Pros. The location
Cons. On arrival the staff were poor demanding credit card impression and authorisation even though room fee was aid in advance and their was no itemised account available on checkout.
Pros. The location is perfect, set one street back from the river at Southbank, it's easy walk to city, free trams, exhibition centre and of course numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel is very neat and clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They provide a full buffet breakfast at a reasonable price that can last you all day.
Cons. They don't seem to provide a separate top sheet - we've stayed there twice and had to ask for it both times...
