Pros: "The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the 20-30 minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often."
Cons: "Since the plane clearly came from another destination, the cleaning crew at Vienna International Airport could have taken some more time to vacuum the floor and wipe down the surfaces in the passenger cabin of the aircraft."

Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.
Usually United/Lufthansa is a wonderful airline for my family and I to use. But this trip the crew were horrible and indifferent. Had a couple sitting beside me that where drunk even before they boarded. The crew continued to serve them alcohol knowing this. The lady ended up spilling a whole beer all over me staining my shirt, slacks and socks, soaking me, the seat and the floor. The flight crew couldn’t have cared less. They didn’t even bother to come look or clean up the area. I had to go myself and ask for something to clean up te mess with. Upon asking I was treated like I was bothering them and told to just go to the bathroom and grab a handful of napkins. Absolutely unacceptable. They would even let me change seats to have a dry seat. I had even payed for an upgrade to for legroom on this long flight and we all know that is NOT CHEAP. The final straw was the fact that the crew spen most of their time in the galley in the back. EVERYONE was told if we wanted anything we had to get up and come to the back. They were not even answering the call lights. Horrible, horrible service and attitude from Lufthansa crew members. Thankfully, the dry cleaners will be able to clean my suit….. at MY COST.
United couldn’t issue boarding pass at the start I have to rush through Frankfurt service desk to get boarding pass while connecting
I will never fly with them again. Boarding experience was awful, food was awful, entertainment system did not work throughout the whole flight, the people in the airport were terrible especially in security
So many minor delays, very little communication, and what there was, we couldn't even hear in the first place.

Pros: "Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!."
The flight connection information and management was ZERO. This was one of the reasons why we delayed the connecting flight. The crew was rushing with drinks and always miss something.

Cons: "Could not find any electric power for my computer in terminal 5 Seats totally incomfortable, no good support for my back, less space for my long legs in this intercontinental flight than in the previous Geneva-Heathrow flight. Food far too greasy, no fruit, no vegetables. No electrical power for the computer, only for the phone. And the landing in Boston: the captain just "threw" the plane on the runway. I thought he had a lot of cross wind. Talked to him later. Told me this was the normal procedure ?? The crew: some are doing very well, with enthusiasm, some of them could do another job."

Cons: "1. No toiletries were available for business class even on this flight. 2. There was no food choice especially if you prefer vegetarian. 3. Even if One presses a button to request for some water, no one comes to the seat; this habit of BA continues for the good part of the last decade. Reminded me why I stopped flying BA! 4. No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"
Pros: "For the most part the crew was attentive, kind, sweet, and overall wonderful. Food was good. Great options for vegetarians. Loved the ice cream as snack:). Clean sealed blankets. Loved the movie and tv options. For the most part very happy with service, cleanliness, pilot keeping us informed of delays or anything going on with the flight. Leg space on coach was difficult for tall people and my son's tray table tilted to where he had to put blankets underneath to keep it straight and avoid further spillage."
Cons: "Again the crew has to be informed regarding disabilities. This time an attendant did not allow me to leave my one window closed and said it was due to security and asked to wrap a blanket around my head. Really??? Light streaming into my window was blinding, no time to adjust to the surroundings, light just came through everywhere. Headache ensued even shielding my eyes with the blanket. At least my family helped guide me out. Though head injury is not a visible condition it is still a disability which requires consideration and must not be treated lightly. I perform due diligence to address my disability without extra assistance outside of my family....I only asked for my one window to remain closed. There is still light around enough for people to see more than adequately. This incident is the reason for the 3 stars...because of one crew member...instead of the deserved 5 for everyone else."
