Pros: The courtesy of the personnel.

Pros: The staff were wonderful with my son. They made a real fuss of him. He absolutely loved his stay.

Cons: All was perfect. Wish we' stayed longer.

Cons: Breakfast was uninspired. In terms of hot food, we had bacon and eggs the entire week. No sausages, no beans, no mushrooms and most importantly, no omelettes. Croissants were offered sporadically.

Cons: The room was very hot - adjusting the radiator seemed to have no effect - but some people may like this. Everything else was great!
