Our Landhotel Martinshof is located in a historic 17th century former brewery in the old town of München-Riem. Tradition and modernity meet here: the rustic style rooms in our main building are a friendly contrast to the modern design of the rooms in the annex next door. Whether you've come for business or pleasure in the beautiful state capital, here you'll find the airport, Munich's Neue Messe (convention center), public transportation and nature all within easy reach. Enjoy the cozy ambience and experience famous Bavarian hospitality!
Hotel and Restaurant staff is friendly. Not far from S-bahn Riem (7-10 min by foot). Silent district. Nice ouside hotel style - typical Bavarian. Every day room cleaning.
The pictures of the rooms on the website are not the same that real room. Old furniture in the room. Many tangled cables in full view. The bed located under the roof is not so comfortable (when you wake up you strike your head against the ceiling). WiFi at the room have a high price and it is not so good connection (but you can use free PC with Internet near the reception). The restaurant was closed in August, so we could have a breakfast there only.
good value for money, nice breakfast, good location
quite some noise of other hotel guests. You can hear them taking a shower or talking through the walls.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were decent size
Toilets were very cramped and small.
Very near to the convention center, comfortable room, helpfull staff, good breakfast, nice price :)
Trivial things: no elevator in the extention, TV channels are all in German except for the CNN, I'd love to see more international channels there. Another thing it's a little far from city center and touristic sites but very suitable for anyone going to convention center.
the hotel was very quiet and very close the Messe Convention Center. The restraunt below had great authentic Italian Dining.
Location, availability of public transport, service
Convenient for ICM, the resturant was popular and quite good quality and value of Itallian style. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Late arrivals have no staff to checkin, but they were prepared with paper instructions & hidden keys! The rooms are a little basic and only a shower in a rather small bathroom.
I went to Munich, Salagerg in Austria, I walked the the German Alps, Trtavelled on the local Trains, and found time for some Beers and general fun
Sometimes noise outside.
the restaurant and the owner was nice
the bed was not that good
