10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facility was just beautiful. All brand new, great beach and overall luxurious stay.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The pool was fantastic, framing the beach only a few feet away from it. The room was spacious, great bathroom with big walk-in shower and sink was higher than most, making it very convenient. They upgraded me to a ocean view room with a balcony which was fantastic. Also loved the gym.
Cons: I got food poising at their Sol restaurant right on the beach. I woke up at 3 am and felt terrible, I almost called the front desk but it got better after I went to the toilet. I was kind of weak and queasy the next day and probably should have notified the hotel but I was feeling OK compared to the pain I was in the night before and was attending the Bogart Film Festival and didn't want anything to spoil that. I usually don't stay at resorts, relying on Web sites for cheap, good quality hotels when I travel, but they gave film festival attendees a deal and a lot of the activities were there. When you go there expect everything to be expensive.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The king bed in our room was very comfortable. The on site bar and restaurant had a view of the sunset. The food that we ordered was very good and Jason the bartender who served us at the inside bar in the restaurant was very personable. The other staff we talked with in the restaurant were also outgoing, smiling, and friendly. They had a nice beach area with a small Tiki Bar.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: view from the room was just lovely--, and room had a truly private balcony with good space to sit and relax-- rooms were very well equipped with everything a guest could need. very restful and pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: the meals and drinks were very pricey--
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a quick trip and it offered everything we wanted- tiki bar, gorgeous accessible waterfront, even live music and s'mores! Delicious food, brunch buffet.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Don't forget to turn in your room key! 20.25$ charge with no warning!
6.5 Good
Pros: Lobby was nice. Grounds were neat and clean. The room had a nice balcony.
Cons: The room was in need of updates. Carpet looked old and worn. Furniture was old, scarred and worn. A full length mirror somewhere in the suite would have been nice. I expected a nicer room for the money.
4.8 Okay
Cons: They were not good Stuarts of the gulf... There was trash on the sea floor. ( it had been there awhile.. And more than one piece)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We traveled with our 2 girls. Had a fabulous vacation. Our AC wasn't working properly and Jason came in to fix it at midnight! Talk about service and it worked perfectly after that night. Thanks to the great staff!
Cons: Breakfast was pricey
6.5 Good
Pros: We liked the relaxing atmosphere and the very small man made beach. Staff was super friendly
Cons: Bar hours sucked. Who closes a bar at 9pm on the beach? We paid for a room with a fridge but it was missing. Room was out dated and furniture really needs to be replaced.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hampton Inn provided a nice room and area outside to relax. There is a bayside beachfront, a pool and outdoor bar. I don't think anyone manned the bar while we were there though. The pool is heated so that's a bonus if temperatures are cooler. The room was clean and the rooms were fairly quiet. A good stay all around.
Cons: nothing - it was all good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: don and mango, (the bartender and his parrot.)
Cons: A large influx on non paying intruders on Saturday and Sunday, taking up space in the pool area and beach, absolutely no enforcement for paying guests, I literally could not get a lounge chair at the pool or beach. At the end of the day, they packed up their barbecues and coolers and went home!!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The desk personnel and maintenance were courteous and extremely helpful. They were always accommodating to our needs and questions. The beach was excellent. We were unaware that they had one so it came as a pleasant surprise. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend this Hampton to friends.
Cons: The hallway carpets could use replacement. They looked worn and dirty.

3.6 Mediocre
Pros: Quite surprised with the room we booked. It was very nice...large ..with a wonderful glass enclosed balcony. The bathroom was clean Towels were thick and fluffy. Paint on walls was fresh...BUT...we could not SLEEP in COMFORT......
Cons: We had a double room with large queen size beds. Enough for 4 people which we paid for, however the mattress on one of the beds had a sink hole in it as large as a bike tire. One night on this and our kids had to leave. The hotel was booked no other room or bed to give. my husband went outside on beach lounge and slept with the lizards. Thanks Marriott for your comfort beds you speak so highly of, not in this expensive suite! Told mgr and he said well you already prepaid....can't do a thing!!!!!!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a great location for us to get together with family that lived close by and also with traveling family members
7.7 Good
Pros: Great location just across the bridge from Miami. Great for kids 5-16. I would NOT call this a romantic spot. Pool is very nice. The guys with "Emocean" (the watersports company onsite) are great. Food is good, but super pricy. The views are very nice, especially for sunset. You could just make one stop here and not leave, save for dinner and activities. First time we visited, we had a room with 2 queens; this time we upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite, which was as nice as any condo at the beach (although we would have been fine with a smaller kitchen for the addition of a 2nd bathroom). Even so, it was absolutely great. We would come back, especially considering how many improvements they have made to the property since our last visit, 5 years ago.
Cons: Food and drink, although good, are resort pricy. Lunch for me, my wife and 3 daughters (15,12 and 9) was $121. And we're talking about sandwiches, etc, not filets. Also, there is a hybrid of "island time" here, akin to what you might find in some place like Jamaica. It's not QUITE as slow paced as Jamaica et al, but it is definitely a bit slower than you are accustomed to back on the mainland. Also, although it is a well run resort, you must keep in mind that they are on a schedule and there is a time for everything that may not be exactly when you would want it to happen (e.g. when are you making up our room?). If you can overcome this, you will likely be able to recognize that the service and staff are actually quite good, with some minor exceptions: a better front desk/concierge experience has been lacking both times we visited.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Each room has its unique Key Largo charm with waterfront rooms available. I highly recommend staying in one of the waterfront rooms, complete with your own hammock. The staff is warm, friendly, and inviting. Just a short walk from Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill Restaurant and Carribean Club Bar & live music venue. Dive/Fishing/excursion boats go out daily and close proximity to John Pennekamp Park. If you’re looking for a true island feel and trying to avoid corporate places, than this is the place for you.

7.4 Good
Pros: Very lay back place, very relaxing and peaceful, all people working there are very nice.
Cons: Double beds too small (full size) Strong smell of bleach Would appreciate not having music all the time
5.7 Okay
Pros: The price was right for an ocean front view. The tiki bar was charming and the food, drink and bar staff were great. Beds were comfy and the room was updated and looked very clean. Minimal continitental breakfast included.
Cons: The staff at check in and breakfast were abrupt and borderline rude. Not the warm and friendly vibe you'd hope for when on a tropical vacation. No coffee in the room and breakfast can't be brought back to your room. Not easy waking up and get caffinated with a grump over your shoulder. The rooms were super humid, the air didn't help. Quite the party hotel, so I wouldn't recommend for families. Staff is gone at 10, so there's no way to call when people are rowdy all night. And there's no phone in the room anyhow. No sunrise view, although sunset would be gorgeous I'm sure. We were just passing through, so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been upset if we had booked for a while. Pool was under construction, would've been nice to know and probably wouldn't have stayed there, had we known. Overall, it was great for a quick night passing through.

4.2 Okay
Cons: They make you sign pool towels out then even when you sign them back in you get a hidden charge! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I'll tell them to stay next door at the holiday inn where the staff are much friendlier the pool area is way better the price is cheaper and they don't make you sign out stupid pool towels!!! I barely had enough room in my luggage for my own stuff why the heck would I stuff a ratty towel in there???
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location and was upgraded to a suite (although only because they didn’t have another room ready) . Room was clean.
Cons: Arrive a few minutes after 3PM, there were 4 employees at the desk and one was with a customer. None of the employees greeted me. My room was not ready and had to wait an hour for them to clean it. The key reader on my door was also kind of finniky.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Rooms were clean but hotel itself can use updating. Staff were very good. Tiki bar and pools were a plus to this property.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Pool area and staff were excellent.
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The people are nice. All was cleaned , changed , made up when we came back for the day. We like the pool landscape.
Cons: The bed had groves (gutters) where people have slept many times before. The carpet was dirty. We would take my shoes off walk around the room. When it was time to take a shower are feet would leave black feet prints on the tub. Fix those thing and the place would be a grate place to stay.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Location and pool area.
Cons: Considering they charged $220 for a night which is not cheap for this area, The staff was blasé, the place is dirty, the bedrooms are outdated, smelled like cigarettes, the furniture is chipped and worn, the bathroom showers are falling apart and filled/ patched holes everywhere, dirty caulk around the tub.... etc. I am not asking for a luxury suite for $220 a night, but at least expected a clean decent place to sleep.
10.0 Excellent

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: A little bit expensive
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Neat and clean, close to good restaraunts and a very nice pool!

Pros: I liked the location and the parking facilities.
Cons: Price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Simple, clean, accessible. Nice staff. Nice pools area to end the day after your other outdoor activities. One of the best things about Holiday Inn Key Largo is Doc's Diner, across the street. We dined there for breakfast and lunch 4 times. We also dined at Mrs. Mac's and the Conch House nearby, but they didn't live up to Doc's. I had mahi mahi fish-and-ships for breakfast twice, and it was awesome!!! My family loved Doc's and it was the best $value as well.
Cons: The shower's retractable clothes line did not work, which is a necessity when you're going in and out to various outdoor aquatic activities. We were in unit 149, which was nice, but not as nice as the poolside units.
