaces and halls were a little warm.
Very close to our destination, very welcoming lobby and the room was incredible. Not a thing!
the room rocked! no
Staff and location
The room was very clean. It was very quiet, that was very nice. The guy at the front desk was very kind. The internet service was good. It didn't serve breakfast. They would not give us a 2 bed room without charging an upgrade fee.

The room was really nice and had a nice friendly staff. Nothing
The friendly staff Room had a little bit of a smell plus no Continental breakfast
I liked that it had the things to make it feel like home.cook stove, microwave etc. It doesen't have a contanental breakfast.
Clean hotel room, friendly staff, pet accommodations N/A
Quiet room (in a congested area) even though I was on the ground floor. Loved having a kitchen in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed for the football games this year and it was great! Not only do they serve breakfast but they have fresh cookies in the afternoon and pizza sometimes too! The room was very clean and the service was great! The girls at the front desk helped us with everything from directions to the stadium and even a cold bottle of water when we checked in!
I stayed at this hotel 2 nights ago and it was like staying in paradise! When we walked in the staff gave us huge smiles and made us feel extremely welcome. They even upgraded our room to a executive suite! Wow!!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, my room was a wonderful size, and the place all together was nicely kept up. In all, this was a wonderful place and I will stay here again!!!
We got a 'non-smoking' room that obviously had been heavily smoked in in the past. We asked the front desk for a different room and they said they were completely booked. I asked if we could check out and get our money back. The very clueless college aged desk clerk said 'I won't know if I can give you your money back untill may boss comes in on Monday morning (it was Saturday!'' However she graciously offered to send some air freshener to our room! - Gee thanks! The housekeeper delivered the air freshener and exclaimed ''This room is really stanky!''
This hotel really peaked my expectations for a hotel stay. They had a wonderful conitnental breakfeast that served your regular cold cereals as well as outstanding cinnamon rolls that were out of this world. They even asked me if I needed a wake up call when I first checked in. Everything seemed so clean and new. I even got a free newspaper for my stay. Another great aspect of this hotel was the fact that when I checked out my reciept was put under my door and all I had to do was leave my keys at the desk and then recieve a copmlimentary bottle of water. Good job Holiday Inn Express.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are HUGE and the free hot breakfast was excellent.
I just returned from taking my sone to college and we stayed here. The room was large ,but smelt very musty. There was a huge paint or something like that, stain all over the toilet. A new toilet seat is like $20. They could have replaced this! Then after going to the college all day and moving my son into a dorm and running around,we came back to an uncleaned room. They did bring us some towels. Ok once maybe, but the next day same thinG! No housekeeping. By now we had a nice pile of wet towels .And full trash bins. They also had only one vending machine and it was jammed so no bottled water. They said'Go in the fitness center and get a cup of water' Wow... When I asked the front desk about the housekeeping, they said they would tell the general manger. Nothing was ever resolved as far as my end goes. I plan to stay elsewhere over my next MANY trips to University of Arkansas.
I had an wonderful stay here. Great Southern Hospitality. Everyone was extremely nice. I loved the rooms. They were very large rooms with 2 king beds. I would definately stay here again.
Great Hotel - breakfast was average - beds were fabulous - two kings in a huge room, nice bathroom - great.
Nothing fancy here. I found the hallways outside the room warm and a bit stuffy, but the AC in the room worked well. I disliked the fact that the sink/counter/mirror was not in the bathroom, but just inside the door to the hallway; I'm sure any passers-by were less than thrilled to hear me spitting out toothpaste, etc. The place has seen lots of traffic and shows it. Nothing broken or dirty, just worn. If you're taking a date there, it best be one you're not trying to impress. Bed was remarkably comfortable, though. One real pet peeve: The eggs at breakfast were clearly the powdered variety. Eggs are cheap, people, so spring for the real thing!
I reserved a room on line and found a very good rate. After 2-3 hours of my confirmed reservation, I get a call to say room type I reserved was not available. When I made the reservation, it showed several rooms of this type available. The person said they needed to switch my room type since none were available which I agreed. The problem was this also changed my very good rate to the standard $99 / night rate. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until check in at 12:30 a.m. The room was o.k. but the shower head whistled when used so anybody in any surrounding rooms was probably awoken by the loudness of the shower head. The other problem with the $99 rate is other hotels in the area that I consider an upgrade showed this same rate so had I known the rate was going to be $99, I would have stayed elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the very nice lady who ran the breakfast buffet. She could not have been any friendlier and the food was good. She truly was the beacon of hope in the factory of sadness...
I felt safe staying here. The front desk was kind and to the point. Single double bed room was neat and tidy perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the location. 7-12 min from downtown Fayetteville. The iwalls are a little thin. I could here the neighbors coughing and a dog barking after 12am.
The room was clean, surrounding environment wasquiet. The TV did not work.
Double queen room, beds were large - young children may have trouble climbing up onto them, as they are also tall. Non-smoking room, did not smell like smoke. Clean, all light fixtures working. Close to fairgrounds. Did not stay for breakfast, so I do not know what was on offer. Room had a microwave and mini-fridge, which is always a nice thing. The combined light/fan for the bathroom is turned on by a motion detector. Even if you click the button to turn it off again, it will end up turning back on in a few seconds when it detects movement again - destroys any nightvision if you are getting up in the middle of the night, and the fan is noisy as well. Also, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no replacements to be found.
Overall it was fine. Clean, comfortable & quiet. Hot tub was cold, would have to wait 2 hours for it to heat. We didn't wait- it was our bedtime. Breakfast was prepackaged, not excited about eggs or bacon provided.
I liked the people at tge front deak and the breakfast wad pretty good. The side door I enter through would not close or lock so I didn't feel safe. There was leftover trash in the very dark room. The couch had holes in it and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Oh and I had to jump around the shower to try and rinse shampoo out of my hair.
The bathroom was nice The air conditioning unit vent was caked with dirt, grim, and probable mold. There were cracks and grim on one of the walls. I was traveling wih a infant and the mini-fridge that I had to have in order to keep his milk cold, worked aometimes.
Very professional and accommodating staff. Personal security. Security cameras in the parking areas should be a priority for the property manager. Parking is illuminated, but travelers are easy targets. They have a security rover tour the parking hourly, but camera's and signage identifying this would be a better deterrent.
Front desk person was very nice. My daughter and her friend went to main area to look for snack. He opened up the breakfast bar and they were able to get cereal, milk and some fruit. He did not have to do that. We ended up with a smoking room, but our papers said non-smoking. We stayed because it was very late when we arrived.
Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Slow drains. Stained walls.
Microwave and fridge in room. News bathroom fixtures. Felt unsafe...people shouting outside my room. Flies in room upon arrival. No remote for TV. Had to go get....then call several times to get it to program correctly. They should have done this. Very difficult to access property.
