Guests will find a range of different types of guestrooms with various amenities. They can choose a room with a king bed, a double queen room, a double queen handicap accessible room, or a suite. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and large, very inviting.
Cons: At Casino- $3.00 black jack there was only 1 table. It was full with 4 players and no one acknowledged me waiting to play! Bad on the dealers part. I waited 15 min. standing and no one said a word. NOT GOOD!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I will definitely be staying here again! The room was great! Easy check in, good parking. There is also a shuttle that goes to all the hotel/ casinos. Was way cheaper than ameristar and just as nice if not better
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was great! Their key card machine was giving them problems so the manage on duty gave us a comp on our room and upgraded us to the Mimi suite which was very beautiful
Cons: No late checkouts & housekeeping staff
5.4 Okay
Pros: Large rooms Clean rooms
Cons: Broken A/C in one of our rooms Hotel staff not very helpful Rooms were not next to each other (even though I called to confirm this the morning of our stay)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great, extremely comfortable and very luxurious. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in in years. I slept a solid 8 hours and never moved which neither had happened since I can't remember when. All the rooms are secluded on one floor so there's no riff raff. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable and a great value. Can't say enough about it
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer

8.0 Excellent
Pros: the price was right the hotel room was large and clean. the casino was nice.
Cons: we ate at the dinner buffet at 5;00. it was the worse buffet we have ever had' the food was obviously left over from lunch. there was very little to chose from. there was 1 meat chicken. stall. potatoes has hard as a rock. we had to go somewhere else to eat.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was really surprised when i opened that door to the room... i didn't think it would be that nice... i thought it would look the same as the outside kinda sh*tty but as an overall experience it was good.
Cons: No hot tub, small casino, not much food choice, and its a way from blackhawk if you want to drink... oh and i hate the smell of cigarettes which was around elevator, and entry ways...
7.1 Good
Cons: Could only get a smoking room. It definitely smelled of smoke. Other than that, it was fine.

3.4 Mediocre
Cons: The casino was terrible. There were no low limit blackjack tables open but staff standing with no players at high limit tables. Our waiter at dinner disappeared for the last 30 minutes. We finally gave up getting a drink at the bar after sitting for 10 minutes.
7.7 Good
Pros: Pleasantly surprised the rooms were nicer than in the pictures showed.
Cons: Incredibly dusty, rates always high.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Jaccuzi. Ambienance was nice and inviting. Very clean
Cons: There were no coffee regular. Hotel gave very little perks to almost nothing for staying. Player club almost to nothing to first time comer. No discount for meals for playing. We have gotten a lot more at other casinos. TV was a problem. Bed not that comfortable
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good gaming and nice rooms. Decent game selection. The place had a luxury feel that was clean and uncluttered.
Cons: Staff was apathetic and cold. Not helpful with most needs and requests, of which ours were fairly basic requests in the first place. We paid for an upgraded room but our flight got in later in the night so they told us they can't guarantee bookings when you check in that late. They didn't however give us a refund of the difference due to the downgraded room. They should go take some service industry training courses and step it up.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean. Well maintained.
Cons: Food at fire side grill could have been better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: About as nice a hotel room as we've ever seen!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Wondrously surprised...!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, hot tub, and fire pits on the top of the building were beautiful. It was clean and well cared for.
Cons: It was a casino and I'm not a gambler. If I went again, I might look for a restaurant outside of the casino.
6.8 Good
Pros: The property is big, lots of games, buffet and a couple restaurants. Cool rooftop pool/hot tub. Rooms are nice, well-decorated, comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness isn't where it needs to be. My room had some stains on the floor, a small stain on the sheets, and tangle of hair on the bathroom floor. But the worst part was the machines themselves, the electronic roulette machine was disgusting, covered in all sorts of debris, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Hard to play on a machine you don't even want to touch. Bartender cleaned a video poker machine for me to be courteous, and he mentioned that although cleaning staff is supposed to clean them, they never do. Also my in-room coffee maker was missing the piece where the filter fits, so I couldn't make coffee in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Like just about everything we tried. Had a great time in casino's.
Cons: When I made our dinner reservation at the Timberline restaurant, I requested a quite corner out of the way so that we could enjoy a nice quite evening/dinner together for our 45th. We where seated behind the sever station that was so noisy at time we just didn't talk. Major disappointment. Had made the reservations week in advance for this very reason. Were glad to finish dinner and go back to our room. Oh, well maybe better next time.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is nice and very centralized between Black Hawk and Central City
Cons: Check-in time was 3 pm but our room wasn’t ready. We were told the policy for guaranteed check-in is 4-9 pm! So you are supposed to walk around with your suitcase in tow for about 6 hours in a worst case scenario! When we got our room, there was dust on all horizontal surfaces and smudges on all glass surfaces. The quality has gone south for sure.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service. Very attentive and helpful staff from check-in , maid service, restaraunts, and casinos.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Ease of check in
Cons: One staffer - Lawrence - ruined the whole experience by himself. My friends and I went to celebrate my birthday, collectively spending in excess of $3000 between Lady Luck and their sister location, Isle of Capri. Lawrence is a floor manager at Lady Luck. He spoke to and treated us as though we were 4 year olds. There are many choices for hotels in that area and the next time I take a group of friends up there, we will choose somewhere else because of our experiences with Lawrence.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was nice and responsive to our requests.
Cons: Bed not comfortable. Road noise. Slow to make up room (we left mid-morning, returned late afternoon and room was still not cleaned). Missing room amenities like ice bucket, do not disturb sign, in-room safe locked and took maintenance some time to finally get open/working. Food in BBQ restaurant was not hot. Prime Rib sandwich in Tradewinds cafe was tasteless. Will probably stay at Ameristar Hotel next time even though it is a bit more expensive. Had good breakfasts there and seemed like a more upscale property.
6.0 Good
Pros: Overall, not bad.
Cons: Painful check-in process. Receptionist very flustered and did not seem to know what she was doing. Room key card did not work. Showers were luke warm at best. No laundry bag provided.
6.0 Good
Cons: Towels were dirty. Shower curtain contained disgusting stain which means it had not been changed from the previous guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed in Blackhawk dozens of times and Lady Luck is always one of our favorite choices. Great location near all the casinos we love (especially playing on site).
7.7 Good
Pros: Room and facilities, close to other amenities.
Cons: Had VERY noisy neighbors up all night yelling and slamming doirs
4.0 Okay
Pros: The restricted access for hotel guests only.
Cons: There was pee on the toilet seat. The bed was really hard and the air conditioner didn't work well.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Poor customer service cafe is bad
Cons: The cafe
4.5 Okay
Cons: I had to request our room to be cleaned so we could take a shower at 2:3o p.m. The rooms are so thin that sleeping is impossible, you can hear everything going on in the hallways at 1:00 a.m. Not everyone wants to gamble 24/7. The selection of restaurants was very minimal and the prices were more than I was willing to pay for the quality of food.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The location..
Cons: It was dirty. One room had stuff oozing from the wall. The other room that I had, had blood on the wall. The staff was grumpy, there was no amenities, everything in the room was broken, no hot water, and no room service. If you stay in Black Hawk stay some place else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and appeared to be taken care of. Every person was very kind, friendly and helpful.

7.7 Good
Pros: Nice comfortable and clean place, great gaming, lots of delicious food choices! Great location
Cons: Everything was great and I was really enjoying my stay! Overall a really nice place with friendly and helpful staff, especially room attendants which I conversed with in the halls. On the afternoon as I was ready to exit hotel, I decided to have my ritual cranberry juice in the main casino bar @ Isle, my impression and stay were completely altered by a very obnoxious bartender named Pam. She had one of the worst attitudes and dispositions of any bartender I have EVER encountered. Hated her job and hated on her customers, uwelcoming, you could not buy a smile from this sour-puss! What really got my goat was the way she belittled an elderly gentleman buying his beer! It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch! Stay clear of Pam and you will have an excellent stay!!!
6.0 Good
Pros: The jetted tub for two. Staff was super nice!!
Cons: The doors to the outside/patio didn't latch, wind easily blew them open.
6.5 Good
Pros: The walk down to the river. Location is excellent.
Cons: There was urine on my toilet in my bathroom. It was on the back behind the lid. I didn't have time to let someone know so the hotel didn't have the opportunity to make it right. However, this was a quarter size urine puddle very yellow in color.
6.2 Good
Cons: Poor customer service at the front desk
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great price for a room for the mountains. The room was very clean and upscale. The town is all about the gambling.
Cons: All food options around were quite pricy so be prepared to spend over $20 on a buffet or more on a very fancy steakhouse.
4.8 Okay
Cons: The AC did not work, had to open the windows to cool the room off! There was hair in the bathtub drain and the floor wasn't vacuumed very well
9.1 Excellent
Pros: My visit to Lady Luck Hotel was great. Friendly staff. Great location. The rooms are large and spacious. I was within a 5 min. Walking distance to all casinos. It was about $50.00 cheaper then some of the other hotels. Free WiFi. The casino on site is smaller but it’s connected to the Isle of Capri.
Cons: A lot of going up and down to get from room to casino. No spa.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Room next to us was loud all night and there was a definite rattling noise all night long.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and well appointed Bed was comfortable Parking garage with easy access to rooms you don't have to enter through the casino or lobby We would stay there again
4.5 Okay
Pros: Liked the price for a quick stay.
Cons: Hotel is in need of a major face lift. The room seemed to be from the 90s. The paint on the wall was peeling off and the sink had a crack in it, shower was dirt (you could see the dirt), cigarette burns in floor/bed, the water pressure was awful. Everything just felt like it was old. It felt like a motel 6 and not what I would expect for staying in one of Blackhawks larger hotels. Everything felt so dirty and old.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: Poor service in casino room was not worth the money
4.5 Okay
Cons: The staff was rude. The price was way to expensive. Not worth the money
