Pros (+) The beds are very comfortable. The decor is modern but comfortable. Front desk was very helpful/friendly.
Cons (-) An "electrical issue" closed the main restaurant on a Saturday night.
Pros (+) We ended up doing an upgraded room which was very nice. Continental breakfast was great. Beautiful property....loved the activities and the pool/hot tub.
Cons (-) Staff charged us more than we were expecting without a "customer is always right" attitude. We ended up paying $25 over our quoted price at check in because a new staff member incorrectly quoted us a price. Then saying there was nothing they could do even though it was their mistake. Very frustrating.
