Clean / tidy and good staff
Pool bar advertised but was never open once during our stay. Provision of a kettle in room to make tea/ coffee would be a god idea

We had a flat tire and were running late for the ferry. The owner took complete control of the situation and called the rental company to have them come get the car and then found us a last minute taxi to get us to the port. She was absolutely wonderful and kept telling us not to worry. Could not have been better service.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well presented. Close to the beach, bus to Oia or Thira. Beach across the road. Excellent staff (including hotel cat). Small shop 100m up the road sells everything you could need. Nice to be away from the craziness of Oia and Thira but close enough to drive/bus to enjoy it.
No overly important but the pool was FREEZING however pool area was beautiful and well presented. the pool bar wasn't open at all the entire time we were there.
