Nothing room was filthy dirty this includes linens telephone tub bed spread. Lamp shade was broken, light fixtures missing light bulbs. Swimming pool was filled with algea. soda and snack machines were inoperable and empty. no alarm clock/radio
Econolodge was only 1/2 mile from my son's wedding, which is the reason I came to town. Good water pressure, although staff was non professional, they were very nice.
drawers not clean, rust under shower mat, no blow dryer, no ironing board, no pens, paper, no matches in a smoking room. awful pillows (I had to go buy a pillow) phone did not work properly, no hangers.
Out dated, pool was empty in the middle of summer, asked for a late check out got attitude, air conditioner sucked.
The room was a nasty mess I have pictures of it if you guys want to see them I think they gave us the worst room .
I think they gave us the worse room they had if you want to see pictures I have them!
All of it
Location was very convenient to my meeting. Some restaurants were close by. Staff was friendly, helpful, and assisted in locating meeting place and other restaurants in the area.
It was nearby a 4 lane road, which was noisy during rush hours, but I could not hear the traffic noise inside the room.
Location to the capitol was convenient.
The A/C - Heat unit was not working properly. outside temp was '0' and it was cold....There was left feces in the toilet that had fermented for some time, tub didn't drain, and no one on staff to repair any items.
Friendly staff, excellent location, rooms were excellent
Outside needs work
the outside of motel was being painted and our room was behind the yellow tape, you had to walkover tape or clear around, the painter had his machine setup right outside our door. Sunday morning at 7:00 he was back outside making noise and painting.
i got there early and they let me check in
It was pretty rough there was water damage in the sealing the trim was peeling off the baseboards and the toilet ran all night had to giggle the handle to get it to slow down. The bathtub had something stuck to the bottom of it as well.
Right off of the highway. Free internet.
I paid for a non smoking room. It was very obvious that it was not. Once you walked in there was an ashtray and matches on the table. The bed linens had burn holes in them as well.
The Location was where we needed it to be.
When we arrived, the room was not what was paid for. King Smoking became a double bed non smoking. Sited Priceline and Orbits for not sending required information. If you book threw these web sites, you need to call hotel to have special requests
The staff was very nice and helpful! That was the best part about the stay.
I did not like, however, the lack of cleanliness in the room. Also, The continental breakfast was sparse and not very good. The front desk does close at midnight, so if you get back to your room after that and need something, then you are out of luck.
Staff was friendly
starting to get a little dated. the mat on the bottom of the tub was coming loose.
It was cheap.
It was very dirty; very dirty inside and out.
Room had a mini-firdge, microwave and coffee maker.
Only negative was no hair dryer in room.
close TO DESTINATION
Arrived late to Motel, and no one was available to check us in.,
The Manager on duty was great. she aplogized in person to us.
The smell was horrible. The room seemed sticky, and not clean. I wish we could have gotten our money back but we had booked through Priceline and didn't know how.
The staff was excellent
The pool was broken for a day and a half
The hotel staff was wonderful in helping me have an excellent stay that was both quiet and peaceful. The hotel location is wonderful to soo many great Jefferson City, Missouri attractions like delicious food establishments & the Missouri Capitol Building.
The problems i had were not major at all and have never happened any other time i have spent time at this hotel. I wish the room had an ice cube tray for the fridge. I wish the rooms would have more accessible power outlets.
My room was handicap friendly and easily accessible as I am in a wheel chair. We loved the location for restaurants and Lincoln University. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
there was a problem with priceline and they worked it out
some noise from other guests in the night.
Decent mattress, hot water.
Initially the clerk sent me to a room that had not yet been cleaned and had a full icky toilet.
This is an excellent choice for a few night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little dated, but again, if you're only staying for a couple of nights, this is a very good choice at a great price!
I would stay here again no questions asked. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I brought my elderly parents (age 76 and 80) and they were satisfied as well with their room.
There are nicer rooms out there. This is okay for an inexpensive room and great if yu are on a budge, but we're used to a bit nicer digs. Great location and internet was okay but room was tired and breakfast was so scant we skipped ti and went to a McDonalds nearby.
Great 4 day stay. Jason ,a very affable and effecient young man, checked me in and Sammy checked me out. Nice friendly folks. Good housekeeping services and good rates. Do yourself a favor and give this Econolodge a try.
This motel is budget pricedd and it shows. At the front desk english is a second language and Tang and toast is considered breakfast, oh well, you get what you pay for.
