Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room felt like a little apartment/suite complete with a private patio, kitchen, full-size fridge and dining area. We stocked up on food, fruit, and alcohol from the nearby Trader Joe's and enjoyed hanging out at the pool as if it were in our 'backyard.' The location is great, only a couple blocks from the shops, bars, and restaurants. We loved the cozy B&B feel -- the property only had about 14-15 rooms. The owners hosted a barbecue on Saturday night with delicious food and it was great to mingle with the other guests.

Pros: Pool was awesome! Family-friendly
Cons: As clean as the place was, there were roaches... and they weren't the bashful type...

Cons: Nothing. Loved it all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very family friendly, super large rooms, with kitchen containing all you need to prepare a meal. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Kids really like the pool with slide. Luxury experience make you want to stay longer. Surely worth the money.
Cons: The air conditioner in the living room is loud. although it doesn't affect the bedroom, I won't recommend to light sleepers if you plan to sleep in the sofa-bed. The toilet is loud too, can wake people up if someone use it at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very family friendly atmosphere that has a lot of activities for children whether they want to be in the pool all day or play in the game room. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions or issues. We did get a great deal on Kayak making it totally worth the money.
Cons: There is no oven in the Deluxe room. It's a combined convection/microwave oven and only a two burner stove. Not the best situation but workable for a three night stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice landscaping, four pools.
Cons: The one bedroom unit we had was very dark and depressing and had no view. There are so many large building the place feels industrial.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The Desert Villas II were much more than we expected. The villas were spacious and almost brand new. Everyone felt comfortable and loved the accomodations. Several in our party didn' want to leave because they loved it so much. The surrounding grounds/golf course were very nice as well. Service was excellent.
Cons: Pools were a little crowded, however, it was a long weekend. Also, the pools were odd shaped so not the best if someone wants to swim laps.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing stood out as a positive
Cons: The shuttle appeared to follow no distinct route and was not reliable. The room was dark, noisy, and not particularly comfortable.

7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel has amazing grounds and public areas. The atrium lobby and gondola service are special, and the overall grounds are the best in the Palm Springs area.
Cons: The rooms are not clean. There's no other way to say it. I found much evidence of previous guests in the room, from trash on the floor around the beds to dirty showers. The staff is also pretty unpleasant and not helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the help were wonderful
Cons: we are seniors & had to walk miles to our room i think it was 1523
6.2 Good
Pros: Good location for what we were there for.
Cons: The room needed updating. It was clean but it was loud. We were in the main building and it was too noisy. Also, beds were very uncomfortable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly, always there to help.
Cons: Had to go too far to self park. Weekend hard to find a spot to park . Several parking rows in the parking garage no access to another isle. Had to turn in same isle to go to next isle.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking into the lobby to check in I was greeted by Brenda. She was so very nice and accommodating. The room they had reserved for us was an accessible room. I asked if there were any other rooms available with a bathtub, since we had a toddler with us. She went to ask her manager and came back with a room change. The room was spacious and very clean. My family loved the pool, water slide and the kids club. It really made our little getaway into a wonderful time. We will be back!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. I haven't encountered a more friendly staff at a resort in a very long time. The facility was great for all of us. Plenty to do for my teenagers. The pools were very fun. The cocktails were fairly reasonable for a resort and they were delicious. The room was very nice. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room.
Cons: Our room was kind of small for four of us. Though the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than the usual, it was awkwardly located and made getting to the patio really hard.
6.8 Good
Pros: Fridge in our room actually works!! We had a view of the golf course and mountains and the lake from our top floor. I actually slept because there was no crazy kids running around at midnight. Using a room key to get in the pool (great idea to keep the outsiders) My daughter likes the pool, the slide, pizza, and making smores! Also she made lots of friends!! Having more than one ice machine.
Cons: There were lots of ants in our room. Water roaches, an entire village was under our snack bag! So gross! Chuckawalla n snakebite opens late (11am) and close early (6pm). There was not enough "shaded" area. Should provide umbrellas. Rinse area, the water pressure was too hard on skin after some sun.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We liked where our room location (1600)!!! The pool staff was very friendly. Chicken wings was awesome!!!! Every time we come here, we HAVE TO have there WINGS!! my daughter looooves it!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was bigger than I expected. The staffs very helpful. I had a wonderful time and I will probably come back again next year.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: There were empty cups , trash all around the pool areas with no one to come and pick them up . That was my only complaint other than that we really enjoyed our stay
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Rooms were awful .. leaking refrigerator .. slipped on after wiping up twice ... Noise !! Dirty towels !! Big ball of hair in the shower .. poor service and they tried to charge me an extra 200 hundred .. I paid 380 for a very bad experience !!
5.7 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Dirty, Loud
7.7 Good
Pros: Pools, kids activity center, location. earlier check in was available for us but we understand not always.
Cons: Stains on sofa mattress, not enough activities for adults i.e. small Spa for massage or mani/pedi, lounge wine area, etc.
7.3 Good
Pros: Buffalo wings and pizza
Cons: Room fridge. We had a late check in (930pm) fridge was not fixed until about 1130pm. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to make sure it'll get fixed. So, Our daughter didn't sleep until midnight or so. pool was a little bit dirty. I took a few plastic cups out and the water was so blurry. Security was giving my husband a hard time and lying about being there the morning before. People were throwing nerf ball and security/staff was not doing anything to stop them. My husband had to tell the security to warn them. This stay was not as pleasant as it was 5 weeks ago.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great and the property was very nice
Cons: The shuttle service was slow, front desk staff were not customer service oriented and the pillows were flat as hell.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Pool bar closed at 6p. Only dining option was understaffed and overpriced. Big property with a shuttle, but only one in service for all guests, so would have to wait over 30 minites. No staff in restaurant. Manager was "pitching in" but would take our order and then not fulfill or not put into computer. Waited 20 minutes for 1st staff interaction after we say at the unattended but seated with guests bar. Then after taking our draft beer order, had to ask 3more times before we got a drink!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice, clean, in a good location, & the staff was friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We simply needed a place to stay on our way to Phoenix. And this was perfect.
6.2 Good
Pros: Leaving. Hot tub was actually hot.
Cons: Keycard didn't work in outer door to get to my room. WiFi was slowest I've encountered since 1999. Bathroom door was locked in my room. No overhead light in the living quarters - only the bedside lamp and the lamp by the TV - neither had a wall switch. "Refrigerator" froze my food / beverages. Bathroom coat hanger was broken. Get it together Marriott!
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice, Starbucks was great as well as good.
Cons: My only compliant was my room was so noisy that at 8:30 on a Saturday it sounded like they were sawing through our wall. Also the room was musty.
7.4 Good
Pros: It was quiet, which was nice. We didn't need the room for more than just a place to sack out, after attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk offered us a choice between rooms on either the first or third floor. I went with the 3rd floor. Honestly, the room was a shoebox. My dorm room in college may have actually been bigger. The TV had spotty reception/signal, as well. And there were probably 5 channels. For what we needed, though, we made do.
6.8 Good
Pros: Even though it was old it was very clean. Large tv with good bathroom, ac.
Cons: Outdated furnishings, older smell, tv to the side.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here on business. Great hotel and ample parking. Room was clean & spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great mattresses
Cons: Pool had a lot of mosquitoes TV control to complicated
6.8 Good
Pros: Because of a ceiling leak in our room (poured in on the head and end of the bed), the manager gave us the room with his compliments. The clerk asked if we would be interested in changing rooms (very kind), but it was already 7:30 a.m. and we were not interested in doing that. Manager was very decent about it all.
Cons: We had to rise earlier than desired to report the room leak, and we found it more advantageous simply to check out early than go to another room for an hour or two.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: The food was mediocre. During our two weeks stay, the treadmills in the fitness room were both out of order. The pool is in the courtyard with the building surrounding it, which blocks the sun from the pool all day long. The door key cards are a joke. It takes forever to get them to work.
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean place, spacious, good amenities
Cons: First room had a TV that didn't work. Second room had a thermostat that didn't work - only blew cold air (lots of cold air). Called reception to get more blankets, but they never brought them to my room. :(

Pros: It was nice and quiet. The pool renovations are done. The pool and hot tub both have handicap features too. Great value for my stay in Palm Desert!
6.2 Good
Pros: Bed was clean, comfortable and linens/spread were new and not worn or stained. This was the best part of my stay.
Cons: Room smelled musty, stale and not of 4 star quality. Property overall is getting worn down. This was not what I expected for an Embassy Suites.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: One of the worst hotel stays ever. No wonder TripAdvisor rates them 22 of 23 hotels in Palm Desert. I can't imagine there could be one worse. I paid an extra amount to reserve two beds -- for physical reasons since it was two males traveling and one of them has a broken elbow that can't be touched. But they had no two-bed rooms and basically said sure we overpaid but tough
Cons: I had to get my attorney involved with the Getaway in order to get a refund at the horrible place (which is undergoing a huge renovation) which I didn't see on their listing. The worst of the worst.

Pros: Nithing
Cons: Hotel had afire the day before but no one ever called to notify us - drove 3 1/2 hrs into the desert just to find out we had no place to stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived to a beautiful lobby and were quickly checked in to our room. The hotel had a complimentary happy hour at the time of arrival. Our two room suite was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and felt like a great deal for the price. Our room was quiet, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning had a great selection. We were only a few miles from shopping centers, and just feet from a Starbucks. Would definitely return.
6.8 Good
Pros: staff at front desk (which had been moved to a room on the first floor due to construction) were accommodating throughout. i had to request another room on the top floor because of the sound of guests above kept me awake. breakfast offered a pleasant variety, but was only open from 6-9a.
Cons: hours of breakfast, not well sound-insulated, fitness center closed (though front desk provided a guest pass to a gym about 1 mile away)
6.0 Good
Cons: Not well insulated, you can hear everything, noise in the upper floors and people walking outside. Maid did an incomplete service in the room . Did not finish making the bed. Lights are not working, the air conditioner is do loud
4.2 Okay
Pros: The grounds are nice. Breakfast was good
Cons: Room were smelly. Old furniture. No heat ( was cold). No TV in sitting area. Would not recommend or stay there again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room size good Nice breakfast Nice facilities Beaitiful buildin
Cons: Some of staffs were not kind but some was
7.7 Good
Pros: The breakfasts were great’, I was able to stick to my low carb meal plan
Cons: My showerleaked water had chipped porcelain and mold in the grout, could use some sprucing up.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: The pool was closed which was the only reason I picked this hotel. Apparently they stated this on their website, but it was not listed on Kayak or priceline. Once we got there, it was non refundable, and at 108 degrees it was a miserable trip with no pool. The movies and TVs didn't work well. Just overall not good. And I have never complained about a hotel before, but this was a uniquely bad experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, but this facility is showing some wear and need an upgrade. The Embassy Suites in La Quinta is much nicer
