Pros: Perfect location to visit local family! Maint staff was repairing something near the hot tub, which was disappointing, so I asked if they could finish up so we could take advantage of it. They did! I was very impressed with their responsiveness.
Pros: Clean, convenient, spacious, very friendly staff.
Pros: We have stayed here four times. Staff great, food great and lots of restaurants and even a movie theater in the immediate area. Hike and bike trail right behind the complex. Also, since it is not right on the highway I felt like it was safer.
Pros: It was a very classy hotel. When you think of Marriott to me in the past it has meant average. But this was outstanding!
Pros: Location by the freeway and mall
Cons: Our television had not been programed therefore we had one channel. Called the desk and was told twice someone would be there to fix the issue knowone showed up. Also they utilize water saver on the shower head. You took a VERY low water pressure showe
Pros: The clean and beautiful rooms. I also loved the two front desk men when I checked in on the afternoon of 12/4. They were friendly and had a great sense of humor .
Pros: Gave us a balcony room
Cons: Hot tub closed
Pros: There was a lot of room, clean, quite. Free wi-fi, free parking. Great location, right by North Arkansas Mall.
Cons: Needs a microwave in the room.
Pros: Loved that it wasn't right off the highway. Seemed safer. I thought it was a great value. I will stay there again.
Pros: Courteous Staff!! Quiet and clean rooms! The outdoor space was great and we felt safe at this hotel!
Cons: The hot tub was hot, but did not have much bubbles or strong jets and it did seem a little dirty.

Cons: Be careful here, check your bill, they charges my room to someone else, so then I had to make sure they didn't use my card for other people's rooms
Pros: was very nice place to stay, we had a problem with some ants and the staff took care of the problem.
Cons: did not like the fact that we had some bad weather happen and the staff did not appear to be prepared for what we should be doing to protect our selves in this event.
Pros: I got what seemed to be an unusually low rate for that weekend. I booked in May and the rate on-line was good.
Cons: There was confusion about my reservation when checking in. When I booked the room, I called directly and was told that rate on their Website was not available. I went back and booked on-line and received that low rate. When I called the day before my arrival, I was told I didn't have a reservation and they could not look me up by my name. Really? The hotel is not that big and we were not all named the same. I had to call KAYAK and they had to contact the hotel to get them to honor the rate. Seemed like the property manager did not want to rent the room to me that weekend for that rate? Eventually it was corrected and I got the room and rate I had reserved.
Pros: Very comfortable, easy access, good breakfast
Cons: paper in the business center printer was not clean, replaced used so boarding passes were not usable.

Pros: 2 bottles of water for free in room every day.
Cons: No microwaves in room, tough for biz travel. Front desk staff unwilling to heat up food, but kitchen staff did.
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Overpriced, poorly lit rooms, no continental breakfast.
Pros: The rooms were killer. The rooms have a very industrial modern look. I also own a construction company and the tile work was well executed. Beds were super comfortable. Overall a killer spot. Located minutes away from bars and restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I'm back... And j will be back
Pros: Outside is obviously an older building but the inside is all new and great amenities. Nice bar area and restaurant. Good location in downtown. Bonus perk of covered parking garage while spots last.
Cons: Not much to complain about. The room doors slam shut meaning you hear everyone coming in late or leaving early.
Pros: Well priced. Consistently clean. Friendly night staff. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.
Pros: Convenient location to Univ of Arkansas.
Cons: The hotel was a little higher priced than others in the area but the value for the money wasn't there. The rooms were not maintained very well (nor was the entire hotel). It looks like they wanted it to be upscale but then failed to keep up with it and took a cheaper route. Beds were very soft, but pillows were comfortable.
We will look to stay elsewhere next time we visit.

Easy access to highway, workout room
Pros: Clean hotel room, friendly staff, pet accommodations
Front desk staff super nice and helpful, recommended a great restaurant for dinner!
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed having a full size fridge.
Cons: The sink smelled a little sour. The front desk worker immediately offered to move us to a different room, but I declined since we had just unpacked. I covered the sink with a towel and it was fine. The public spaces and halls were a little warm.
Pros: The room was very clean. It was very quiet, that was very nice. The guy at the front desk was very kind. The internet service was good.
Cons: It didn't serve breakfast. They would not give us a 2 bed room without charging an upgrade fee.
I liked it for the most part.
Pros: I liked that it had the things to make it feel like home.cook stove, microwave etc.
Cons: It doesen't have a contanental breakfast.
I will stay there again, my son wants to attend U of A, and I would recommend it to anyone else who will be visiting the area.
Pros: Very close to our destination, very welcoming lobby and the room was incredible.
Cons: Not a thing!
The staff was so nice and friendly. My girlfriend and I were traveling all the way from Texas to Arkansas and were really tired and hungry. The hotel had reasonably priced food for a $1 up to $5. We didn't have to leave the comfort of the hotel which was nice. We went down stairs to the front desk to borrow a movie which was really nice as well. The room was perfect. We could have cooked our own food with the stove built into the counter. The hotel had two tv's a pull out bed and it's own personal bedroom. It had everyhting we needed for our stay as if we were in our own home. This hotel was so perfect we booked another stay in a different city when we left and in about two months we will be traveling again, and I plan to use this hotel.
Pros: The room was really nice and had a nice friendly staff.
It was clean and nice, liked it a lot!
Pros: the room rocked!
This is a good hotel that was very comfortable. We will select this hotel again.
Pros: Great hotel for the price. Loved the full kitchen.
Cons: Workout room was small.

Cons: The iwalls are a little thin. I could here the neighbors coughing and a dog barking after 12am.

Pros: I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Fayetteville. It all started with SYLVESTER BOYD, what a pleasant young man!! I had traveled ALL night, had been up for two days and needed an early check in, arriving in town somewhere around 11:00 am. I stopped at Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and the NEW Hilton Garden Inn. All turned me away at the door saying that I would have to pay for a second night.
I called Comfort Inn and spoke to Sylvester, I did not go into detail about why I needed an early check in, but when I got to the front desk, tired and worn out looking, he could tell. He was so very helpful and understanding. All with a smile on his face as big as Texas! My experience was enjoyable, although I had other hotel arrangements elsewhere, I cancelled and stayed another night at Comfort Inn.
Comfort Inn will be the ONLY hotel I stay in while visiting Fayetteville.
Thanks so very much for all your help Sylvester!!
Pros: comfortable rooms and nice pool
Cons: whirlpool jets were not strong enough, it was just circulating the water, no power to it, and need more variety with continental breakfast and sausage was cold.

Pros: I reserved a room on line and found a very good rate. After 2-3 hours of my confirmed reservation, I get a call to say room type I reserved was not available. When I made the reservation, it showed several rooms of this type available. The person said they needed to switch my room type since none were available which I agreed. The problem was this also changed my very good rate to the standard $99 / night rate. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until check in at 12:30 a.m. The room was o.k. but the shower head whistled when used so anybody in any surrounding rooms was probably awoken by the loudness of the shower head. The other problem with the $99 rate is other hotels in the area that I consider an upgrade showed this same rate so had I known the rate was going to be $99, I would have stayed elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the very nice lady who ran the breakfast buffet. She could not have been any friendlier and the food was good. She truly was the beacon of hope in the factory of sadness...

Pros: Front desk person was very nice. My daughter and her friend went to main area to look for snack. He opened up the breakfast bar and they were able to get cereal, milk and some fruit. He did not have to do that.
Cons: We ended up with a smoking room, but our papers said non-smoking.
We stayed because it was very late when we arrived.

Pros: Double queen room, beds were large - young children may have trouble climbing up onto them, as they are also tall. Non-smoking room, did not smell like smoke. Clean, all light fixtures working. Close to fairgrounds. Did not stay for breakfast, so I do not know what was on offer. Room had a microwave and mini-fridge, which is always a nice thing.
Cons: The combined light/fan for the bathroom is turned on by a motion detector. Even if you click the button to turn it off again, it will end up turning back on in a few seconds when it detects movement again - destroys any nightvision if you are getting up in the middle of the night, and the fan is noisy as well. Also, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no replacements to be found.

Rooms at this Art Deco hotel offer washers/dryers, deep soaking tubs, and room service.
Cons: The air conditioning unit vent was caked with dirt, grim, and probable mold. There were cracks and grim on one of the walls. I was traveling wih a infant and the mini-fridge that I had to have in order to keep his milk cold, worked aometimes.
Pros: Overall it was fine. Clean, comfortable & quiet.
Cons: Hot tub was cold, would have to wait 2 hours for it to heat. We didn't wait- it was our bedtime.
Breakfast was prepackaged, not excited about eggs or bacon provided.
Pros: I liked the people at tge front deak and the breakfast wad pretty good.
Cons: The side door I enter through would not close or lock so I didn't feel safe. There was leftover trash in the very dark room. The couch had holes in it and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Oh and I had to jump around the shower to try and rinse shampoo out of my hair.

Cons: they didn't have the room I paid for available but got me another one. The remote for the tv didn't have any batteries and the tv was stuck on 1 channel but it was a channel I like
Pros: The room was clean, it was a good location from the U of A, loved having the refrigerator in the room, the staff was very friendly and accumulating.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel. It was tricky to find at night right off the highway. Easy to miss. And if missed, the only way to get back was to go all the wsy around again!
Cons: I was under the impression there was a workout center, but couldn't find any information on one in my room.
Pros: Nothing. Changed hotel
Cons: Staff would not allow guest to check in. Rude and had to change hotel to check in.

Located in the heart of Fayetteville, this aparthotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of Jerry Jones/Jim Lindsey Hall of Champions Museum, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, and University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. Randal Tyson Track Center and Baum Stadium are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: The room was modern and clean. Breakfast selection was good. The price was reasonable.
Cons: Breakfast room way too small and crowded with tables. Desk clerk on check-in was slow and kept leaving the desk to take care of other things. Check-in took about 45 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. This hotel is very hard to find in the dark. It looks like you are getting back on I-49 instead of going to the hotel.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpfull the rooms were clean and smelled clean.
Cons: Who would build a three floor hotel and not install elevators. The ice machine on the third floor didnt work. There was no ice machine on the second floor. You had to walk down three flights of stairs to fill your ice bucket. There is no one on housekeeping after day shift so dont ask for extra towells or pillows unless you want to brave the stairs again. The hall on the third floor got all the heat from the other two floors. There was no air conditioning in the hall so it was ninty degrees on the walk up the stairs. The air conditioner in the room was inadequate to overcome this floors heat buildup in the summer time
Pros: Location Was Great
Cons: No Elevator and Even though my room was non smoking the complete hotel and even the lobby stunk from smoke
Pros: Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. We needed a pet friendly location & this fit the bill.
Pros: We enjoyed the quiet and cleanness of the place
