Bed was uncomfortable and uneven in the middle. It was close to a hospital. Didn't like the shower over the bath. The facility is dated and needs an update. The dryer can work better. It required a reset every 7 mins which is very annoying. Bathroom was outdated. Parking was an issue and had to park on the street. There wasn’t anything guests didn’t like. Didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke. Would prefer there to be designated no smoking rooms. Very pet friendly so might be an issue for those with allergies. Front of hotel is right on a busy main road. The first night we stayed there was yelling out the front of the building, the alarms for reception went off, and rocks were thrown by the people yelling onto our balcony. The second night the room smelt like cigarette smoke. The soft furnishings could use an update. Walls require painting. Microwave, oven, hotplates very old. Dogs of guests barking at 9.30pm and not on leash in corridor. Guest yelling profanities at 6.00am. TV not a smart TV as advertised, staff replaced on 2nd day. Charged 1.55% for visa debit card, was advertised as 1% for visa credit card on booking service no mention of debt card. Garage requires cleaning, numerous rubbish evident. Poor internet speed, best speed during stay was 11mbs, however failed to get reception in bedroom most of the time. The only thing guests will say about this accommodation is that you need to step over a high sided bath to use the shower. This could be a problem for the aged or disabled. The cleaners hadn't changed the sheets from previous guests, it was after reception hours when guests noticed so had to strip the sheets and sleep on mattress protector. Paying extra for parking. Bathroom tiles are ready for a steam clean but still not “dirty”. Some sort of bedside table on each side would be great. The check-in dude made a mistake with the account and kindly helped themselves to more funds without communication- very disappointing. Lights in room hard to turn off. Requested two single beds on booking but on arrival were told only double and a trundle available. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, there were no exhaust fans in either bathroom, the key cards to the apartment deactivated numerous times. The apartment was sparse - couches didn't have any cushions.
