“Full Service” means “we won’t let you use a luggage cart.
The resort seemed clean and the front desk staff were friendly. Location is good for WDW touring. Text message with front desk staff worked well for linen request.
RIDICULOUS resort fee and self parking fees. The Wyndham timeshare has neither. The bell-services staff insisted that, as a full-service hotel, they would not allow us to use a luggage cart, so I had to wheel all my family’s belongings one at a time - five trips. They would not guarantee a roll-away or 2-queen bed room in advance, so I had a fair amount of anxiety leading up to checking-in, especially when I found the room we were assigned didn’t have our requested roll-away bed inside already. Shower pressure and volume very poor, bed comfort below average. Overall, seemed fussy, and fake-fancy. Geared toward the business traveler rather than a family vacation.
The staff was very warm and helpful. Excellent dinnng, fitness center, and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Centrally located for easy travel to all the Disney parks.
The return shuttles from the parks do not run as often as the drop off to the parks. Watch the time schedule. But Uber rides are a reasonable option because of the hotels central location.
Nice property but very crowded
nice clean property. luxury feel without needing worry your kids might be too loud - there are lots of people and kids.
So many people, the pool is especially crowded. Getting chairs by the pool is difficult, even as early as 9 am. The chairs are literally touching together so you get very close with other guests. Lazy River is like traffic on a highway.
Good Location. Way too over priced!!!!
The location is great if you are going to Disney Parks.
Everything is too expensive. Parking is $22.00 a day. Not worth to Valet for $30.00 as we had to wait 20 minutes for our car to be brought around. Food and drinks in the hotel is wayyy overpriced. Pool area fills up quickly so you need to get there early or there will be no chairs available for you or your kids. We usually stay across the street at the Wyndham, will stay there from now on.
Long weekend for Anniversary
Lovely setting on Disney property and near to major venues. The reservation at Bonnet Creek allows you to also utilize certain elements of the Waldorf facilities that adjoin the Hilton Bonnet Creek. The facilities are modern and spacious, and staff attention is very good.
Whether or not this is a negative or not, depends on your purpose in visiting, but the Bonnet Creek seems more prone to families. Therefore, there are many more children/teens there than in many hotels that we stay in. If we're traveling with our grandkids...it's a wonderful thing. If we're looking for a quiet get away, it's just something to consider. Still all in all it's Disney and what would you expect.?
clean and nice
kids loved lazy river, cozy beds
$20 to self park, took us 40 minutes to get back from magic kingdom because bus picked up from all 3 parks on the way home. They need more busses that was ridiculous!!!
The property was immaculate. We came back late in the evening and would see cleaning crews every where cleaning the property from top to bottom. We even saw them clean the baseboards. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone that we spoke with was great. The 24 market/coffee shop was great for a late night snack. The hotel smelled great, looked great.
The beds were not comfortable and werent the fluffy Hilton type mattress that we are used to.
It was too far away from the action. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. Also when I ordered a burger and fires in the restaurant the fries came cold and soggy. They did comp me with a beer, which was nice.
The Booking.com agent was an angel without wings! (Angela? Christina? Sarah? I forget her name) I can't thank her enough! I booked the room through kayak for the first time ever, and I did it spontaneously while riding the Red Coach Bus from Miami to Orlando on a Friday afternoon. I found the deal and booked it right away. As I forwarded the confirmation to my girlfriend, a minute later my phone is ringing and there is screaming in my ear; the room with the deal was for the NEXT Friday. Instantly. Livid. And of course as Im reading through looking for the customer service number, there are all sorts of "no refund" "non-return" "no changes" laced throughout, so I think "well ok let me call the hotel." "Nothing. Nope." The listless front desk person who answered the phone is proceeding to tell me, as he said there is nothing he can do because the reservation was made by a third party vendor from a website. "I can go ahead and book you another room right now" he sluggishly chimes in. "No thanks" I tell him, "I really shouldn't have to pay for another whole new room after literally transferring my funds to you less than 5 minutes ago." The incorrect information was caught immediately and I'm trying to correct it. I hang up on him and proceed to search for the Booking.com customer service line. I find it, call, and am placed on hold for 14 minutes before I speak to the rep. She cheerfully chimes in and listens to the entire convoluted problem and proceed to totally sweep the rug out from underneath me by saying "how about I place you on hold and Im gonna go ahead and call the hotel directly." Oh. Well ok. That sounds like a great idea. She goes back and forth for a few moments, to then come back and inform me: 1) The deal I booked was for a handicapped room, which I didn't need & was being charged MORE for than even the price of a regular room 2) She informed the Hotel of my celebration with my girlfriend and they would be upgrading the room & the floor that we would be on because the hotel had low vacancy 3) That the change was easily made at no extra cost. Sirens. Angels sing. Confetti. This girl just saved my life!! The rest of the trip was OUTSTANDING. The girl at the front desk upgraded our floor to one of the top with a view of Disney Springs. The hotel inside was immaculately clean, detailed, and made you feel a sense of space and relaxation. The pool with the lazy river was an amazing feature, and the inside bar with a gunpowder old fashioned was well worth the wait. There is a resort fee, but to those reading absolutely worth the charge. I will absolutely be back to vacation here, and I will book it through kayak & booking.com. Kudos you guys.
Too many little kids, but it IS in the heart of Disney theme parks and the like. The pool is probably a mouthful of pee.
Great value. Comfortable room. Several dining options on site. Large pool and lazy river provided hours of entertainment for entire family.
Nothing to report.
Rooms & view
Need a deep pool for swimming
Very modern and common areas are vast and have plenty of areas to congregate
Resort fee Staying one night in town for Rolling Stones concert, so we did not use any of the resort area ehich is basically a very large pool lounge area with a water ride for kids Resort fees are simply another unbundling like baggee fees at airlines that drop to the bottom line
