Once I was settled, the room and hotel were great. Quiet, spacious and exactly what I was looking for. The AC did not work in the first two rooms I tried, but the staff found me a room where the AC worked.
Bartender, haha. Extremely nice. Nice to have a conversation with. Pools were also really nice! They asked for my card to confirm that the card I had paid for through the website was with me. What they didn't bother to inform me was that they were charging a $50 security deposit incase anything was damaged or snacks were eaten? Which, I think, is weird for a hotel to do so. The lady at the front desk was rude about it when I told her I wanted to use another card. Also, the beds are hard as a rock and the sleep number bed didn't work at all. Bartender (male) was incredibly nice!
the pool and room the pool was very crowded with kids
Good location to lots of food and entertainment. My room came with free breakfast at the restaurant and the rooms were quite nice. There was a miscommunication on check out time and we had staff try to enter our room twice while in my room. I called them and they left a left in the system and they still attempted to come in a little later.
The indoor pool was good. Outdoor pool too small. The front desk was very unhelpful. They didn't bother to talk or welcome. Very unprofessional of them to not talk or welcome.
Very nice and clean.
Loved the cleanliness of the room. The blankets/pillows were the best. Staff was friendly. Nice environment and good amenities. Bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. It was a nuisance when brushing teeth or washing our hands as we had to see the dirty water floating for about an hour before it went down. Also, the mirror closet door was broken and off the hinges. when reported to front desk, didn't seem to be a big deal.
The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor pool very much and liked the option of using the indoor pool when it was raining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious which was a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. The food was delicious. We will definitely stay here agai ! The only negative I have wasn't about the hotel itself, but was the fact that the maid for our room did not speak any English nor did she understand English. I think that should be a requirement.
Good easy access location, convenient to shops and restaurants. We've been on a road trip and the Radisson was the cleanest and nicest of the hotels we've stayed at. Lots of great shared amenities including two fireplaces in the lobby (welcome on the chilly winter nights), multiple computer and printer workstations, a very nice courtyard, indoor and outdoor pools. Staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I'd stay here again hands down. Wifi internet access was a bit erratic, and slow for me. Otherwise no complaints.
The location was excellent old, outdated, still had analog tv's
no bugs in the room -Airport shuttle service they provide made me wait for an hour -No internet in the rooms, when ask for help they dont solve it they say 'Everybody has the same issue' -No breakfast even if you pay for 150 per night -No check in before 3pm, but need to checkout before 12am -My room was so cold I asked them to fix it, they told me that they dont have a heater they can only do turning of the ac? Funny right?
spacious room, nice bed and furnishings, very helpful front desk, unbelievably convenient location to downtown attractions and fine dining. dripping bathroom faucet, ac that could not be controlled by thermostat. was offered alternative room that was smaller, much noisier, and also had malfunctioning ac. shower temp was controlled only with difficulty and wasted much water to get warm.
Bathroom shower was a handicap roll in shower. When you used the shower the bathroom floor flooded soaking the cloths I fooli left on the floor
I like the outside pool and customer service was great N/a
I did like the location and The cafe staff are the most friendly. Matthew did make me feel very welcomed and had a super attitude with me and all the other customers seemed satisfied. I have stayed here twice this year and the bathroom shower heads are very low quality no pressure!
Room was spacious
The rooms were nice. Along with other amenities . My coworker, who had his id copied upon check in, had his card demagnetized. He went to the front desk for a replacement and the denied him. Could've been an honest mistake, but still inconvenient to say the least. Wifi was in and out
Room are clean, staff front desk good poeple Loud muisic around 12am from other rooms, only 1 night next night was ok
When I checked in the guy was really friendly, the room was spacious and it was right off the highway. The door was hard to open and close, the bath filled up when I took a shower and there was a hair in the coffee maker in my room. The guy in the morning when I was trying to check out sat on his phone and I had to call for his attention. They were out of whatever they were serving for breakfast when I went down at 8:30 and the coffee and orange juice were terrible.
It is an ok place to stay for a night or two.. Room is ok. Very reasonable price. The tv is mounted in the corner and bathroom is front of the bed. My room has a double bed
The room smelled so bad. The carpets looked like they were from the 80's and hadn't Been cleaned since then. The sleeper sofa in our room was dirty with weird stains, wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. The shower and the tub ran at the same time and the drain was clogged so if you wanted to shower you had to stand in water.
Convenient location Staff was awful. They were using personal cell phones as business numbers and personal emails for work business. Wasn't a comfort knowing my payment information was in someone's personal email account.
towel lady was nice place was a motel, not a hotel. It was dirty. it had a bad smell. We got two rooms. One room literally had a large whole in the wall and the second room literally had a whole in the door. Pipes leaked on sink faucet. Cracks in many walls. stains. Rowdy crowds outside until 2-3am every night. Males carrying concealed weapons could save money by staying here. I would not suggest anyone else stay here, and I question the use of Kayak now for recommending a place like this.
They have a shuttle 24/7 to the airport which is all I needed. Friendly staff. That's all I needed. Room smelled like feet, bathroom smelled like mold and pee. found a hair in the blankets. Couldn't sleep because I was worried about bed bugs.
The room wasn't as terrible as I had expected. More modern than I anticipated and quiet. Breakfast was nice. Worth the price for one night getaway. There was a stain on the sheets that looked like a small blood stain ( ew, period blood?) but could be something else I hope? Ended up sleeping on towels. kinda creepy. People hanging outside their rooms. Back of hotel (where my room was at) seemed shady. Oh and microwave and fridge were off and not plugged in. Sucked having to wait for them to cool to put dinner leftovers in.
The gym was above average for an economy motel. The breakfast was all carbohydrates.
There was nothing likable about this hotel. People should be paid to stay here. The hotel advertised a shuttle service from the airport. The guy I spoke to did not speak clear English. He did not take down my phone number right and told me the wrong place to wait for the shuttle I had to call three times and wait 30 minutes in the cold before I was picked up. When I got there the first room I was assigned the door was wide open and all the lights were on, so I called the front desk twice they did not answer. I had to walk all the way back to the front for another room. The second room I got the carpet was stained and the tub was filthy. The pillows had holes and were missing half the stuffing, so they tied off the ends and folded the pillow cases inward. When I got up in the morning the hairdryer did not work. I called the front desk twice and after waiting 30 minutes walked over, after that I finally got a hairdryer that I had to plug in next to the nightstand because the outlet next to the bathroom sink didn't work. Shame on you Wyndham for associating yourself with this hotel. I thought it would be a half way decent place to stay because it is a "Wyndham" hotel. I felt unsafe to stay there. There was yelling and shouting, and doors slamming all night long.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was terrible. The faucet on the tub was loose, the toilet ran constantly and the light kept going out. Also, the carpet in the room was absolutely filthy.
The location and the water pressure were great but that's about it. Wifi was weak; rooms were subpar; amenities were non-existent; housekeeping was below average.
It's a convenient location. Hot water took a long time to work in the shower.
It was cheap. It was kind of not so clean.
Staff manager Bedding
Can walk to the airport and a few restaurants nearby.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are made for micro- sized people- you feel like you're on a train. The construction work was shoddy- half- painted floorboards, poorly painted walls. The pillows felt like you were resting your head on a hay bail.
A lot of noise from the highway.
Located next to the airport is good, place is clean and overall good. I could hear the person in the next room snoring!
Clean, mini-fridge in room, walk to airport southern facing side is noisy, breakfast is junk food bonanza--inedible for anybody that values their health
Compact rooms, probably 1/3 smaller than regular places, but pretty well thought out. Has fridge but no microwave. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff was nice. Plenty of free parking. Can walk from airport South side is right next to a busy viaduct so the traffic noise is intense with the windows open. Ask for a room on the North side! Breakfast is minimal, all packaged stuff and no protein,
All is good, but one minus on the location: too close to the highway, hence a bit too noisy.
I provide installation services to medical offices and Hyatt Place accepted my pre-sent packages before my arrival and easily retrieved them for me. The breakfast was very good and changed daily. I am a happy customer.
Staff excellent with with guests.
The room layout was pleasantly different than other hotels. We arrived there about 9:00 PM after driving 12+hours. The check-in staff was very freindly and effecient.
We loved it. Only spent one night with our 1 year old baby girl and everything was great, facilities were warm (it was very cold outside) and super clean.
It was fairly clean and I had many options for breakfast Moved a stand to look for a plug and found some little trash. However, overall the room looked and smelled clean.
I appreciated the convenience of location with regard to the airport. I could not get the bedside lamps to work. By the time I discovered it, I was already dressed for bed and did not want anyone else in the room. I did not need them my second night, so it was pointless to have them fixed during my stay.
Happy that I got to spent the last days with my fiance in this hotel before her deploying.
Advertised of free Internet. Internet doesn't even have enough bandwidth to support a search engine to find restaurants
Size and comfort of bed Pool sucked air conditioning didn't get cold
Short walk from the airport and you are there- shuttle available but did not need Sink in bathroom did not drain and was filthy, electrical outlets bedside did not work, dinner was average. Staff were kind and tried to be helpful but busy
Front desk area nice. Pool area would be great for family with large slide. Bar/restaurant had good atmosphere & happy hour snacks. Nice staff. Room and other areas of hotel showing its age. AC unit in my room worked, but was loud enough to wake the dead.
old and out of repair
Doesn't include breakfast
Extremely convenient to airport; we stayed in very nicely decorated new room on 6th floor which was very comfortable. Staff, including shuttle service, was very helpful and nice. Hotel is under renovation so no real options for dining though restaurants are nearby; some floors I gather were very noisy. Rather high sound transmission between rooms.
Nothing at all Left has soon as we arrived after moving sheets back there was what looked like human feces on the bed no towels in the restroom everything a mess the manager called me and told me they didn't review the room it had not been clean before our arrival never will be staying there again
We so enjoyed the shuttle service. We used it three different times and the driver was wonderful. He even gave us restaurant information and checked that one had gluten free items on it. I would stay again.
Close to Ft Bliss. Free breakfast was a plus, minus the powdered eggs. Check in involved having to wait for someone, who may or may not be a customer, to finish socializing with the front desk help. Going to the 2nd story room involved taking a sketchy elevator which definitely needs upgrading in all areas: cosmetics, structural integrity, mechanics, etc. Entering the room involved having to turn my normal sized suitcase sideways, just to reach the bed. Photo is attached. This is not a 90$ per night hotel. The decor is random, and drab/gaudy at the same time.
Not one thing Smelly, mold in bathroom, old out dated television, sticky couches, Would never book ther again.
Comfortable bed and linens. Indoor jacuzzi. Living area in hotel. In room amenities: coffee, microwave, fridge. Close to shopping, restaurants and airport.
Beautifully designed with a sense of being outside when u look over the inside balcony. The location and convenience of everything
The hotel has been purchased by Embassy Suites and is undergoing a multi-million dollar upgrade. Upgrades are sorely needed. The ongoing work did not impact us. There were signs indicating when there would no longer be breakfast and when the pool would be closed, all due to the upgrades. The enclosed 8-story atrium is pretty nice. The indoor pool is a decent size and there is a hot tub, but my group did not use either. The staff were very polite and check-in and checkout were easy and quick. Our group had 4 rooms. The air conditioners did not work in any of the units. The front desk was told twice but nothing repaired or notes left indicating that they could not be fixed. On the last night, one of our rooms needed to be moved due to the heat. We had a couple rooms on the 3rd floor over the pool. The odor of chlorine was pretty significant. All of the rooms had mold/water damage issues behind the wallpaper, primarily in the bathroom and around the sliding glass door to the small deck. A dirty pair of underwear was adjacent to one of the decks. We were there for 4 days and the breakfast was the same each day (scrambled eggs, a slice of ham, and some chewy potatoes). A large cockroach was observed in the atrium where breakfast is served.
The place looks beautiful inside The roof had a leak in breakfast area, where nobody seemed to notice... Complete hazard with kids and especially being pregnant. I called for more towels and soap for the next day never received anything, had to go down and ask the front desk in which he pulled them from the back immediately.
Rooms were great, clean, comfortable. booked reservation had breakfast included. No breakfast available due to construction being done at hotel. noisy at time due to construction. room rates should of been 10 to 15 % discounted from price paid due the situation or been informed of situation so reservation could of been cancel and reservation made else where.
Room was spacious, lobby colorful, decorative. Easy access, many dinning options in area. Great bargain for the price. Only down side, to get hot water at sink took a bit of time, but did eventually. Areas of the carpet were a bit lumpy.
The lobby, garden area and breakfast bar were nice. Room need maintanance (moldy trims, dirty lamp shades, old fixtures). The bathroom was extremely dirty, there were urine fresh stains on the toilet. It looked like it was a luxury hotel back in the day. Now, it just falls short .
The Jacuzzi and swimming pool were clean & well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all attentive and courteous.
Rooms seem outdated.
The Staff was pleasant, Do not know where to start. The property is a dump and under massive renovation. The structure should actually be imploded. While I was there over a two (2) day stay the construction noise level was intense. Workers all around. The a/c barely functioned with the outside temperature hovering around the century mark, Front entrance roped off. 75 % of the rooms gutted. The Hotel should never be accepting guests while under construction.
The pool area was nice. After paying the absurd $54 pet fee, my family was designated to a pet room that was reflective of a low end hotel. Drippy faucet, badly stained floors, and peeling paint. Not at all impressed and would not recommend.
Great place to stay! Staff was friendly! Centrally located!
Loved the layout and amenities. The bar was fun. The pool and hot tub were very, very clean and nice. The hotel dining, Daniels, was not so impressive. The first night we were there, we went to the dining room and wanted a draft beer. Their draft beer taps weren't working. So 2 of my party ordered 12 inch pizzas. They were out of 12" pizza crusts so they ordered 16". The returned again and said they were out of sauce and starting more that moment but it would be awhile. We paid for the bottled beer and left.
Great customer service, clean room, simple check-in and out, good and drink service was amazing
very clean, it's being remodeled to be a Holiday Inn. Staff was very friendly You can't close the thick curtains to aid in the noise and lights coming in from the interstate
Was offered an upgrade for Valentines day, roses, champagne, chocolate and breakfast for another $39 for the night. Well come Valentines day, no chocolate or flowers or champagne. Go to front desk, oh myst have been a misunderstanding, no flowers, here's your chocolate, a $2.99 heart box with maybe 5 chocolates, go find your champagne downstairs at the club, go to club, what champagne? No champagne glasses, we'll find some and take to your room, never showed up. And oh yeah to top it off, room air filter was so dirty, airconditioner wouldn't cycle correct. When we got ice, next morning stuff floating around in the water, oil and just yuck, made me throwup thinking we used it in our drinks the night before.
The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The staff was rude and unattentive. Very very few spoke any English or even understood it. Shower head was broken and was not fixed when asked. Was only given 3 pillows for a king size bed and 2 people. Bar was only open 5-10 m-f. Hotel listed restaurant and the restaurant has been closed since February. The morning checking out, the hotel was doing some sort of construction above my room AT 7AM!!! When called and complained about the noise, the front desk said they would check on it and have it stopped. I called 3 times within 2 hours and the noise and pounding only got worse with each call. The front desk never called me back or told me that it was construction. I had to go and see for myself what the deal was. The pool was ungodly cold and the hot tub was boiling hot. The pool table was missing a q ball. This place was only meant for people to sleep in and that's it. Worst hotel I've been to.
Location is great. Various amenities around the area. Nice spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Room was not ready on time. Staff did not follow up on two separate issues. Window was cracked and had to move to another room after waiting for housekeeping to complete this room.
