Clean tidy and central
Hot food wasn’t ready for 8am opening for breakfast
Location is really good, near the centre. The Junior Suite is nice and perfect to family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with gluten free options.
Coffee machine and safe box didn't work, I asked to staff but it has not been fixed. Unfortunately the air conditioning in my room didn't work well.
Food, cleanliness, location and helpful staff. The girl in the front desk was super nice.
No balconies in the room. Sometimes the water takes sometime to heat up when coming in for a shower
Loved the location. It was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Great shower! Spacious too.
The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. Large bed which was quite comfortable and one of the best showers we have had in our travels. Hot water and lots of pressure. This was our third visit to Venice and we have changed hotels each time. This location is not far from Rialto and St Marco but it is a little bit “out of the way” so you may need an app or google to find your way back after a day of “Getting lost in Venice” which is what Venice is all about right? Breakfast from 8am had a pretty good variety and was a good start to the day.
We were there late August and it was extremely hot. We were a bit unlucky because our air conditioner was very noisy so we had to turn it off overnight which made the room a little stuffy. We were immediately offered a new room the next day but we didn’t see the point of moving as we only had a 2 night stay. We were offered an extra key to run the air all day which was really quite helpful. Again, very attentive and helpful staff.
Hotel Palazzo Vitturi is the most Antique and historical palace of the area around St. Marks Square and Campo St. Maria Formosa and very close to the Rialto Bridge. Prestigious and quiet location, historical facade, guests will find the typical Venetian flooring, high quality furniture, bathroom and interiors in the light and elegant pastel tones, adorned with suggestive original fresco paintings in its historical noble floors and inside many of its spacious rooms. The relaxing atmosphere and the beauty of this newly restored 3 star hotel grants you a romantic and elegant stay in the Venice centre.
