Cons: The noise level was high due to other occupants in the hotel, so it was difficult to sleep well. There was also a small blood stain on 1 of the top sheets, but whereas we had been traveling for 14 hours we just turned the sheet down and went to bed anyhow

Pros: The price was good and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Cons: The hotel is very close to the main road so you can hear the traffic throughout the night. It's an older hotel so there are somethings that need updating.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and in good condition. We would stay here again.
Cons: The only snack vending machine was out of order. Why only one machine for a large hotel? They are obviously remodeling the hotel and have a long way to go. It needs a lot of TLC on the outside. The breakfast was okay. Would have been nice to have access to the pool tables in the restaurant at times other than just when the restaurant is open after 4:00 pm.
Pros: friendly staff & altho it was a smoking room which is what I wanted it did not smell !!
Pros: The price was good.
Cons: The hotel is need of updating. Breakfast could be better. Staff were observed using facebook and games on the computer meant for patrons. Many things could be remedied with management.
Cons: They booked me into a king size handicapped smoking room. In order to be switched to a non smoking double room I had to pay more money per night at the counter at time of check in. Our first night the toilet plugged and they made us plunged it ourselves.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Room had a urine smell/ sour smell either in the carpet or bathroom
Cons: Carpet was dirty. Feet got very dirty after walking barefoot in carpet
Pros: Pool was clean room was clean. Very nice.
Cons: Location was very old and needing update
Pros: Motorcycle friendly!
Cons: Contential breakfast, especially end time should be 10
Cons: carpet was filty and water taste bad
Pros: Everybody was so very polite to me and helped me whenever I needed their assistance. Staff is very kind.
Pros: It was pretty quiet,, no road noise, the walls weren't thin and blocked out a lot of sounds.
Cons: it has a small bathroom, just the toilet and tub, and enough room to turn around. The sink was outside the toilet door.
Overall very impressed for the price!! Would definitely stay here again..
Pros: Clean, good location, updated TVs, value, and the best hotel bed I've ever slept in..
Cons: Breakfast ended too early.. We missed it every day..
Free deluxe hot breakfast, free high speed internet, micro/fridge in all rooms, outdoor pool, 7 miles from Loretta Lynn birthplace, 6 miles from Country Music Museum, 7 miles from Paintsville Lake State Park. Pets allowed for a nominal fee per pet per night fee.
Pros: The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. I had work to do and the workstation in the room was convenient. It's on the main road which is easy in and out. Wal-mart is in the parking lot, which is convenient for getting a late night snack.
Cons: Some of the facility is a bit run down. Like there is a crack in the sink. The downside of being on the main road is that it is not that scenic.
Pros: Great deal!!! So pet friendly!! Great staff, very helpful! Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Stayed 4 nights vey quite every night except for Saturday night.. Got a little noisey upstairs on third floor.
