Friendly receptionist and easily approachable
The service was outstanding
Value for money. New building & modern outlook.
Very clean room. Comfy pillows & beddings.Except front office manager. The rest of the staffs are very friendly & helpful.
Wifi @ lobby almost non-existent. Automatically log out 5 minutes everytime I started surfing.Limited breakfast selection. Smallish room. No Hairdryer!!!!
clean hotel room, Internet in the lobby
only one English (Chinese tv) program, overall quality of hotel is low, lousy exchange rate for dollar, low quality breakfast
Staff. Room spaciousness (Deluxe type). Elevators. Next to Shoping Mall and many local shops around. Staff discretion.
Wi-Fi speed so slow and no internet access in room . Yes, I want to ask booking.com : why nobody believes that we are really going to stay in their hotel? During our Asia tour last month we have booked in 3 different hotels (Jakarta, Kulala Lumpur, Pattaya) and in all of the above they looked us surprised and uneasy about where they will settle us. Staff looked (somehow in panic) our booking untill find solution.
We have appreciate the contemporary design in the hotel and specifically in the bathroom.
The issue for tourists is not the hotel but the town...not much to see,,,too much cars and motorbike...be careful at the pickpocket in the Transjakarta bus we got one of our mobile stolen...
The environment, the staff, food and most of all it is really value for money.
poor english , bad approch road
For the price this place was excellent. I stayed in a guesthouse that was 10X farther away from the airport and it wasn't that much cheaper than Triniti Hotel. And at Triniti you get true Western amenities.
The hotel is brand new and is modern in its design. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is fine, and the staff is friendly and service minded. The hotel is centrally located, and very close to a good shopping mall.
The hotel is charging 13.000 RPH for 1 US dollar which is unnaceptable and it represents almost 30% commission ! While in my case the price I reserved via your site is not 33 dollars. Instead I've payed on the spot in RPH (I didn't have US dollars) so my price was 43 USD ! Outrageous...
