My room was particularly well decorated and came with all sorts of goodies to make my stay a comfortable one. I particularly appreciated the beautiful bathrobe which made using the shared bathroom far more civilised. The bath towel was extra large and particularly plush. In the room, as well as some good quality toiletries, there was a kettle, mug, coffee and tea, snacks, etc. My room was quiet and comfortable. It had a balcony where I could sit and admire the view - to my left, the fish markets and the start of all the small streets with bars and restaurants, and, to my right, the St Vicente church and a glimpse of the sea. Most of all, I felt extremely welcomed and supported throughout my stay by the wonderful Beatriz.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I had access to a shared bathroom - Other rooms had their own bathrooms which were already all booked. I never had any problem accessing one of the two shared bathroom, and, although a little less trendy looking than my room, I found them to be clean at all times.
Location was perfect as it’s right in old town. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were amazingly friendly and gave good information about the area.
WiFi reception was not great in the room.
Super location and a small balcony allowed for some fresh air. Friendly check in.
One bathroom was quite good and the other was quite average.
This is a lovely pensión. We received a warm welcome and we're given some information about San Sebastian. The room was small but we expected that, it is in such a great location! Right on the edge of old town. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The only small complaint I have is that the bathroom could use a decent clean (and some bleach). There was obvious signs of mould in the grout which could be easily fixed.
It was an amazing stay. Room was small but cozy. Shared bathroom (but we expected that) Betty was so nice, friendly and helpful. And she gave us discount for parking and La Perla Centro Talaso Spa! Thank you for everything Betty! Will definitely stay again
