10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food.
Cons: Need more bath towels in room, please.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool!
Cons: Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazingly friendly, caring and service minded staff.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In downtown Kirkland so fantastic walk score, friendly staff allowed early check-in. We wanted to go to the Woodinville wineries and the Heathman driver took us out and picked us up later in the day. Overall fantastic service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that down pillows were available. Nice compact hair dryer.
Cons: In room food service a bit limited
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean. Could use some minor updating such as workout equipment.
Cons: Trellis Restaurant needs to improve. For the money they serve quantity vs quality. We only ate breakfast. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly but service was mediocre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great restaurant, can be for adults only or family-friendly. Can't complain at all
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Picked this hotel for its proximity to where I needed to be on business. Excellent choice.
Cons: I was fine with there only being one dining option which is the breakfast, lunch and dinner serving restaurant on site. It has nice food options so it was fine for my 2 night stay. if you’re staying longer or value proximity to restaurants, pick another hotel as there really isn’t anything in walking distance.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Not much. The location was okay and the price was fair. Parking was easy.
Cons: Overworked and inconsiderate staff.
7.7 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, bar, and all of the staff. Also, hotel sits on a major freeway interchange but never heard a thing. Good construction for sure!!
Cons: Parking sucked. 90 percent of spots were made for compact. At least 10 spots were coned off for employees. Big trucks with trailers parking sideways making this place a complete parking nightmare. If you want your $50,000 car banged up stay here. Not good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, accommodating staff, and easy access to the city of Seattle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel was very good. Liked being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Many Silver Clouds have the complimentary breakfast so we missed not having that option.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The staff is so nice! From the front desk to the amazing restaurant manager that was bartending! The carne asada tacos are so good! Great wine as well. The room was AMAZING. For the price I thought it would be bad. It was HUGE! Two big flat screens....a nice sitting room. It was more of a suite! Very nice design and furniture. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will be staying again!
Cons: I like everything. Not a single complaint.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: It was rated 4 star and was not close to a 4 star quality hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: This is a well located upscale hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, an incredible staff, located within a stone's throw of virtually anything in Seattle.
Cons: I had to leave after four nights. Housekeeping staff removed an unread newspaper from the room that had not been placed in a location for recycling or disposal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Real pleasant surprise at the accommodations. Restaurant was very good.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a gem. We used to stay at the Silver Cloud in downtown Bellevue but find this one to be more luxurious. The drive to downtown Bellevue takes only a few minutes. We will continue to use the Silver Cloud Eastgate on our overnight trips from our home in the San Juan Islands.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were surprised at how the room was divided into a living room and sleeping area. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located off the highway. It was also nice that there was a covered gated garage with an elevator that went straight to your floor.
Hyatt House Redmond - Redmond - Building
9.0 Excellent (1,174 reviews)
Overview Reviews
HYATT house Redmond provides a contemporary twist to the traditional suite experience - offering up an authentically comfortable lifestyle while adding little touches of luxury. Spacious smartly designed suites and guestrooms - fresh sumptuous beds and linens - full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, flat panel TVs with expanded cable and movie channels - waffle terry bathrobes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, well kept, quiet. Awesome breakfast
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms
Cons: Shower could have been cleaner
6.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone.
Cons: Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation. We will choose to not stay here here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Towne Center and easy to hop on freeways.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything. Great room, great service, great location, high-end lobby and restaurant/bar. Walking distance to a shopping plaza and also Cleveland St. for some good eats (Woodblock & Matador). It was just a short drive to Microsoft's campus, where I was visiting for the week. If I come back, this is first on my list!
Cons: I wish the kitchen would stay open a little later (closes at 10p, the 2 nights I ate in, I just caught the tail end of the service).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location a lot. It was close to shopping and easy to get in and out of to where ever we were heading. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time. Would definitively stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like the noise from air conditioner in the room it was loud and faced the bed so there was no way muffle the sound. We had to turn it off just to get some rest. The other issue I had was on the second floor we faced the interior side of the hotel which had all the a/c units right outside the window. So every time a guest's ac turned on we had to hear the hum of these machines throughout the night. There was definitely no view from this side of the hotel on this floor. I would prefer a room facing the street next time or a taller floor.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately! While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand.
Cons: Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.
Silver Cloud Inn Redmond - Redmond - Building
9.0 Excellent (895 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Too long of wait to check in.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, very clean

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free Wi-Fi was plenty fast for streaming video. Free paper in the morning. Breakfast was a good spread of both hot and cold options. Nice exercise facility.
6.0 Good
Cons: Bed mattress stiff. $20 porn.

Pros: Staff was awesome!
Cons: Malls all around
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newer property but still very well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Lack of drawers (we were there for a week). Also the "Micro Market" was way over - priced (no vending machines)! $4.00 for a bottle of Coke and $3.00 for a bag of chips is way past sensible.

Pros: Love this place!! Have stayed there multiple times and it’s my favorite Hampton Inn. Look forward to my next visit.
Cons: The breakfast (especially the hot breakfast) needs work.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: Just a bit over priced for a Hampton Inn.

7.7 Good
Pros: It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally.
Cons: It was an expensive night at $300+.
6.2 Good
Pros: Great location, excellent rooms
Cons: No parking on the weekends, staff internally overcharged in the cafeteria, had to remind front desk of billing corrections. Not a good experience
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Not much. Not worth the money.
Cons: The elevator was broken and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation just waiting for elevators. It took us over an hour to find parking.
