modern, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The bacon on the breakfast is excellent. Themed rooms which are very tastefully done.
Steps up to the room which wasn't mentioned in the description. Advertised as b&b but breakfast is extra and doesn't include tomatoes, mushroom or beans, also advertised as Cumberland sausage but we received a very small chipolata. The room was initially cold but does warm up eventually. No bathrobes although advertised as included in the price. The accommodation is out of town and taxis are £10 each way. The cafe is expensive for what is on offer,
Very good atmosphere friendly staff
Can't think of anything
Lovely views, clean rooms, adequate room size, decor ,tea&coffee facilities, room temperature, tv ,mirrors and storage
Bed frame noisy , no instructions on how to work heating, check out to early 11 would be more acceptable. Family up stairs very noisy during the nite (can hold that against hotel) Cafe should open later for guests to have meal Should be more for kids interactions with animals while the stay at hotel
We really liked the decor and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were also fantastic and helpful. The breakfast was superb as well.
Wifi seemed intermittent. I ended up going back to work for a couple of hours.
