The hotel is situated in the city center and has near a subway station and has bus stops nearby. The hotel is also close to the Gwanghwamun Square. The hotel is in a great location - close to MTR stations and a short walk to galleries, museums, cafes and restaurants. It backs directly on to Insadong-gil, which is a shopping street with a Korean culture vibe and fun alleyways to explore.

The hotel offers a spacious locker room equipped with weighing scales for storing luggage after checkout. It's a quiet neighborhood at night. The hotel happily organised an airport shuttle for us and there's also a laundry room and locker storage. The hotel offers a luggage store which is free for the first 12hrs, a water dispenser in the hallway, and a mobile hotspot device.

The hotel was a little overheated, especially at reception, and the room thermostat didn't seem very responsive. Though this is a very common problem indoors in Seoul during winter, access to an air purifier or humidifier would have helped. Cleanliness of the rooms needs serious improvement: we found weird white marks in the bathroom at check-in and hair was lying on the tub every day; the furniture in the room was very dusty by the end of our stay and the mirrors weren’t always cleaned well either.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel also offers an International breakfast buffet. However, some guests mentioned that the buffet breakfast is nice but expensive. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar/lounge, coffee shop, microwave, tea/coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and coffee machine.

Guests recommend requesting a room with a view of Jogyesa temple for a unique and peaceful experience.

The hotel's proximity to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeok Palace, and other key attractions makes it an ideal base for exploring the cultural sites of Seoul.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms can be noisy, with sound traveling from neighboring rooms. Light sleepers may want to take this into account when choosing a room.
