Front Desk Staff is kind and helpful.
Your Banqueting low Staff do not speak English which is ok with me, but they were not friendly at all and they just do not want smile.
Nothing really. My boss's trip was spoilt by very poor service from staff. (See below). The room was more or less clean but overall fixtures & fittings etc very "tired".
He waited 30 minutes for a shuttle bus (first two were full as was the third, then a further 30 minutes to check-in. He said he hadn't experienced such dreadful service in 20+ years. Looking at reviews (after the event!!) would indicate he was far from the only one to experience poor service. Another of our colleagues, who had also stayed there at a different time, advises he experienced similar lousy service. Some serious staff training needed here.
The restaurant food, staff and service was excellent.
The breakfast was overpriced and the cooked breakfast was not hot just 'warm'. The hot plates need to be looked at.The service was indifferent.
Comfort and convenience. We arraive late (11 pm) and were able to have a soup at the restaurant and were very well served and taken care of by our waiter. Also staff at the reception were ( evening and morning) very cordial and provided us with parking information.
Found the rates very expensive compared to ramada Hotels in Canada
The hotel was very good. Beforehand I was a little bit afraid of airplane noise. Luckily that was not a problem at all.
The weekend was warm and the airconditioning was not on. The night was too warm to sleep.
It was hands down the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in in my life! Except for the toilet paper.
The toilet paper was the worst ever. It was hard and thick and irritating.
Close to the airport, very good breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport.
The hotel staff.
Housekeeping staff is poor quality. A jackhammer started work at 08:00 while I was trying to sleep. When I called, they told me they would stop it right away. They never did, despite repeated calls. On checkout, front desk told me they were working on flood emergency in the room above me and could not stop. Why didn't they tell me that the first time...I can understand that and would not have gotten frustrated with the apparent failure to stop the noise.
