Cons: The up sell!! Forced to buy a bottle of wine to get best seats in restaurants
Pros: Great place if you want to sit at the pool and drink
Cons: Golf is $75/person per day not complimentary. Construction is going on next door. Food at speciality restaurants is not great. Wine selection is same 2 reds at each restaurant which are mediocre.

Pros: The location was good, close to everything and the hotel was clean with nice rooms

for the price I was impressed, will stay here again
Pros: location, updated rooms
Cons: would of been nice to have at least one tv channel in english
Located in the heart of Isla Mujeres, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Norte Beach and Secreto Beach. Crayola House and Mundaca House are also within 3 mi (5 km).
I would go to this location again. Restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance.
Pros: Location right on the beach. Water beautiful. Beach lovely and service with chairs and umbrellas wonderful. Pool area so nice and very peaceful. Grounds immaculate. Restaurant right there, we had a beautiful dinner on the beach at sunset.
Cons: The, I believe manager, who was less than nice in the office, she was less friendly then the rest of the staff, kind of rude, I do not remember her name. All other staff was wonderful.

Pros: We got upgraded to the primium suite which had a pool on the roof!!!! Amazing!!!
Besides that the hotel is really beautiful, the beach is lovely and the staff was really nice.
Pros: Everything was so nice and modern. Very clean and taken care of. Good and friendly costumer service.
Cons: Pool closed early.
Pros: THE TWO LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NOT THE SKINNY WHITE GENTLEMAN.
Cons: THE RESTAURANTS AND WET AREA ARE CLOSED TOO EARLY....BUT THKS . FOR EVERYTHING.....
Pros: Everything! This property was amazing, clean, incredible staff!! Loved loved loved
Pros: Great location at beach and near town center.
Cons: Pool water too cold.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff... staff responded quickly to a couple of Maintenance issues in our room, attentive beach waiters
Pros: Hotel is well run, operates smooth, clean, friendly/helpful staff and overall a great value for its offerings and island location! We'll do it again!!
Cons: A few small items:
Bed was extremely firm and I like firm beds!
Beach staff appeared to be over extended covering beach/palapas & the attached restaurant, meaning service was often slow
Internet is very slow & it requires you to log on constantly
Cons: part of the staff is rude, our room was across the street from a middle school so everyday at 7:00 am there were kids screaming, loud speakers and belts going.
lets not forget that the hotel is next to a cemetery gives it a bad vibe
there are not activities or entertainment
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel a few times, always good, staff is excellent, food is good.
Pros: gorgeous beach, helpful staff, clean, close to town and affordable
Pros: New, modern hotel, nicely located in Playa Norte. Totally relaxed atmosphere, ideal for chilling out in comfort.
Cons: Very cold welcome by staff at reception

Due to its excellent conditions it is one of the perfect places for watersports in the area.
Pros: Right in the center of the most amazing beach on the island. Shopping and dining steps away with fantastic shopping and everything you could possibly be looking for...
Cons: Staff and beach service were both my favorite things

Pros: The location is very convenient since it is a block away from the ferry terminal. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Nice view of the harbor with street-facing rooms. The air conditioning worked well.
Cons: The mattress was rock hard, and there was quite a bit of noise from the street - with scooters, taxis and golf carts whizzing by. The windows shut well to keep out a lot of noise, but it was still very audible, even above the din of the air conditioner.
Pros: Never had to worry about things like hot water and bathroom facilities not working -
Situated on the bay, Hotel Bahia Chac Chi is a great choice for a stay in Isla Mujeres. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Nice touches like hydromassage showerheads and designer toiletries are offered up in all rooms, along with balconies and LCD TVs.
Pros: Love the friendly staff who work hard keeping the rooms spotless and are very helpful. The view out your back door is beyond compare. Loved laying in the hammock watching the waves roll in and hunting sea glass on the rocky beach.
Cons: The beds could be a little softer or maybe a memory foam matress topper could do the trick. I don't like the safe being a key that is easily lost by falling off the key chain would rather it be a number lock program but at least they have a safe.
Situated by the ocean, Luna D’ Miel Suites is a great choice for a stay in Isla Mujeres. You can take a dip in the outdoor pool, then indulge in deep-tissue massages, facials, or aromatherapy. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with furnished balconies or patios and free WiFi.
Hotel Kinich is a great choice for a stay in Isla Mujeres. Free WiFi is an added perk, and guests can keep active with onsite segway rentals/tours. Other highlights include a terrace, and rooms offer balconies and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: The place is not fancy or amazing but it's decent and overall good. The food is probably the best part, and the resort is isolated (no other resort or civilization around) so the place doesn't get overpack which makes the overall experience better. (This is not the place you would want to party or go in early twenties) The best best part was the seafood, every restaurant's best items were seafood (not shrimp), and the best restaurant was hiroshi (sushi restaurant). In this hotel every restaurant is included in all inclusive price, and you do not need to make a reservation to eat at a restaurant. The view is not the best around the resort (a bunch of trees with construction site), but the downtown isn't very far (20 minutes away by cab). The outside resort is overall safe but be aware of cabbies and make sure you negotiate the cab fare before you get in the cab. They do try to rip you off if you are a tourist. Ask the hotel what the fare should be on the way back to the hotel as price from and to hotel is significantly different (cab fare back to hotel is about half the price and this one way back to hotel is not a set price so it can be negotiated whereas the cab fare from hotel to destinations have set fare and prices tend to be much higher).
Cons: There are tiny little ants in all the rooms. I had a group of friends who had different rooms on different floors, and we all had ants. The beach is decent but it's very rocky (little rocks that pokes your feet as you are trying To get in the water). Water is warm and decent (it's not clear or murky). They do have a security personnel at the beach to watch over your personal items so you can go in the water and leave your items behind. Mexican restaurant's most items are terrible tasting but tuna dish and Mexican rice dish were very good and guacamole was fresh but bland. Steak restaurant was okay. Half of us did get mild to moderate stomach upsetness after staying there 2 -3 days. At this hotel, wifi is $10 daily and the connection isn't great, but at the Starbucks, there is a free wifi. The resort does offer time share, and a little section of it is reserved for time share members only.
Pros: Lovely staff, nice rooms, a great place to stay
This beachfront resort is a 30-minute drive from the airport. This luxury beachfront resort is located on a quiet beach, next to Playa Mujeres Golf Club and the Mayan ruins at the El Meco archaeological site. A quick 5 minutes from the ferry dock, enjoy day trips to Isla Mujeres' North Beach, which features swiming with whale sharks and dolphins. Only 15 minutes from malls and tourist attractions such as the aquarium, Museo Maya, as well as bars and restaurants.
Pros: Super clean room and friendly staff.
Nice position close to the center and the port but on a quiet street.
Quiet air conditioning.
Cons: The shower was almost completely worthless: only 4 or 5 holes of the faucet were working so it took forever to take a shower.
The bad was pretty small, a bit smaller than a queen.
The wi-fi worked only 75% of the time.
Enjoy your visit to Isla Mujeres with a stay at Hotel Xbulu-Ha. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby parasailing, scuba diving, and snorkeling.

You can grab a bite to eat at one of the 9 restaurants and visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or aromatherapy. There are 3 outdoor pools and 2 beach bars, and rooms at this upscale resort get the details right with free minibar items and pillow menus.
Pros: Location, views, service, beautiful water, and inclusive breakfast

Offering a beachfront location, Zazil Ha serves fusion cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other features include a bar/lounge, a terrace, and a garden.
Cons: They could buy a few more towels and washcloths. :)
Pros: We loved the island and the people. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation thru kayak. They had to make some calls while we waited in the lobby after a long day of travel. I paid for the best room my sister in law paid for the cheapest room. Our rooms were exactly the same. (So if booking I would go cheap) our rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is on a point which is incredible. We heard the Mia had just sold to new people. The grounds were run down (grass was dead hanging beds the covers were tearing off etc) but we saw things being worked on and fixed up while we were there. They have stairs into the water and the bottom stair is slick as snot. First day my brother in law slipped and hit his head and cut his elbow. They had to call a doctor to come and see him up and clean it out.
Cons: Slick stairs
No reservation when I arrived
Charged for more expensive room
Grounds in disrepair
Pros: Loved the resort, the pool, the beach, ocean was amazing and clear. Food was good, people were friendly.
Cons: Front desk was rude, and front desk manager was horrible too. Understaffed so it took forever to get a drink from the bar. We would order 4 at a time to compensate. Room service was only omelets and burgers and only available after 11pm.
Pros: Location, location, location,
Pros: Location and staff
My wife and I have been staying here for years when it was the Avolon. First stay as Mia. Place still has the location but the new look is just alright.
Cons: New construction a bit cheap looking.
Too much white
Pros: Mia is under renovation. When it is finished I probably won't be able to afford it. My wife and I stayed AI. I do not understand the complaints of food or facilities of others. The only extra we paid was for tips. Once again the location is the best on north beach.
My only fear is that something must be done with the turns that inhabit the point.
