It is located on the second floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area for 2 persons. The guests also have a private balcony available with a sitting area overlooking the garden, ideal for breakfast and morning coffee. The apartment is air-conditioned. The guests have a shared garden and private parking on their disposal. The first beach is only 900 m and the city centre 500 m away, offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach, the city, the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the night life of Rovinj. The location also offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in central Istria.
