10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very clean & friendly staff.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very helpful for getting checked-in and guiding us to restaurants and other locations. They were very good.
Cons: Parking. The parking system is broken. There are 3 guys running to grab cars and the tickets don't seem to work. They tried putting people in the wrong cars. They say to call the number on the ticket to have the car waiting for you, but it is a text only number on the ticket. They do not check the text messages, so you end up having to give them the ticket to find your car. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to have the car parked and another 30 for them to find it and bring it to you. There needs to be a better system and more staff for parking. The hotel was so great, but the parking was such a mess I don't want to go back.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: No room service, they recommend delivery by local restraints??? very small lobby with a limited restraints.

7.7 Good
Cons: It was noisy. Rolling cleaners and guest luggage in the hallways. Our key did not work and the engineer had to come. he was nice.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was a decently priced room close to the city, the hotel looked really fancy.
Cons: The whole experience was weird, you have to pay to park in a parking garage that's attached to two hotels, the lobby is huge and inconvenient. One of the staff was really rude to my wife when she asked for some silverware, and for some strange reason they held an additional $30 for an accommodation fee which we were never told about. It's not a really big deal but the room didn't have a fridge which was a little annoying.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located for our purpose; nice lobby area for meeting/conversation; helpful staff, convenient, moderately-priced parking; clean, well-appointed rooms
Cons: No complaints
4.5 Okay
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: No indication of site constructoion. Jack hammering could be heard in rm. Bugs in bathroom reported day one. Still there day 2. They offered free breakfast when we reported this? Who would eat there? Room smelled musty. No window to open. Had to pay to park in a garage. Overall bad experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing, rooms are very clean, amazing place to stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Good breakfast at hotel restaurant.
Cons: Noisy atrium on weekend even late into the night. Out-dated pool area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super helpful and courteous. Price was way less than half of what it would have cost us in NYC. Train to NYC was 45 minutes and hotel has free shuttle to train station.
Cons: Bathroom door was very squeaky but they fixed it quickly and were genuinely concerned with guest comfort. Sound proofing between rooms not super great but still overall very good experience.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location, awesome bed and bedding, and my favorite the awesome water pressure in the shower!!
Cons: The space is wide open and was confusing as I entered. The front desk to the right was matter of fact looking kind of none descript. Felt like I was at an airline check-in counter than a high quality hotel and conference center. The back revolving door leading to the parking garage was not high quality and the rug was filthy. The ground in the garage was filthy and there was conference room props, tables, etc in the car garage that made the place feel dirty! The fake would flooring on the bedroom was noted but the room was clean. The TV menu selection screen was awful!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness and service of the staff was excellent and the room very clean and spacious. Very good.
7.4 Good
Pros: Room was comfortable.
Cons: Being charged for parking at the hotel's own parking lot. A not so subtle tactic for padding charges for the room. Reminds me of the tactics of cellular companies that dream up an assortment of additional charges to the stated price of service.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The stay could be overall satisfactory. I love the location and the hotel looks great!
Cons: A lady wakes me up early in the morning, while clearly I turned the do not disturb key on. And by 9 am it was impossible to continue to sleep because someboddy was shouting loudly spanish songs while cleaning the room next door. These are what ruined the stay for me.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included

5.7 Okay
Pros: nice decor, good location
Cons: No window on room, only one soap bar, uncomfortable bed and pillow, YMCA exercise music at 6AM, difficult parking lot
7.6 Good
Pros: Close to downtown
Cons: Small room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good except:
Cons: The food was not cooked to well for the breakfast.... Cold or over cooked
8.0 Excellent
Cons: AC kept cycling on and off all night
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and let us do a late checkout.
Cons: There was barely any parking for the hotel. Caused a big inconvenience because parking is limited. Wish we knew that before we got there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort, cleanliness, accommodating, friendly and breakfast was very good
Cons: Can't think of anything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: They were friendly the rooms were clean and we weren't bothered all weekend
Cons: They had one small elevator for the entire hotel and it was unbearably slow. Then if you went to take the stairs they were filthy.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Zero Degrees has a great location, helpful, friendly, and professional staff, deliciois breakfast, and clean, modern rooms. It seems to be a well cared for, updated building with nice decor.
Cons: As others have mentioned, the walls here are quite thin. Staying here on Valentine's Day presented a symphony of noise through the walls on all sides. Also, like many hotels, the heat/AC left me bone dry by morning.
5.7 Okay
Cons: Party Central. Music playing all night. Apparently unsupervised children in the room next to me, while the parents hit the bars. The room itself was average, sort of a mix of honeymoon suite and no-tell motel vibe. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, and the shower (sized for two, no tub, low water pressure) had an awkward layout. The website makes no mention of fact that parking is available or how to access it. By the time I got to the desk and learned that there was parking, I had already paid to do so at the public garage next door. When I turned in my key, the desk clerk ask how my stay was. "Fair". "Oh, that's great!"
7.7 Good
Pros: Cozy stay. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't so great. I really dislike fake eggs.

6.2 Good
Pros: Not much to like about this hotel other than the convenient location.
Cons: In my opinion this hotel is a tear down. The physical plant is completely aged and the parking garage is downright scary. The rooms are mediocre at best. I am surprised Marriott allows their name to stay on this place.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like being lied to. I may never stay here ever. I confirmed, 3 days prior and 24 hrs prior to arrival. At check in, told suite is unavailable. Then asking for different suite being lied to about actually not a suite but reg. Rm., then said they would check other hotels...b.s. On my own had to find alternative location.
Cons: Location was questionable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything the room was spacious and it was perfect
Cons: Breakfast was not that great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking breakfast internet free and people very nice sweet shop laundry and restaurant very convenient
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had many nice choices, especially the fresh fruit and the amazing, high-quality coffee--unexpected in a hotel. Like a good restaurant.
Cons: But could never get the Internet connection to work, which was difficult for us, since we needed to do some important online transactions. There was a problem with the "certificate" and security level.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I was very pleased with the customer service of the hotel. Staff was very friendly as well as very helpful. The price of the stay was very good for the hotel and breakfast was included. I will definetly recommend this very nice hotel..
Cons: Mattresses are not that comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, with a very comfortable king bed. Housekeeping did a great job, and the front desk staff were very nice. Having a full breakfast available was a definite plus! I'd be happy to stay here again when my travels bring me to NYC due to the proximity of the train station.
Cons: We were disappointed that the courtesy shuttle to the train station didn't run on weekends; our choices were walking to the station in the rain (which is what we did) or paying for a taxi. The hotel is going through some renovations, which were poorly timed: painters on the main floor on a Sunday morning impeded our access to the breakfast area and made the restrooms unusable. There was also an issue with overcharging us for a room which we has already paid for in full using Booking.com. This was recitifed, but I'd think twice before booking through a third party other than AAA again.

Pros: THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS REALLY THE ONLY REASON I WOULD RETURN. VWRY CONVENIENT TO DOWN TOWN AND RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO MY DAUGHTERS APT. IT NEEDS AN OVERHAUL WITH THE FURNISHINGS. THE COUCH WAS GRIMEY. NOT THE WORST PLACE IVE STAYED.
Cons: Things need to be updated and cleaned. The pillows were lumpy and the shower didnt have any pressure.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very accomodating. Rooms were huge and very clean. Two TVs! There were not as many breakfast items available as I had seen at the other hotels on this trip. That was the one reason for a slightly lower rating.

6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, which is not a given even at similar Hiltons or other hotels. The check-in process was easy. Price was very competitive even for Thanksgiving week.
Cons: The building's lobby is very nice but the guest room floors are in need of a refresh. The windows in the room were VERY drafty and our room was pretty cold - granted it was a very chilly night in late fall. Don't bother with breakfast in the restaurant.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The food was great , and the hot water was good
Cons: No Ac , didn't work well at all . The tub drain was very slow I stood in water while I showered . Beds were a bit to lumpy , hard. Didn't sleep well in the room at all , to warm 73 % .
4.0 Okay
Pros: I needed to plug my phone charger but the circuit box is loose and had a very hard time make it work, the rooms next to me have people that kept slamming the doors which make loud noise, This might be only in my room, but I am assuming that you will find some inconvenience in other rooms as well. Not worth the money that you'r paying for the nights you stay!
Cons: It is not not about like, I stay in hotels all the time for business so I at least expect quietness and convenience. My 3 nights stay did not provide that.
8.8 Excellent

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was courteous
Cons: The hotel is extremely dated and overall looks and smells dirty. Coffee maker in the room malfunctioned and I burned my hand with hot coffee. When I called the front desk they said why don't you come down and get coffee here! AC never stops running. I even set it at 76 and it didn't matter. The room was so cold and the bed only had a sheet and a very very thin blanket. $15 less than Sheraton - Shame on me for being cheap! Will never stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was the main reason for choosing Amsterdam hotel. Staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend it for those looking for something nice and clean.

6.2 Good
Pros: Check in and check out was easy and the location was convenient
Cons: It was not cleaned before we got there. Maybe spot checked for "amenities" like toilet paper, but there was used soap in the shower from a previous guest.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: The front desk staff who checked us in was wearing headphones all the time while talking to us and was not very helpful with our request with wine opener, she was saying no but eventually the security guy said yes the hotel has it.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Close proximity to shopping and food. Diner attached with delicious food. Pool was nice but there weren’t towels left.
Cons: Manager double booked hotel and tried to put me in two single rooms instead of a double room. I have a toddler and a preteen. This happened to everyone who checked in all Saturday evening. The manager didn’t know how to check people in either. He was New and didn’t know that if rooms were booked on an internet service he couldn’t book them via phone. We were 3 hours from home without knowing if we’d have a place to stay. We finally get a room (a suite), and the couch was dirty and stained (I have photos). We requested sheets and a pillow for the couch, but our requests were ignored multiple times. We never ended up getting a pillow for my daughter. We got sheets after standing at the front desk and requesting them for The third time. No towels at the pool. Highly disappointed in our stay.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing to like. Lady at the front desk was the only thing that I could compliment. She was very understanding of our frustration. She was very professional and took responsibility.
Cons: Rooms were dirty. Pubic hairs and semen residue on bed and furniture. No WiFi, no cable channels.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The customer service was ok.
Cons: Very squeezed rooms, wi-fi didn't work, lower overal quality in comparison to other competitively priced hotels of the same tier we have visited.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The price was low, and they didn't give me a hassle about an extended checkout. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. It's right on I-95, so it's a convenient location.
Cons: The front desk staff was standing around bickering with each other while a line of people were waiting to check in. I found long black hairs in my bed and my towels. I don't think the top cover on the beds had been washed in a long time, there were crusty stains on it. Gross!
5.1 Okay
Pros: It’s was close to where I needed to be
Cons: I reserved a king bed , got a double with no option. Bed was to small and room smelled a little weird

4.5 Okay
Pros: At $60 a night you should not expect much and this place does not disappoint. The room was clean, no bugs, and they had hot water. Had a decent TV, fridge, microwave and good water pressure. Built in Peruvian restaurant was not bad.
Cons: Literally right off of I-95. Doors and wall were made out of paper mâché. You heard every car speeding by. People walking outside of the door sounded like they were in bed with you. Bullet proof glass that served as lobby front desk did little to inspire confidence that you were not going to end up on the nightly news. If possible, toilet paper may have been thicker than the towels.

Cons: Everything
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Virtually everything. Dirty hotel. Outdated Interior Questionable location/staff.
6.2 Good
Pros: Less expensive than nearby hotels.
Cons: The outdoor stairs were slippery. I had a big fall (like a cartoon slip on a banana peel) at the top of the stairs. Thank goodness I'm young and healthy and recovered fine. An older person would have definitely injured herself!
5.1 Okay
Pros: Cheap and right off the highway. It looks horrible from the outside, but the room was actually quite clean and comfortable. Free Parking.
Cons: Super sketchy. I would not stay here again. Not worth saving a few bucks. Someone smashed in two glass doors near the office about an hour after I checked in.
6.0 Good
Cons: Heat kept shutting off. It was 39 degrees outside
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is going through some renovations, I think, but it wasn't too bad. It's right next to 95, so that's good. The room was fine; it was already renovated - accent wall, undermounted sink, tiling, and new bathtub and shower head. The bed was comfortable enough. I never went to breakfast, so I'm not sure what all they had down there. It's pretty close to downtown Stamford, so that's a plus. The staff was kind.
Cons: Honestly, the lobby had a really foul odor... I'm not sure how to explain it, so it made me nervous when I did have to go to my room, but it was only in the lobby. Also, vending machine sodas are $2, and the selection was lacking, so I would suggest picking up snacks and drinks elsewhere.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location and price were exactly what I was looking for.
Cons: It’s a $60 a night hotel, what do people expect.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: I'm still alive.
Cons: Facilities were run down and in need of repairs throughout. Door to room did not close tight and daylight could be seen around the edge. Room was musty smelling and fixtures and outlets were in need of repair. Cleanliness of the bath and sink were questionable. Breakfast was sparse and low quality in its offerings. Will never go back.
