Ideal location - right on the beach. Great price. Ample parking.
Pros (+) Location was great, lots of parking.
Cons (-) This location is OLD and beat up. It’s at the point of a tear down in my opinion. The bathrooms were not at all welcoming (to the point I dreaded taking a shower & not a chance would I take a bath in the tub).

Cons (-) Up date beds and furniture would help alot. Our bed was lopp sided. We paid way too much to have a bed like this. Especially we stayed 2 nights. We couldn't leave soon enough.

Cons (-) Thin walls, very small rooms, expensive in comparison to the overall experience, low quality and outdated facilities i.e. pool/ hot tub, workout room, etc....
