Beautiful room, professional staff, all inclusive, fantactic breakfast, incredible bed, and perfect facilities. This is how all hotels should model their business practices.
The happy hour in the hotel lobby is so nice and relaxing. Complimentary drinks are a nice touch. I love the tropical-like lobby with a stream running through it and lots of big trees and plants. Nice fitness center. Great management.
Free bottled water in the gym and the room! Suites are large, nicely furnished and decorated. They thought of everything. Next time I might request a room a bit further away from the elevator
LOVE THE ROOM WE GOT. EVERYTHING SO WAS NICE AND CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BATHROOM. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT, BREAKFAST WAS COMPLIMENTARY AND ALSO HAPPY HOUR. BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT. I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY I WAS NOT GREETED WHEN I WALKED THORUGH THE FRONT LOBBY DOORS. THE TWO RECEPTIONIST WAS ACTUALLY NOT PAYING ATTENTION. WHEN I WALKED IN, I REMEMBERED A TALL, HEAVY SET LADY WITH BIG CURLY BEAUTIFUL HAIR JUST LOOKED AT ME INSTEAD OF GREETING ME. (SHE WAS NOT ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST) I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, WHEN A MAN WEAING A SUIT WALKED BY TO TALK TO HER AND HE NOTICED ME, HE SAID HELLO.... FOLLOWED BY THE CURLY HAIR LADY. I FIGURED MAYBE THE GENTLEMAN IS THE BOSS, SO SHE QUICKLY AND INSTANTLY NOTICED ME. FOR THE MONEY WE PAY, I SHOUNN'T BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY. I BOOKED MY VISIT THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR . WHEN CHECKING OUT, I STILL GOT THE SAME TREATMENT FROM THE SAME RECEPTIONIST. DESPIT THE STAFF TREATMENT, I WILL PROBABLY VISIT AGAIN, ONLY BECAUSE I LOVE THE ROOM, DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE THE EFFORT FROM THE STAFF. YOUR HOTEL SHOULD RECOMMEND HIRING NEW UPBEAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF TO WORK THE FRONT LOBBY. I BELIEVE, FRONT DESK AGENTS PLAYS A MAJOR PART WITHIN A COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE FIRST IMPRESSION YOUR CUSTOMERS SEE'S AND HEAR. UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT FIT TO BEING THE FACE OF YOUR HOTEL.
I could concentrate on my business and relax.
The location and the hot breakfast were the only things good. The rooms were tidy, but the walls and amenities were overall filthy. I was surprised there wasn't a closet to hang coats or garments. The beds were terrible and all had a bad nights sleep. I went down one morning to do some cardio and was bummed. I look for places to exercise when I book rooms and the treadmill was out of order (it was older than sin, no wonder) so I tried the elyptical, which had a broken foot peddle, seriously?? I mentioned this to the front desk and the staff there both said the had no idea, since they never really checked up on that area. All in all, I would never stay there again.
Loved the service! Front desk staff were all top notch and very helpful! Favorite part was the green space outside with swinging benches where we could relax and let our infant run around and point at the bunnies!
Close to airport with shuttle Dirty and run down
Good airport shuttle. Decent breakfast. Large room. Lacking signage for elevator/stairs from afar Slow elevator Slightly dated property
I really enjoyed that we could catch a shuttle to the airport and after dropping off my dai Ughter at 4 am the same shuttle took me n Back to the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone.
The front desk staff was incredibly nice Rooms, first room was super hot, ac didnt work and smelled like cigarette smoke and had a musty odor. The second room was better only bc the ac sort of worked & it had a better breeze with the window open
There was blood on the lower part of the wall where someone had cut themselves and nothing was cleaned up. Towels were stained.
Room was big, staff was helpful, very comfortable.
The rooms were clean and spacious. There were people roaming the property (and doors propped open) the entire time I was there. No security. It seemed like it was the go-to place for people to hang out - even if they weren't staying at the hotel. A guy sat in the workout room and watched free tv for hours. Someone else used the pool area. No one needed a room card since they were free to come and go. I felt like I was at a homeless shelter. Such a bummer.
The gal at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with - we had booked online at the last minute driving (our original target city for the day's driving was totally impacted with college move-ins so we had to drive an additional hour to Denver airport area) It was clean comfortable and we were exhausted. We arrived late and left early so really didn't seem much of the hotel.
I was greeted and felt welcomed by the Gentleman who checked me in. He answered every questions I had about the location and helped me get to a destination. Clean and quiet rooms. Pet friendly. I will stay again. There should be parking spaces with people driving semi and trailers instead of taking up 4 spaces of car/truck parking close to the building. That was an inconvenient to park at a distance.
LOCATION HEAT / AC dead, BROKEN FAUCET, BROKEN TV, POOR FRONT DESK, Did not answer phone(MAIN number) I was given to call as I walked out of door about shuttle (20 min.) Front desk NEVER answered phone when I called about HVAC being dead. Slept w window wide open to the peace and quiet of AN AIRPORT! I have always stayed here post skiing. This place looks good but is all to hell. DISAPPOINTED.....
They gave us extra shampoo/conditioner upon request. None of the door keys worked. We had to have staff open the door if we left the room, or leave it open!! Not secure or convenient. Shower leaked all over the floor. Toilet required the tank lid to be removed to quit filling. We weren't there long, but would not go back. :[
I liked that they worked with me to get back refund. AC was not working, they knew it but didn't say anything even after I asked. Charged me for one night even after checking out 30 min after I was there.
The front desk woman was absolutely wonderful! Smoky Smell and just not the accommodations that bring out the creativity I needed
Decent clean hotel
Staff was friendly. Ease of access to Denver Int'l Airport and plenty of restaurants and bars around for food or a late night drink. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and was very hot in the common areas. The air conditioning had obviously not been operated in many months. The hallway my room was located on reeked of pot and the room itself smelled very musty like wet dog which fortunately passed after several minutes of acclimation. I checked the bed for bedbugs and luckily didn't locate any. The room's decor / furniture was very old and probably hadn't been updated in at least two decades. The bed was serviceable but thin enough I could feel the springs ... a pillow top it was not. Bathroom facilities were average but the hot water ran out during my shower. "Continental breakfast" was oatmeal and banana and other basic options. At least with the money saved on the room I could afford a real breakfast elsewhere.
Location was good and it was cheap. You could tell it was cheap. Beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioner made a horrible noise.
Cheap Unsavory crowd Broken shower head Different quote online and in person Smelled like cigarette smoke
Low cost with airport shuttle Hallways and lobby smelled of weed. The wifi was difficult to connect to.
There was a string of Christmas lights on the breakfast counter. I want to start off by saying: I don't make it a habit to intentionally stay in awful hotels. But when I'm traveling for quick, tactical purposes, I go for price and (perceived) value over luxury. Laying wide awake all night on the most uncomfortable bed invented by man is not value. Or tolerable. Or humane. The walls are paper thin (you hear any of the 80+ lodgers' televisions all night). The towels and sheets smell like they've been soaking in grime and smoke for 35 years. My mattress was made of horribleness. The pillows actually made me lol. The tininess and awfulness of the rooms may actually drive you into an irrevocably enraged and exhausted state. But in the end, it's all up to you :)
The staff was helpful enough in refunding our pre-paid second night after our check out. The first thing we saw when we walked in was a laminated sign on the bed suggesting that we lock the door and monitor our possessions to ensure nothing was stolen. Then, we turned back the bedding only to find cigarette burns, odd stains, and a patch with a weird texture. The whole facility smelled stale and of cigarettes. We checked out 30 minutes after checking in, and went to the Holiday Inn. Do not waste your time or money on this facility.
Found it difficult to have a restful night's sleep as I was woken repeatedly by noise and loud voices from adjacent room from midnight to 4 am. Thin walls. After that restless night, was woken again by housekeeping staff who were yelling to each other outside of guests rooms despite numerous do not disturb signs. All I wanted was to rest, and this hotel disappointed.
Maid service nice. Price. Location to light rail. Friendly employees Lack of small fridge.
Hotel resembled a high school locker room. The only semblance of a hotel is the banner hung over the former hotel sign on the entrance that reads Lexington Inn. We even paid more to upgrade our hotel to AVOID staying in such a dump. We should have stayed in the more budget hotels for $60/night--it was not worth the money. Not even close.
Comfortable bed Clean Good water pressure Free breakfast Blackout Curtains didn't cover entire window Air Conditioner didn't seem to work as well as we would have liked
Clean, staff very pleasant, quiet. Continental breakfast was just fine. Staff took us out to the airport four o'clock in the morning no problem. Met our expectations.
Staff was friendly, in a great location off the freeway and had plenty of things to do around the hotel. It was pretty clean for the most part, the room smelled a bit odd though. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and large. Hallway could have been cleaner and updated. Couldn't find the ice machine
Not enough parking
The Hotel was convenient to the airport, and the check in was easy. Bus drivers were pleasant. The breakfast was meager, and not convenient, the toaster is across the room from the bread & bagels, the microwave is across the room from the cereals. The tea was not by the coffee, and the cups were not close to either. There was no decoration in the room or a t.v.
Nice faculty and location Loud air conditioner. Dirty bathroom. Apple juice not working
Staff very nice and helpful. Clean and quiet. Maybe add more variety for breakfast. Same thing everyday. Been to hotels like comfort inn, with breakfast they have more variety like fresh fruit, bacon, omletes bigger bagels, hard boiled, eggs, just way more choices.
Food availability Simplicity with entertainment
Love the style and function of room. Free bottles of water in the room was awesome!
Unique rooms, free wifi, nice shower and comfortable beds. Had some trouble reaching the desk by phone. Wish they offered free continental breakfast....
Unexpectedly hip for the money. Felt like a European hotel. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Expensive breakfast, facilities were showing their age.
Yummy breakfast Great bed Confusing breakfast process, freezer didnt freeze
Quick shuttle to the airport.
I liked the modern decor. Kid's loved the pool. I liked the deli in the lobby. I hated those platform beds, I still have bruises on my legs where I ran into the platform.
Shuttle only once every 30 min. Charge for all breakfast items.
Although I was only there for hours it was a very pleasant experience. My only negative was that I did not receive my wake-up call as promised and it's a good thing I had two backups so I could catch my flight on time See above note
Simplification of lobby and food service works for me. The bar was quite fun. I didn't hit the pool table or fooze ball but had some great drinks from a friendly bar tender with nice people. Bathroom lights and door.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. In our first room the tub was clogged so we got moved to another room and given breakfast coupons. In the new room (we no longer had the mountain view) our air conditioner didn't work. They sent up a technician who fixed it almost immediately, however.
This was our last stop on our honeymoon. We wanted a hotel close to the airport and we were not disappointed. The hotel was beautiful and our room was nicely decorated. We got to enjoy a Colorado Rockies game not too far away from the hotel, and have a good nights rest before flying out in the morning. I wish we had stayed a few more nights.
The receipt and what was charged on my card are not the same. My card was charged $30 + more than I was told. Lee Melton The receipt and what was charged on my card are not the same. My card was charged $30 + more than I was told. Lee Melton
Super comfortable beds. Microwave and fridge in room. No ventilation fan in the restroom
Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. Last day front desk staff offered a complementary breakfast for the air-conditioning not working in our room. Touch screen AC adjustment didn't work. Front desk staff unhelpful to address the issue. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.
The room was well appointed and clean. At 815am a extremely LOUD noise starting coming from the firehose box thing across the hall from my room - when I called about it I was very snappily told "it's not a fire" and when I asked if someone could then turn it off the woman snapped "that's what we are doing"... I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout and they simply didn't seem to care.
Clean, convenient to Expressway, but quiet. excellent business center wit chice of Windows or Mac OS Mediocre neighborhood, cheap mattresses, typical over-priced hotel restaurant
Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was difficult to use. Can't reserve in advance. Ended up not being able to use free shuttle from airport because it was an hour and a half wait. That was one of the draws for booking this place so far from Denver in the first place. Breakfast buffet not what I thought. Good service , but poor quality food.
Bed and room was adequate, nothing fancy. Hot tub and pool great temperatures. For the amount paid, we should have a breakfast included or at least reasonably priced, $14 for breakfast is not reasonable.
Friendly staff Close to airport Asked for a wake up call-did not receive. Went to check out and no one was upfront ended up leaving my room keys. Felt like the hotel was fairly clean yet dirty in the same sense.
Overall we had a nice stay. I wish the bathroom in the room was more updated. It had a sink but no counter or vanity. The staff was great and the location for our family business was good.
The check in was extremely easy and I was traveling solo with 3 small children so I appreciated that. The staff was very kind and our room was spacious and very clean. We were only there passing through but it looked like it was close to shopping and easy access back to the highway. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing really. I mean I wish they had given me a pile of gold on my way out but I keep wishing that and it hasn't happened yet.
Grounds were nice. Construction wasn't too loud and didnt bother us. Pillows are small. Soft but just the size makes em feel weird.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially the pleasant and kind lady and gentleman that prepare and assist with the hot breakfast. We had our grandkids come to stay with us and they were made to feel very welcome. Its the little things that make a stay special. The room was freshly painted which was nice...except for the powerful smell.
The hotel was in a very good location. It was perfect for our visit to Aurora. We came to visit our daughter and granddaughter and family. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and overall our stay was nice. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Co. The first night the room was a bit cold. The bedding seemed fairly thin on the beds. The next day we called down and got blankets sent up. It was much better for the next 2 nights.
Even though there was construction going on at the hotel - adding more rooms - it was very quiet - they never started before 9am. Breakfast was good and everyone on staff was friendly.
Good breakfast and clean
Great breakfast, better options than most Nice staff Room clean with pleasant decor Located next to freeway, so noisy all night long Bed sagged in middle
There are a lot of hotels in this area but they are run down and have horrible reviews. This place is the opposite (literally, they're wrapping up a renovation right now). Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is more than you get at most places. The pool is clean and doesn't seem to get used often - we had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves both evenings. I didn't take off any stars because this was a non-issue for me, but they are in the middle of a renovation. During the day it was LOUD, but we were gone at about 9am until 6pm and so the noise never bothered us. If you're going to be staying there while they are renovating, I would suggest asking for a room away from the construction.
Large clean and comfortable rooms. Very loud! Every noise from hallway carries into room. Could not sleep! Was awakened Every time someone opened or shut a door.
The wc was separate from the shower. The wifi seemed to be from a noon secure server.
Room layout, friendly staff Eggs like rubber
New and clean good quality Parking fee was not disclosed until I arrived. There was no bath tub in the room.
clean parking lot
The rooms were really nice, luxury, beds extremely comfortable and the room had a couch and chair which was great. Close to the airport which really worked well for me because I flew in the morning and time was precious.
I like the location the best. It was easily accessible for my needs in the local area. Very quite possibly the greatest hotel I have ever been to. The parking garage cause of some issues it was 32 degrees out and made it kind of a chore.
Very clean and great staff. On site restaurant and bar with happy hour. Free shuttle to hospital. No

Very nice room, location very convenient to hospitals It is cold and winter now. Parking structure is not attached to the hotel, which for this class of hotel I find disappointing. You have to walk 30 yards outside from the parking to the hotel.
Very nice aesthetically. Staff was great. Had to pay $12 a night for parking. Not really in a great neighborhood. Beds were a bit hard and pillows were too soft.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Would recommend it to anyone. Will definitely stay with them again when in that area. NO
The people working in the restaurant were the best part of our stay. I have very strict dietary needs and they went above and beyond to make sure my food was right and make sure I was happy. I personally thought the hotel was way over priced for what you get.I was staying there because of its proximity to the hospital.Next time we will stay in the Stapleton area the hotels there are way better. They have Better rooms and amenities.
The location of the hotel for what we had planned for the weekend was amazing. The size of the room was good and the bed was beyond comfortable. It could have been cleaner and there were issues with the tolite as soon as we arrived at the hotel. There were also dirty clothes left behind from the previous guest that the cleaning facilities did not take out of the room. The bed sheets also seemed to be dirty so we requested them to be changed upon arrival
The room was gorgeous. Huge studio room. Had to walk about 1/2 mile to my room, even after riding the elevator up. One tiny set of amenities ( shampoo and conditioner for 1/2 woman not 3 adults). No receipt after asking 3 times. Found out it was to hide charging my credit card $40 for no reason.
Free Breakfast and everybody was very nice. Lot's of restaurants just a cross the street.
Convenient, competent and courteous staff
Surprised by size of room, larger than expected. Crammed too much furniture into the room, one about stumbled into the desk entering the suite.

Website advertises 'evening social with beer, wine, and snacks' on Mon-Thur nights. Arrived on Thur a night and was told they only do that on Mon-Wed. Room was not a suite as advertised. It was one room with a bed and a kitchen area combined.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
The bathroom exhaust fan seemed to revent into the room.
Room was very comfortable and spacious with a great layout. Appreciated early evening reception with complementary wine and sandwiches. Free airport shuttle is deceptive. Signed up at check in for 5:30am and shuttle never made it to hotel. Front desk called cab which we shared with 2 other people. Reached airport later than desired and it was an added stress at start of long travel day.
Location was great! No Essentials - No shampoo or lotion
There was nothing that was good at this place, except the company, and I provided that myself. The front desk staff was appalling. She didn't even acknowledge me for ten minutes while I stood there and tried to pawn me off on the guy who started the next shift so that she didn't have to help me. As they argued right in front of me about who would help me, she whined and he ran to the back screaming at her that he hadn't clocked in yet. She was rude to me when she realized that she had to take another customer and rolled her eyes several times while checking me in. If you have a card that has a debit function they require an additional $100 cash to get the room. $200 total for this terrible experience. They told me that I would get it back when I checked out but I felt like I was being robbed because there was no where that stated there would be extra fees if you use debit and they could not provide me any written disclosers of anything with this policy. The room was filthy, not just dirty, filthy! There were sticky stains all over the floor, I was scares to take my shoes off. The walls had visible drip marks all over them, night stand was sticky, there were fingerprints on the ceiling, used soap in the bathroom, hair and mold all over the bathroom. The bed was as hard as concrete and the two, over used and flat pillows they provided didn't help. Above all my disgust was peaked when my husband an I realized that the sheets were not new or clean. There were bodily fluids visibly on the sheets that had been smoothed over and remade, instead of changed. When my husband went to the office to ask for clean sheets the staff guy came out wasted, tossed a mattress pad and a flat sheet at my husband and blurted out that was all he had clean. Not only is this place over priced with random rules about debit cards and filth around every corner but apparently we paid to change our own sheets, too! There was bags of trash in the breezeways and around the property, elevator buttons were covered in grime and there was even a half eated donut shoved into the busted electrical panel. There where people who seemed to live there that gave the place a very "crack house" type feeling. At minimum, the entire staff should be fired and the whole place powerwashed, my opinion, this place should be condemned.
I was very pleased with my stay there. The help at the desk were kind and courteous. The location of the hotel is in a quite place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
what i expected. breakfast isnt the best but it is free and good enough.
good bed, good room, good staff, poor breakfast...
Firstly, the neighborhood is a little sketchy. I'm not normally too worried about this, but my girlfriend was worried all night and I did continually check on the car. The room itself was alright, although there were signs that it hadn't been completely cleaned from the last visitor (i.e.- some necklaces still left in bathroom.) Probably the thing that turned me off the most was the lobby/breakfast. The lobby itself had a terrible smell (very vomitesque). Instead of scrambled eggs, they had hard boiled eggs (seemed fairly lazy to me.) They had eggo waffles that you had to warm up yourself and everything needed refilled. This may seem fairly trivial (it did when I was reading reviews), but it did bother me that they couldn't provide any decent selection or keep anything stocked up.
The bathroom door was hard to close and the bathroom didn't appear to be very clean. Hairs left on the shower wall from previous guest. Not much of a breakfast either. Won't stay here again.
I cant believe they charged us for another night stay to our card just out of the blue when they totally weren't supposed to at all
Don't be deterred by the aging exterior of this hotel. The rooms are adequate, supply everything you need, are extremely clean, with really, really comfortable beds. A great value compared to nearby hotels.
You get what you pay for and in this case its worth it
This hotel shows its old age. Sidewalks to rooms were very dirty, as was the parking lot. Swimming pool tile was dirty.
Not worth the money I paid, but a nice location close to Aurora's I-225. Cleaning staff did not return items we forgot in the hotel room, so make sure any items you accidentally leave in the room are items you expect to never see again. Good complimentary breakfast in the morning.
This hotel room was comfortable, spacious and clean. There are many restaurants nearby and it is easy access from or to Denver International Airport. There was some noise in the middle of the night that woke me, but when you have 300 people in one place, things can happen. Free breakfast in the am is always a nice start.
i liked it cuz was good price, was clean, good channels in the cable and the continental breakfast was good enough not complain, they cleaned good the room the 4 days that we stay there worth
Easily accessible from highway. Located near restaurants and convenient stores. It has an odor of being old and smoky.
inclusive and inexpensive pillows were overly soft
Not much Hotel is old, and the lobby looks used run down and dirty. In my mind more of a 2 1/2 star. This is an older hotel that someone tried to fix up. Didn't do a good job.
It was centrally located and easy to navigate too and from hotel. Hotel was quiet and, while aged, was clean. Bed was king sized, but the sheets appeared to be for a queen and kept sliding off throughout the night
location. free breakfast elevator didn't work, got stuck in it. dated hotel.
Location, close to where we needed to be. the showers we a bit crazy, either hot or cold very little in between
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The size of the room. The free breakfast was lacking, and the woman running it was not keeping up on the food and refilling what was out.
The location was close to my building. It seemed clean though a little retro. Once I figured out the shower operation, there was plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Quiet most nights. Staff was great. The shower function was hard to figure out. Had to ask the front desk how to turn it on the next morning. There were no instructions in the room that I could locate. The key card quit working whenever I got close to my phone. Protective sleeves?
How clean and equiped it was. Also a good selection of foods for the continental breakfast No. It really was very comfortable
It was a good location and close to restaurants. I think the price was a little high.
The location works good for us. It is also close to several restraunts & the diner right next door is great. The breakfast is pretty average, Have stayed here 3 or 4 times & it is always the same. Was hoping that there would be a some different items like bacon or biscuits & gravy. But there has always been cookies when arriving in the evening & cold water.
I have stayed at other radissons before in other states so I figured we were getting a really nice hotel room. Well when we walked in the lobby it was so nice and I couldn't help but think what a nice hotel. But the minute we stepped out of the elevator into the 2nd floor hallway towards our room we were so disappointed! The hotel is so downgraded I mean the lobby looked like it had nothing to do with the actual hotel. It was an ugly color very dirty. Needed so much attention to detail. Not to mention that the couch in our room seemed like it had a blood stain!! That was very unprofessiona to me, for a hotel to allow that that couch continues to be used.!! Coming from the hospitality industry the radissons was not my favorite needs so much work with staff being more attentive, more courtesy but overall it needs a major renovation! I will not be returning, the couch did it for me!!
One of the things I like the most, was the service. Doesn't matter much if the place is clean and nice if the staff is rude. Everyone I had contact with was so nice and helpful. I loved it. I took a bike ride from the hotel to the water and it was free, that's so awesome. I'm from California and no hotel would ever do that, its all about make a dollar... And I can not forget to mention Mike W, he picked us up from the Air Port in Denver and was so great, you can really tell he loves his job. The drive to the hotel was like a tour. He told us so much about the city and the new air port, once again, you just don't get that kind of service any more. He was the best. Our second trip to Denver and we loved it! N/A
Check-in was a breeze, and it was a very nice hotel for what we paid. The Sleep Number bed took a bit to adjust, but that was the only thing!
Clean room. Quite
Price. Airport shuttle. The hotel was nearly 30 minutes from the airport. That's a long freaking ways. You skim the Kayak app looking for an affordable airport with a shuttle expecting the hotel to be no more than 10-15 minutes from the airport. This Radisson was nearly 30 minutes away. On top of that, the shuttle only runs from 4AM - 11PM. We booked the hotel not knowing we were about to miss the shuttle. We booked the hotel not knowing that the 4AM shuttle would barely get us to the airport in time for our flight the next morning. Super bummed.
The sleep number bed. Ermahgerd it was so comfy. I've never tried one before but damn I slept well. The room was nice, it had a microwave and a mini fridge, which was nice.
we enjoyed the facilities. the rates and buffet breakfast every morning and the happy hour. wehave our family reunion there every year and like the openness of the lounge as it give yoy a place to gather. we enjoy using embassy suites for what we do with our families and friends .we will use embassy suites again next year.it has everything we need .your service was excellent and hospality was great. hotel security was just hovered around a person .made you feel uncomfortable.kids in swiming pool area was always being watched and told to not make any noise. just being to strict.always watching. just felt they were to strict.
Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.
Happy hour was great and made to order breakfast nice except for the glue fumes from the carpet being replaced Renovation, fumes and noise from construction and carpet glue, broken furniture in the room.
This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!
This was a great place to stay with kids. I took my daughter and 4 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The adults love the separate room to sleep and relax. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
This is our 2nd year staying at this location for our family reunion and the atrium is a wonderful gathering place. Great value!!
nothing VERY dirty, microwave was filthy, shower curtain had mold all over it, missing a cabinet under the sink. "breakfast" had rock hard muffins.
Room was clean, location was good. Good value for the money Pile of garbage at bottom of steps in parking lot stayed for a couple of days.
Nothing We checked in and checked out immediately. This place is a smoke-filled garbage dump. If you have questions, you can call ne on 301-537-8690.
